I was a complete stranger off the street, ran low on oil and my check engine light came on. They really did me a good turn. I came back to get a diagnostic done and my goodness, they have one of the most comfortable waiting room/office rooms I have ever experienced. Proffesional, great people, and great service. Highly recommend. If they were closer to where I live, and if I didn't have a trusted family mechanic who happens to be related to me, this would be my go-to place.

Out of all the mechanics I've called, only this one stayed on the phone with me while he drew up an estimate (instead of promising to call me back with an estimate and never calling back). These guys know what they're talking about, their pricing is fair, their service is professional, Family Car Care is my go-to now.

This was our first visit to Family Car Care and won't be our last! We went in for an oil change and waited. WOW, very nice people! I felt very comfortable with them working on my car AND tire rotation was included! That was a great surprise. I also had new cabin filters installed and I knew I had a slight exhaust leak which the showed me exactly were it was at and gave me an estimate.
The oil change and filters were very fairly priced and they are local in my neighborhood. Supporting local business's is so important right now and I will be returning for any future automotive needs. Thank you to everyone at Family Car Care for taking great care of my car!

Every experience at FCC is the same; an absolute pleasure. Now it's never a good day when something goes wrong with the car but it is a great day when you know the guys at FCC are going to take care of it. I am always pleasantly greeted as I get comfortable in a large, clean waiting area. Meanwhile, a mechanic is diagnosing the problem, explaining the options and repairing my vehicle in a timely and efficient manner. I know the workmanship will excel and I will feel confident and secure driving off the lot. Thank you Michael and Kim. FCC is the BEST auto mechanic business in MD.

I took my 09 Sienna into FCC for an issue with the sliding door and exhaust. Michael was great to work with and was able to get me in & out even having to order a part. 5/5 I would recommend this repair shop to anyone who's looking for honest recommendations and a fair price. Needed new muffler. Called for appointment. Brought it in after calling so they could look at it. Was told needed new exhaust, pipes catalytic converter and was quoted one price, but when I picked up car price was higher! When I mentioned orig price was told new price was tax and gaskets. Won't bring cars back here again. Service: Exhaust

This place is great. Mike is very kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We have used them twice now and I plan on taking my car in for break service soon. Prices are great too. Totally beats the dealership. Overall, this place reminds me of the small town shop I used to take my car to when I was young. I plan on going back.

Most mechanic shop waiting rooms smell like oil and gas, but their waiting room doesn't bc it's not attached to the mechanic shop so I really like that about them.

I'm always rushing around so I truly appreciated that. The technician even noticed that my over-head lights were not working when he opened the door, so he threw in a fuse for me! How thoughtful. Michael and his staff have been incredible to work with. They are straight up and clear on what needs to be done with no sales pressure at all. Excellent!!! Best service I had at any mechanic shop. I brought in my 2012 Kia Optima for routine maintenance and got a hell of a deal (compared to 2 other estimates I got). The waiting room is super chilled that I forgot I was waiting!!!! You guys really need to check this place out. Great location too.
