Absolutely not! Terrible communication, had my jeep 6 wks, 7k in repairs, problems not fixed, had to find new mechanics. Day was supposed to be done they said battery was no good, and charged me 5oo more for that!. that was the limit! I paid and asked for a call back from manager that never came. pathetic. steer away.

First time customer and wasn't impressed. I was in the market for a local mechanic and picked this shop based on the great reviews. I made an appointment for an oil change and showed up on time. However, me and another customer had to wait 15 minutes just to get checked in because no one was manning the office. This was frustrating because I was on my lunch break and this was a waste of limited time.

When someone finally showed up, there was no apology or even acknowledgement of the wait. Someone finally started working on my car 30 min after my appointment time. While I was waiting, another customer showed up to an empty office. He ultimately had to call the shop on his cell to get someone to come to the desk. The shop ended up charging me $196 to change my oil and swap out a cabin air filter. That's crazy. Time to go back to my Seattle mechanic.

Excellent service! Robert was so kind and easily explained what was going on with my car. He never made me feel incompetent. I had a terrible experience with a mechanic prior to F & F and was a little nervous, but again, top quality car service and customer service.

Been going to F+F for 30 some years! This is the best shop in town period! They take care of you like family, do it right the first time, totally honest, hard working, highly skilled. They back up their work and work on every make and model. Friendly, helpful, communicative, and timely with their work! I've had two cars serviced here on multiple locations over the course of the past 1-2 years since we moved to the area. Recently, they saved me about $800 on a full exhaust system by referring me to a welding shop in Snohomish that fixed the issue for $185! Genuine, good-hearted people who want to do right by you and help you save some money.

I have been using this place to work on my work fleet trucks and my personal trucks. From basic maintenance to repairs-they do an amazing job! Prices are great! One time I asked to have my spark plugs changed along with a full service on my work truck. And instead of charging me to change the plugs, they showed me that the plugs were still great and not to waste my money.

They don't use cheap Chinese parts, always oem which shows they care about quality. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their vehicle fixed or maintained. Btw they are one of the few auto shops that have a complete 5-star rating on google.

We have been going to F & F Auto for over 20 years now and have ALWAYS been treated fairly and with great customer service. Mark, the service manager, and his team are fantastic and know their stuff. They have never done unnecessary repairs, even when I thought it was necessary. They have worked on both our cars and pickup trucks over the years and the treatment is always the same. Awesome! I highly recommend F & F Auto for all your auto repairs needs. You won't be disappointed.

It's been a while since I had any work done here, but, we did take our cars here for most repairs. They always seemed to be fair and did a good job and only a couple of time did we have to bring a car back because the repair didn't work out. Then my older toyota AC stopped blowing cold air. I had them look at it and was told the compressor needed rebuilding at a cost of around $500. Decided to pass since the car was fairly old.

A couple of months later the toyota needed some radiator work and I took it to a small shop that was near me. On a whim I asked them to look at the AC and a young guy came out and checked a few things and said the compressor needed some new O rings and it would be about $75 to fix. The repair worked perfectly and lasted at least 3 year which is when I sold the car. Needless to say, I have never been back to F&F.

F&F was recommended to me by a friend several years ago and I've been coming to them ever since. They're honest, friendly, knowledgeable, always treat me like family and their prices are very fair. Mark and his guys will treat you and your car well. I highly recommend this place

F&F really came to the rescue. On the day before Valentine's (I am a florist), our van started leaking a lot of oil. They jumped right on it and had our van back to us that afternoon. Thank you F&F, I really appreciate the great service!

The ONLY reason why I'm buying a BMW, knowing how expensive even basic maintenance can be, is because I know I have F & F right down the street and they will never rip me off. If I didn't have such a realiable, honest mechanic, I would never buy such a hight-maintenance car.

Adding some more to my review since they've worked on all 3 of my cars now. These guy's aren't the cheapest but this never applied more than with this shop, you get what you pay for. They use the best quality parts, all their techs have ridiculous amounts of experience, quotes are accurate, they will NEVER overcharge you. These guy's know their stuff.

Despite being a little more expensive than other shops they'll still work with you on repairs and pricing. And for the amount of cars that are always being worked on they're surprisingly fast too. Everyone there is really friendly as well, super easy to talk to. I can't say enough good things about this shop. Along with bringing my old Mustang in I brought my new 2015 Odyssey in for an oil change.

They found a leaking ABS module and they knew the car should be under warranty so they helped find a dealer to fix it. I also brought in a 99 Legacy with 99 problems. I tried to fix the brakes myself and ended up making it worse, they fixed the mess I made and didn't even charge me extra. I took a bath on this Legacy as well, odometer rollback, a lot of mechanical issues, etc. I'm eating that mistake but they're understanding about that.

They know I don't want to put good money after bad so they're still working with me on just getting it driving. First visit: Transmission on my 95 Mustang GT was starting to act up. It's an old car with a lot of miles and basically worthless so I just wanted to find out how bad it was. They quoted an hour of labor to look it over but only took 30 minutes and only charged me for that time instead of the whole hour. Probably an easier diagnosis, but the honesty from only charging 30 minutes will bring me back. Very easy to deal with and schedule.

I had an overheating issue with my 98 Honda Accord over the last weekend. Set up and online appt and received a call from Amy early Monday morning. I was told that they wouldn't be able to look at my car until Tuesday but that I could bring it in anytime and if a mechanic had a chance they would take a look at it earlier. They were able to fix my issue and return my car to me by 2pm on Tuesday, so the service was excellent and very fast. Amy was also very friendly and made the shitty process of bringing your car to an auto shop a lot more enjoyable. Didn't rip me off on labor and charge an arm and a leg (like Evergreen Autoworks down the street) either. Will definitely be returning to F and F with my vehicles if I need any more work done.

For the past 8 years, I have used their services. I have also used other services when they are not available or the cost is a bit high. Mark and his crew are the best of the best, and you may not get the answer you are looking for, or want to hear, but its going to an honest one. And you can always say no, and walk out. Also, work is never done by any Mechanic unless they were given the permission by the owner.

This stands true to all honest auto repair shops. Everyone is looking for an honest and clean auto shop. I believe the good out weigh the bad reviews. Not everyday is going to be a stroll in the park for mechanic or customers.

The staff was so friendly. Repaired my car quickly. I didn't have another person to drive my car home so they drove me home and back without hesitation. Not necessarily cheaper than any other repair shop but it was worth it for great staff.

Can't believe all of the good reviews. I had the worst customer service here that I have ever had at an auto shop. Worst of all it was from the owner. He was rude, talked fast, impatient and told me "I feel like I've already explained this to you". Excuse me, but if he needs to explain it again, that shouldn't be a problem considering I'm paying 500 dollars. I will never go back here again and I've told my family not to as well.

Let it be known I made a Yelp account just to express how dissatisfied I was with my experience here. Went in at LEAST a half hour before my ball-parked appointment time the other day so I wouldn't have to wait as much, boy did I get that wrong. Waited over 2 hours and got charged an arm and a leg AFTER they did the procedures without my consent. Horribly unprofessional, first and last for me despite many positive reviews through the grapevine.

Check out their ratings in Checkbook magazine; they got a 95%. I took my old van in for an electrical problem that ended up being very difficult to track down. They were very diligent and even phoned the Chrysler experts for assistance. It turned out to be a corroded connection in a junction box. They charged me for half the time it took to discover the problem and made sure with additional diagnostics that the problem had been solved. I also went there to have a used car checked out by them and they did not miss any problem areas.
