I brought my car here for an inspection and oil change for the first time. I dropped off my car over night to be serviced the next day. I dealt with Glenn. He was very respectful and honest about the work needed on my highlander. I felt very comfortable with the place. We had a few more expenses that were not planned but my car is running so much better. Alot of car mechanics get over on women.

I did not feel that way about Fitzgerald's. I will continue to bring my car back here for anything needed. Its hard to find a good mechanic now days for your car. Thanks You guys again for your great service and honesty. I am also glad you guys are close to home for me.

I completely trust the people at Fitzgeralds. They have serviced out cars for more than ten years. I would t go anywhere else. Honest, reliable, fair.

I was sitting in the customer waiting area this morning while my car was being serviced. While waiting, I was somewhat annoyed by the sprinkling of profane language that I heard from one of the staff in the intake area in particular. He was loud & did not filter his base expressions very carefully. I found it to be exceedingly unprofessional, disrespectful, and rather immature.

Most of all, it was unnecessary. Even within service industries, of course, it is critical that the service delivery per se is excellent. I don't have any complaints about that or any of the other people who were working there. However, there was one individual there that did not seem to understand the idea of considering customers in the wait room----colorful language notwithstanding.

At the risk of sounding outdated and dinosaur-like, in my view, some things should never change. It's called Professionalism 101 & needs to be addressed with this employee post haste. Thank you.

If I could give them minus stars I would. They said they would align my car. They did it in less than 30 min. IMPOSSABLE. They only put air in my tires.

This business is my go to whenever I need tires for any of my cars. I have always gotten a great deal. A blowout brought me in this time and unfortunately all 4 tires needed replacement. The service writer for my situation was P. J. the assistant manager. He was able to get the tires and arrange an appointment for the installation that didn't interfere with my attendance at work. I have always and will continue to recommend Fitzgerald's to all who ask me for tire service as well as any other automotive needs.

Hadn't been here in years. I had went to another place twice to pinpoint a problem I was having. They pinpointed it right away. I was not only amazed, but totally satisfied. Furthermore, the staff is friendly and professional.

Terrible. I asked them to fix two windows that stopped working. They replaced a part and it didn't work. I left with my car the same as it was but $250 poorer. Don't go there.

My husband and I have been going to Fitzgerald's since 2018. They are THE BEST. They always seem to be able to squeeze us in, are very clear about what's needed and the cost, and they're all very kind. I find them to be incredibly trustworthy. they are always trying to watch out for our bottom line and help where they can. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Went in there this morning, stressed about needing tires and not having the money in the budget for it. Not only did they help find a solution, but they kept it within my budget and had it done same day. These guys are great, and everyone was very friendly! I will definitely go back, and I highly recommend them.

This place has been relying on their name and that location for decades. Very expensive, They do not do the little things. We were told "your check engine light is on", any other shop would check it for free and let us know why. How good of service can they provide when they're only open during regular business hours during the week? Lastly, they need to prevent thier staff from eyeballing women's physiques as they walk in the business. Weak.

Great place for car service. It's always hard to find people to trust. Here, I trust this company. They were friendly and helpful. They told me what was wrong and gave suggestions. I never felt pressured. I will continue to go to them, for all my auto needs

We had a driver get a flat in our box truck near Fitzgerald's. We put our trust in these guys just based off of a web search. They were able to get the tires delivered and installed the same day. They were honest and upfront about the time and cost. If we get stuck near them again I would not hesitate to use them.

HONEST. Professional. Very skilled. Patient. My car is complicated. Hybrid. They did not give up in getting to the bottom of the problem even when it meant sending a part back and reducing the bill. They have a great reputation so they are busy. I went to meineke and they told me i needed catalytic converter and evap hoses. Fitzgeralds inspected car and said i did not. There are alot of dishonest businrsses but fitzgeralds is very honest. PK is the best

This originations reputation is as good as it's service, great honest work. After I delivered my vehicle to Chapman Chrysler Dodge & Jeep for service, their advice was to replace my drive shaft for a new one. For whatever reason, my warranty company would not replace it because they said I must have tampered with it. I had no idea what Chapman nor the warranty company was speaking about. I've never even replaced the oil in the car by myself.

The service writer at Chapman also exclaimed, "you must have over torque the draft shaft." Listen, I have no business trying to repair anything underneath a vehicle. The entire situation seem fishy to me, especially since I brought the car to Chapman in February for my heater to be replaced. So, I traveled back to Chapman, pickup up my vehicle, and arrived to Fitzgerald's for a second opinion. 24 hours later, the technician repair my driver shaft with a kit of some sort.

The cost of doing so was about a 10th of what Chapman wanted to gouged me with. I am never going back to Chapman and offering Fitzgerald's five stars for their work. Ken and Glenn were the service advisors who kept me in the loop and afforded exemplary service. Kevin, the technician diagnosed the problem after driving my vehicle for 10 minutes.

These guys are the best. They are trustworthy and do solid work. I went to a different shop originally to see about my leaking tire (for convenience sake) and was told (after an hour and a half) that I needed to replace the tire and that I should also replace the other one so it was going to cost just under $400. I decided to get a second opinion at Fitzgerald's since I have used them before and liked my experience.

I waited around for 20 minutes and then was told it was fixed! They took out the nail and patched it up for a total of $37. Made my day! I will never cheat on Fitzgerald's again!

The people there ok but they have no idea on there prices I asked the guy how much for him to plug my tire he said about $30 then he goes maybe $50 I'm like ok I go home and Google the going rate to plug a tire and remount and rebalance and I said about $25 and some places cheaper so I call him back and ask him why so much when others do it cheaper.

I feel he new he was caught trying to get over on me so he tells me to come get my truck and never tried to work with me. Look I didn't mind spend a little extra but it's like 3x the going rate. I will not be going back there again and hope this helps the next person. The the final price was $58.50 when pep boys would of did it for $20 bucks

I have been coming here for 2 years now. Started from when my car had an issue that FIRESTONE said was about 3 different problems with my car and I wanted a second opinion. Fitzgeralds said it was just 1 issue and they fixed my car in no time. Since then I've been coming back to get my car inspected which is also done very quickly

Fitzgerald tire and auto is a very professional, talented and trustworthy establishment. I discovered them a couple of years ago and they have never disappointed me and I will use them forever. The employees go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. On my last visit I wasn't able to pick up my car until 5:30 but they close at 5 so Kevin waited around for me to arrive after hours. I HIGHLY recommend taking your car to Fitzgerald's, they won't disappoint you.

I have used Fitzgerald's for about three years now. They're always friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. They offered a range of options when it came to buying new tires and didn't pressure me to buy or than I needed. Fitzgerald's is no longer the most convenient option for me as I have moved out of Glenside, but I still go out of my way for the quality service.

These guys are always helping us in a pinch. We use them for business and personal automobiles. The owner is always there and always says hello. The desk guys for the most part are friendly and will always listen to my questions.even if I dont know what I am talking about. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of.

Dropped my car off for an inspection, made an appointment a few days beforehand, since I read many reviews saying how busy this place was. It's very busy! I got a little stressed out about where to park my car because everywhere was full. I went inside and I was taken care of very nicely. I was expecting a $700 bill after everything was said and done because that's usually what ends up happening to me after I get my car inspected.

It was a fraction of that! They called me and told me what my options were and asked me if I wanted to go ahead with whatever they recommended to do. Every other car place I've been to pretty much just did whatever they wanted and told me afterwards. I'll be going here from now on!

Very affordable, accepts walk-ins, very friendly and welcoming and they keep it straight up. I have been going here for approximately one year. One time when my tire had a flat I took it to my dealer and they tried to charge me for a whole new tire. I took it to Fitz and they filled the hole. Tire has been fine for going on 6 months. What I like the most about Fitz is they're really nice and friendly people. Some auto places are not so nice customer service wise but these guys are great.

Honest mechanics, friendly service, fair prices - wouldn't imagine taking our cars anywhere else.

These guys are great. I have absolutely no complaints about this place. Their work is fantastic, thorough, honest and well priced. Due to the nature of my business, I am on the road all the time.so I have taken my car to Fitzgerald's for just about everything imaginable. This is the only auto mechanic/garage that actually told me that I didn't need work that I thought was necessary.

If you seek a mechanic for any reason, I highly recommend you give Fitzgerald's a try. As others have mentioned, they are busy. Its rare to get service without an appointment. If your car needs immediate attention be prepared to wait. Good and honest businesses tend to be very busy.

Why do the car gods detest me? Why is it that when you need a tire, all of the other tires decide that they will miss their friend and commit a sucide pact? All four tires at once. UGH! My father-in-law was a mechanic at GM for 40 years and loves to research the best and least expensive options for everything. I swear the man was on the phone for a week.

After all of his hard work, he said Fitzgeralds was the best in price. We went to get the tires- Greg Paton is the BEST mechanic ever. honest to a fault and really just so nice. I have never left anywhere for car issues happy until now. You guys had me at hello and I am never leaving you again.

I've been going to Fitzgerald's for almost 10 years now. I'll be completely honest about how I first tried it. I was a young, single woman, newly on my own and didn't have my father or a boyfriend to take care of my car for me. So, I looked for a clean, busy, big garage - and I found Fitzgerald's. They've helped me with everything from oil changes to tires, a new transmission mount and a broken air conditioner blower.

They always use genuine Honda parts for my Honda - no aftermarket junk - and the prices are very fair. Mechanics have a reputation for ripping people off, and, honestly, I wouldn't know if I were paying too much, but my husband worked in a garage in college and has also been impressed with Fitzgerald's. One piece of advice - they are busy, so don't waste your time -- call for an appointment and drop off your car. It'll be worth it.

I actually found this place on yelp. Had a flat tire to get fixed and didn't know of any places by me. My husband called because I read a review about it being busy (thanks! good tip) and they were able to take the car that day. They did a fantastic job. Service was fast (It was just a tire I know, but still) and they were super friendly and professional. Service was excellent.

I have been here once and got excellent service. They can fix any problem in any car. highly recommended. Here are pros and cons: Pros: 1. Very professional staff. No messing around. They tell you as it is. 2. Got my prior approval before starting the repairs (after they figured out the exact problem). Cons: 1. They are VERY VERY busy. Appointments needed way in advance. (like 2-5 days). Dont even think of oil-change.they may do that stuff, but you will have to wait like 2 days to get it done! (unless you got an appointment, then maybe.) On the contrary, being a busy place means they are good at what they do. 2. Seems like their working hours are slightly shorter than comparable businesses. Overall, an excellent place for auto repair.

Many of my colleagues use them. BTW, if you didnt notice already, today is "auto-repair day" on Yelp for me. I got my oil change and decided to review all the auto - repair places I have been to in this neighbourhood. Hey, I gave 3 of 4 positive reviews. Thats pretty cool for this sort of a business!
