Fix Auto San Marcos

Had small dents and scratches on my Subaru Outback 2017, was helped out by super helpful and friendly Sabrina Emick at TAG, she quickly cleaned my Subaru's wounds and shared all the details of what works needs to happen to fix it, which areas have potential for rusting. She was honest and quick to act, Would definitely recommend working with her at TAG to get your car fixed!

My car was dropped off in February and was told it would be done in march is now April 25 and my car was finally ready. When I picked it up it was not complete with repairs it actually might have been worse. The window was completely off the hinge (was not like that when it was taken). Than they try to say they didn't damage it. They did! Should've taken a photo it was terrible. Also!

When I put my car in drive it was going backward! I had to contact my insurance and it was a big mess. Joel and Vanessa were almost no help. Very unreliable. & Vanessa is the manager. A lot of dissatisfaction overall. It's now may and I'm still waiting on my car.

They did a great job with my 4runner. Work was fast and everyone was very professional.

We had to have the rear bumper on our car replaced after getting hit. Tag was assigned by USAA. After some back and forth with USAA, Tag got things moving quickly. Sabrina gave stellar customer service. She's a tremendous asset to have customer facing. The quality of the work was excellent (and I am very picky!) I highly recommend Tag.

Tag Collision is awesome! I had to have a new bumper put on my BMW and Sabrina gave me 5 star service! She was so thorough and professional in getting me a detailed quote and working with my insurance company. I came in today-she had it done a day early and it looked beautiful. Plus, she got out some dents/marks on the front as an extra.and did a beautiful car wash.

TAG fixed my truck after I got rear ended, they kept in contact with me while they were working on my truck, and it came back perfect! They really went above and beyond for me, even helping me figure out my car rental with the at fault drivers insurance. I couldn't recommend this place more. Thank you Joel!

Absolutely TERRIBLE. If I could give it negative stars, I would. They had my car for 3 months and I had to call THEM for updates. They charged me $2500 more than they quoted and when I finally did get it back, it was rattling and they took my spare tire and replaced it with a 6yr old used one! Horrible, DO NOT GO HERE.

Excellent customer service. Joel my claim advisor kept me informed on the status of the repair and part needed daily. Workmanship by the tech was professional. The car looks like new.

Car looks brand new! Amazing service, communication, attention to detail. Customer service is beyond fantastic and workmanship is superb! 100% highly recommended choosing TAG as your collision repair shop! I went through two other inspections with different shops before choosing TAG and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The communication that Joel maintained with me throughout these last 10 days was impeccable. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. Never left me in the dark about anything and in the end when I did have a minor issue he immediately jumped on the opportunity to fix it!

That being said the receptionists are just as polite and we're easy to communicate with! Like I mentioned before I did have a minor issue that was quickly resolved! On the day I brought my truck back for the issue the technician himself came over and apologized for what had happen. I can't make this up the folks that work here are top of the food chain when it comes to customer service

Walked in today, and met the lovely front desk receptionist, and the mechanic technician who will be working on "my baby", after the fender bender. They cut straight to the chase, we're polite, friendly, and professional, and were able to give me some details upon entering, and exiting about my cars health. I was cut off while on my way to an interview and the front end of my car was totaled, this being my first car accident. Joel Llamas took care of my car and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. My car actually ended up looking better than it did before the crash. These guys are super professional, transparent, and punctual, which I personally loved. Thank you TAG and Joel!

These guys really do legit business. No matter who you are you're gonna make mistakes but what you do when you make one is the most important thing. I had been in an accident and one of the repairs to my front end was the secondary radiator for my F-250. For some reason the radiator had a pin hole leak and took a few months to drain out. I called them and they took care of the problem right away no questions asked and provided my transportation for a couple days.

Now that's some awesome service! Great people down there! Jeff Daniels the production manager really took care of me when there was a problem and the estimator Jeff J(?) really took care of me when I initially had my truck towed there. Again great shop ran by real people! Old school values at TAG

Tag in San Marcos came recommended by a friend. We liked our experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we picked up our car. Jeff offered us a beyond-fair final price and the work was perfect. He communicated with us every step of the way. The job was done within the timeframe promised. We appreciated the friendly staff and will go back when and if needed, and recommend Tag Collision to our friends.

In my experience, this business should have all solid five-star reviews. My son was the victim of a nearly deadly Assault With A Deadly Weapon attack on a busy California highway. His car was a total wreck and, quite frankly, we were surprised when insurance said that they would pay for repairs rather than total the damn thing. Well, suprised and.horrified.

Who would be able to salvage this twisted piece of metal? This twisted piece of metal was this kid's dream car, though. It was used. It was basic. But, it was his. Anyhow.enter Tag Collision and Repair. Jeff and the rest of the staff are like wizards. Their sorcery made the car BETTER than it had been before the attack. More solid. Better ride. Shinier. And, suddenly.beautiful.

This repair took over two entire months not because of Tag, but because of pandemic production issues. We know this is true for many reasons, one of which is that we stayed in Seal Beach for a week and saw the 23 cargo ships backed up and waiting to enter the Port of Los Angeles on a daily basis, just as they had been for the previous 15 months. Our parts were on those ships.

Through it all, though, Tag sent us biweekly emails to keep us up to date on repairs. Who does that?! Tag fulfilled every promise they made us, and some were financially very hard to keep. But they did it. This is a business with immeasurable heart, soul, and integrity. We do not live locally, but God forbid we ever need collision repair services again, I would do everything in my power to get that car to Tag because no one else could ever live up to them and what they've done for us.

I'm going to strictly lay out the facts and allow you to come to your own conclusion. - I handed over my car on a Wednesday around 1pm. I was concerned the frame needed to be replaced. I called on Thuraday around 430pm asking for a status update and was told by the very sweet young lady that they would have the estimate done by 530pm or by the morning of the next day. - I called the next morning at 11am asking for a status update and was told that the estimate wouldn't be done until the gentleman I spoke to (Nick) was done with it and that would be in the afternoon. - I called at 4pm asking for an update and was told it wasn't done yet and Nick would call me back. - I called at 430pm and Nick said I had been calling too much, and he didn't think we were compatible. - I can't speak to their workmanship but I can assure you that their customer service is terrible.

I would not recommend having to ever deal with their manager. I told him they were late on their deliverables. - He even had the nerve to lecture me and tell me he was in the military since before I was born! Which is amusing because he should know making your hit times is crucial! TAG did not accomplish their mission in the time frame they told me.

Jeff, Savannah & the entire team at TAG Collision Center provided amazing customer service! My new dark-colored vehicle had a deep, long scratch caused by a shopping cart across multiple body panels. Jeff had his technicians wet sand the scratched area & remove the scratch without using a drop of paint. The workmanship was done so well that there is not even a trace of the original scratch.

They were also kind enough to wash the entire vehicle for me. To top it all, Jeff had the work done at no charge & declined to take payment! In conclusion, I am extremely pleased with the excellent work & superlative customer service provided by Jeff and the entire TAG team in San Marcos, California!

Awesome staff, very professional AND caring. I went in for a missing bumper clip, Jeff took the time, fixed it and no expectations/charges. Which I thought was very cool. My car (not me;)) had an "incident" with a poor deer a couple of days ago. I went back and Jeff was just as awesome. The difference this time: BIG dollar repair going their way, and with pleasure indeed. Karma works. It pays to be generous :). Thanks Jeff.

Jeff was amazing! Came in on a Friday for an estimate, dropped car off the next Monday and it was done by Wednesday! Car was done early- looked perfect! They even cleaned my car and kept me up to date on what process they were with my car. I would highly recommend Service: Painting

Unfortunately, my car was injured LOL and had to be taken here to be fixed. I was so thankful that I ended up choosing tag over anyone else. This is my second repair here and both times, they have over exceeded my expectations. The quality of paint is amazing, getting the dents out, making sure everything is back to original quality and with a great price and timely manner.

Big shout out to Corbin. He was awesome keeping me informed throughout the process and working with me. And thanks for the vacuum my car so desperately needed. But for readers, seriously he cleaned up 1000 goldfish snacks off my floor and seats of my car, and cleaned the windows. Thanks again!

I chose Tag collision based on their amazing reviews and they all turned out to be correct! They did an amaaaaazing job on fixing my car. Someone hit my car and didn't leave a note so I paid the deductible because driving around with a bumper flapping around is never fun. Jeff Borja was so nice and the whole office was so helpful! Plus all of the repairs happened within a matter of a few days. So thankful I chose them! Now my car looks brand new! And it's a 2012! They're the best and I highly recommend.

It has taken me a couple of months to write this review. I guess I was just waiting to see how the work would hold up before I made my notes. So far, so good. Juan was the gentleman who helped me from beginning to end. He was my point of contact for questions and he updated me whenever something came up. The entire process took 7-8 days. Juan was professional and gave outstanding customer service. The estimate matched the final cost. All-in-all great job. Repair: needed my bumper fixed after a wreckless driver pulled a hit-and-run at a stop light.
