Dustin is the man, excellent customer service! Gave me all the informations I need it, such as giving me options for my car and what not. Also shout out to the front desk lady, greeted me right away as I walked in. Recommended to anyone who loves good customer service! A very well professional shop.

I got my tires changed here and it was a great experience throughout. Booking was incredibly easy. I was actually able to work it out over text - never had that option at other repair shops! The price was in line with the least expensive I've been quoted in the area, the work was done quickly, and they even threw in a car wash. On top of all that, the staff was friendly, and the waiting area was great - Wifi, nice seating, coffee, very clean. They have nicer bathrooms than most restaurants! We'll be back here for sure.

They took good care of my vehicle, did all of the back and forth with insurance and even gave it a detailed cleaning inside and out before returning it to me. Great experience for my first time needing body work done.

The Fairway team was fantastic to work with. I had to change my appointment last minute and they got it changed to a few days later. They also kept me informed of how the repair was going and problems they were encountering.

My Jeep has succumbed to several different types of damage due to weather related situations. Every time I have taken my Jeep to Fairway Collision to fix the damages and have had nothing but awesome service! The team over all have been attentive, understanding, and always nice to work with. They have worked with me to figure out a plan and have been honest with me. I would gladly recommend their services.

EDIT NOV 18 2021: Took my truck to another collision repair business, and my truck ended up being totaled, with a bent frame like they initially stated. I received full payment from my insurance. Brought my truck here at the beginning of July (6th) after a rear end collision. Took 2 weeks for me to get any real updates from Lance. Initially I was told my frame was bent and because of the age and rust, it was close to "95%" total loss.

They met up with my insurance on Friday (9th) and they were told by the insurance adjuster that he needed to see the damage better and would return for a second visit, since he was not satisfied with their diagnosis on the first visit. I spoke with Lance again on Friday (16th) and he once again told me it was close to a total loss, but the insurance was giving them a hard time in getting the frame replaced because based on their recommendation, but the insurance was deemed it stretchable, and I was told that the insurance advisor would be back to give a final answer sometime that afternoon.

Jump to today, when once again, I had to call to get any updates (from both insurance and this company) and was told that they were going to go ahead and stretch the frame since it was not that bad at all and that the initial diagnosis was done incorrectly, and they miscalculated the total damage. Mind you, I have not spoken to anyone about any repairs, I was just told by Lance they came with an agreement with the adjuster.

I told Lance that I found it interesting that they changed their tune so quick after a second meeting with my advisor and that the "super accurate and almost impossible to get wrong measurements" were done wrong. I find it hard to believe because for the last two weeks my insurance told me they were waiting on Lance and Lance was waiting on them. I was told 2 separate stories that conflict each other, and when asked about these contradictions I am given the empty platitude of "there is nothing we can do." I am not sure about quality of repairs, from the reviews they seem superb, however, from my initial experience it was a mishandled and inconsistent service I cannot recommend.

They also returned my truck with the oil light on (I am not sure how that happened) and they left a mess in my back seat, they couldn't even put the tire iron bar back in its place and they broke my little lighter charge dock.

(Second Review: July 2019) This is the type of business that you would usually like to do business with just once only because it's a body shop. Unfortunately, I needed to use their services again, and they did just as amazing as before. The process of getting my car in and picking up was so smooth and fast. Everyone there was so kind, transparent, and helpful. Also, they cleaned the inside of my car before I picked it up.

I was SO touched by this. (They also left the BEST promo item in my cup holder. It holds Kleenexes!) The work they did on my car looks amazing. You can't tell it was ever in an accident. Thank you so much to everyone on the team at Fairway! (First Review: May 2017) The work they did was true to the estimate they originally gave me. They worked with my insurance company--they got everything to me before my insurance company did. The final work looks amazing. The rental they set up for me was nice and a very easy process. I'm impressed.
