Dumpster trash. I have a driver broken down who called in for assistance. Due to a hefty tow bill we received earlier in the month we are over our credit limit. No big deal right, I call in with the ticket number, apologize and offer my credit card to get the issue resolved. NOT AN ABSOLUTE CHANCE. Only accounting can approve dispatch releasing someone. Also.accounting is the only ones who can take payment. We have been a customer for years and even with payment in hand they left us stranded.

Fleetnet America is the worst breakdown service for drivers on the road! I repeat do not use them or call them because you will be on hold for 30-1hr or more just to get help. They don't care about your concerns or request they will send anyone to fix your truck that accepts the job not to mention there is always 90- 150 min out for a vendor far away so plan to be be sitting for about 3-5 hours before someone can attempt to help you.

There horrible with detailed notes about your truck so it can get fixed properly. The techs always say O I didn't know or I they didn't tell me. Fleetnet is all about take your hard earn money and they will get to you when they can do so period. Drivers beware do not use Fleetnet America. They don't care about the drivers time or concerns to get them back on the road.

Also if you hang up for being on hold so long be ready to to start from the beginning of the line again so you will be hold for another hour or 2. extremely disappointing! another thing to my forget about your ticket and you will be waiting thinking help is on the way and hours will go by before you have to call them again! I hate calling them!

Been waiting for over 7 hours. First for a mechanic who never showed and now for a tow truck. Called multiple times and haven't been able to talk to a person. I would say this company is not good and don't use them.

Back in the day Fleetnet used to be a great service, however today you're better off googling a local service and paying them directly than using Fleetnet. They have got so big they don't care about you and don't have the staff to help. I was on hold for 2 hours and finally gave up and googled a local service and they were on it 15 minutes. This isn't the first time this has happened with Fleetnet. I'm with a major carrier with a fleet of trucks and have been in business for 25 years and Fleetnet will be my last call. Use someone else.

I work for a vendor who supplied tire services for a Fleetnet customer. I have over 2 hours wasted on hold to try to get paid $59. I was finally told that the credit card info would be emailed to our CFO. We get the email and we received only a partial credit card number. I then reached out again (another 45 minutes on hold) & was told to call back on Monday to get the rest of the credit card number.

This is unacceptable. By the time that I finally get a credit card number a week will have gone by since the work was completed. We have made the executive decision that our store will no longer accept Fleetnet customers.

Do not use this company. Absolutely horrible. A quick Google search will do more for you than these guys and you won't have to deal with their rude coordinators

Was on hold for 45mins, at 30mins someone answered and whispered "they are still on hold" and the music started again. At 45 mins someone finally answered like they were annoyed, when I said I was calling on the status of my breakdown she said ok and hung up on me Gave the boss my reference number so he could deal them

I requested online through the customer portal. Service was promised within a few hours and named their vendor, . I called said vender and they had no record of Fleetnet requesting service. My driver lost 9 hours on the road and missed an appointment. I will never use Fleetnet again.

We have provided service/roadside assistance for Fleetnet in the past. There have been frustrating issues with phone and email response in the past. Also, the vendor portal needs to show more info for the vendor, like payment status, etc. It would be helpful for them to take down the email address for invoices so vendors don't assume that works. I believe Fleetnet is a solid company with growth/Covid pains like we all have.

If there was a lower rating I would use it. I had a service call with fleet net. My flat tire was fixed but, now my phone number has been tied to every service call around the country. The calls come just about every hour on the hour. Don't even get me started on the long hold times. I do not recommend this company.
