My heros! So in my experience here, everything has been exceptional. High quality of individual attention, direct, HONEST. If you can believe it! And the owners are super nice also! Umm so I went and bought a car knowing absolutely nothing about it, and well the tire light came on so I stopped by chance to have it checked out. Above and beyond quality of service, I cannot say enough.

The only thing I'd say is you cannot freak out if your car isn't done in time. You must be flexible. People be getting all grumpy over 30 minutes. You also have to be prepared incase the mail is late if they need to send for a special part. It wasn't for me, and I'll also add that they took care if me when I needed help and my tire exploded on the freeway! Troubleshooting problems and obstacles was exceptional.

The work is TOP KNOTCH! Perfect. They told me everything. Even fixed my auxiliary cord and disconnected the blown subwoofer in the back. Simply amazing! My little car is SO happy right now and so am I thanks to Tire Direct Factory Pros. It's so so so great and fun to drive now that they fixed the problems for me. I'm super grateful and also feel a lot more safe driving!

I brought my Truck back there for 6in lift, different size rims & tires, got the fold out steps & the Chase rack all installed there, I went pick when it was finished it looked nice but a week later the lights on the fold out steps quit working and was hanging low on both sides My check engine light came on, my steering wheel was not straight, I told them about it they said bring it back but now I was skeptic I'm bringing it back to them, so I don't know why all that happened so shortly after picking it up, I had to rewire the fold down steps cause driver's side was stuck down week later passenger side did same thing so I checked the wiring and it honestly liked a little kid did it so I fixed that but most importantly my check engine light is my main concern and now it's gonna cost me to fix that.

No recommend to anyone, wiring was sloppy along with customer service*Update this place is well equipped and well knowledgeable on upgrades for your Truck they fixed up on my problems i had awhile ago, well come back for more business

Took my truck there said part was bad before alignment could be done took home to find the part was not even in truck anymore so was wrong But they wanted to charge me again Lucky owner said no But they also charged me to balance tires after I ask just for front tires only To find out month later they were way out of whack And owner tried saying every machine is differAnt is why Called other shops to ask They said maybe could be a little But not 2 Oz on all tires except one

I can't stress enough how happy I am with their service. First of all, their recommendation was genuine and honest. Most places are always looking at how to make money off you. I highly recommend this place for your wheel repair, refinish and tires purchase! Instead of selling me an aftermarket wheels, Nina and Nash gave me all the pros and cons and I ended up repairing my OEM wheels and painting them gloss black. They then gave me the lowest price on Tires, believe you me, I shopped around.

They do not respect your time, money spent or property. Spent about $4000+ on 2 full sets of tires and they damage my wheel. Say nothing for me to find out, then when I bring it in they say it cannot be their fault and that instead I'm to blame but they will do cheap fix.

I had new brakes installed a couple of years ago. From day #1 there was a squeaking sound for the first 5 minutes of driving. I have taken my car back 4 times and each time I was told that it was normal. Even when I explained that I've never previously had that problem with other cars, they refused to correct the problem. I now awaken my neighbors every morning when I leave for work. HORRIBLE customer service.

I called SO MANY places for help with my bent wheel and everyone said they wouldn't do it or that I needed a replacement. I then called my dealership and they referred me to this place. I called Factory direct tire pros and they were able to accommodate me immediately. Allister is a Rockstar and he mentioned that I don't need a replacement and that he could repair it. Super professional and very prompt. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Wow! Who out there knows what a bead seal replacement is? Interesting terminology this place uses. Sold my elderly mom all new tires a year ago. She has had leaking air issues since. You are trying to charge her a boat load to fix "seals" that you should have cleaned and set the first time. $550.00? Explain this one? Beware of this place, they will try to sell anything.

Great people. I have been going to them for my tire needs for many years and they have never let me down. I don't go anywhere else as they are always able to get me in right away when needed.

Nina, Nash, and their staff are the best! I went in to have a wheel checked and discovered that I needed a complete replacement. They worked with me and got me set up with a complete set of wheels and tires and fit me in to an already busy schedule to get them completed same day. Very open and honest communication. I am so grateful for their help and will highly recommend.

I was forced into a defensive maneuver while driving by a texting and distracted driver. I "touched" a curb and the road rash to my front wheel was a heart breaker. I was asking at my dealer, car is less than 6 months old, for a wheel repair shop and this place was recommended. I dealt with Aleister Tisdale. He provided me two options, one was for a repair n one would ever be able to see, but required the wheel for two weeks, or a less expensive repair, done in a day. I chose the quicker less expensive option. I have shown friends the wheel, and no one can tell it was repaired. I highly recommend this shop for all your wheel repair needs.

Amazing service! Fixed 2 bent alloy wheels, let me know about an issue with my tires, put a new set on and even stayed open late so I could pick up my car THE SAME DAY! Gave me a great deal and I Highly recommend!

I have been buying tires for all of my vehicles at Factory Tire Pros with Nash as my salesperson for many years. The service, reliability, and quality of their work has always been excellent. Even better, I always ask Nash to recommend which tires to buy and how to deal with other tire and wheel related problems. He is right on every time. I highly recommend them.

This place needs someone to come in and drive operational efficiencies. I had an absolutely horrible experience. I ordered new brake pads, rotors and asked for my calipers to be painted. I went to pick up my vehicle and they had oversprayed paint all over my rims and tires, so they were going to fix, came back in 24 hours later, all they did was spray everything including my rims with tire dressing, all still there. Took it this time, and realized something was wrong with the brakes, the pads fell out of the clips, rotor it was so hot. Brought it back the next day to fix the wheels and tires, and now had a new issue.

They tried to tell me it was fine. Uh, no. Left it there another 24 hours, I called in and got yelled at by Nash, stating "If I were a customer, I would not call, I am busy, so will call you when it's ready". Uh, huh? Horrible customer service. After 5 days, multiple drives in, finally thought I was good to go. Day later, something still wasn't right, took it to Les Schwab, to find out, the just flip the pads, so still fell out in the back, the rotor was warped, and they painted into everything around the caliper.

Full remove and replace through them. Will never ever ever ever go back to this horribly run, dismissive, finger pointing, hole in the wall pile. Customer service includes accountability guys.

I've been going here since 1990, it's been a great experience every time and if you want to go cheap no one tries to sell you more expensive stuff. The prices are fair

This is not a good business as other reviewers. I came change whole set of the tire and they didn't do good job, we had problem and came to fix but they charge for the service as theirs fault. We will never come back to this place.

This is the only shop I will take my car to! The service is Great and the turn around is lighting fast! Great group of workers here. These guys do a much better job than the dealer and the price will not empty your bank account! Thanks Nash! -J

Brought our new Tesla X in and designed to commission a powder coating job. The service all around was extraordinary. We are really happy with the outcome that they were able to accomplish. Saved us $10,000 in Tesla upgrades with this hack.

Needed a front end alignment and they were the only local option I could find. They did the alignment at a very reasonable price and as far as I can tell seemed to do a good job. The reason for the low rating is I was told my front shock was leaking. I don't think they even removed the wheel to diagnose. In any case, when I had the front tires replaced 2 days later at a different shop, there was no sign of any leaking. I can only assume they were looking for more money from an unsuspecting customer. Would not go back since trust has been eroded.

Ive been coming here for years. recently plauged with drivetrain issues. Nash got me in the very next day for an alignment. Told Chris the problems i had. Without hesitation he got my truck on the rack and found the source of my problem! One day fix without issues. John let my know my brakes needed service soon but wasnt pushy when i declined. If you want quality, professional service take your vehicle here. very satisfied. Big thanks to Nash, Chris, John, and the rest of the crew!

I came for wheel work, alignment, and new tires mounted. All I've had is problems since visiting this place. Brand new car, and I have had constant shaking/vibration and balance issues since they did their work, problems that can lead to other problems. I've taken it back 5 times and have wasted my time too much. The owner Nash does not care and will not consider refund. Having to spend more for dealership to fix now.

Low quality of service. Left scratch marks all over my inner wheel well in 3/4 of my wheels when they took off the old weights. Look closely at your car after they do work on it. Once confronted, they act like something is wrong with you, not their service. Again, low quality service and very frustrated. ***UPDATE*** After dealership work, they identified the problems from the work at Factory and gave me paperwork to support my refund. Emailed Factory direct tire and called several times, haven't heard back. This has been an absolute waste of time and money.

These guys are awesome! And not only are they skilled at their trades but they are honest and have true integrity! I went back with another vehicle and got the same GREAT SERVICE that i had last time. Nash and Nina are the owners and are just very nice people who won't steer you wrong. Nina is a blast to talk to and will make the time pass quickly while you wait!

I love working with Nash. I always send him all my friends and relatives every time someone needs wheels and tires. Factory Direct has the best deals in town no doubt. Just picked up my Tacoma from their shop. They installed a leveling kit, balancing, wheels and tires for me. Very happy with their customer service and prices. Highly recommend!

They did a great job of aligning my Volvo V 70 R AWD after I hit a curb. I needed to replace the wheels and they found 4 very nice, appropriate replacement factory wheels. They are recommended by my independent Volvo mechanic also.

Excellent service. Especially by nash and John. Always made me feel satisfied. Always answered all my queries patiently. Best part is they schedule you in quicker than most places and there prices are nominal. Get get the work done quickly. I have been going to them for almost a year now and haven't had any complaints or bad experiences at all.

Um, they gave me good refs for and recommendtions for the local businesses in the area, very cool. May have discovered a few new goodies in the area to check out! Enter from the Ranch 99 pkg lot, they're tucked on the south side of the parking lot, you can lunch, shop, or get a massage in the same parking lot, convenient! Thanks guys!

A friend needed a quick fix without have to pay 100s of dollars for tires. She been having issues with three of her tires for months but one finally went completely flat. I recommended that she try this place. She called then at 5pm on Monday and asked about tires and if they could help her out. She told them she had a 10am appointment she had to get to and wondered if they could get it done by then.

They told her to come by in the morning. They were able to replace three tires with some good quality used ones for a little over $100 and get her on her way before 10am! Needless to say she was incredibly relieved and happy. I need new tires for my car and I will definitely be purchasing them from there.
