Express Auto Repair & Engine Exchange

I had a different company do a oil and filter change. They then gave me info that my front mounts were broken and my car was unsafe to drive. I was referred to Express Auto Repair. They not only did a check on the problems the first company wrote down but also sent me pictures of the area proving that there were indeed no problems. Very thorough and excellent personal service. I will be telling everyone I know that they are a company to use.

I went here because my 2013 Mini Cooper's lower radiator hose had a hole in it and I needed a coolant flush, and service was finished on my car a lot sooner than I was expecting! Getting my car to them seemed to be the toughest part of it all. Service lasted just over a day, as it was postponed until the morning of the second day they had it because weather delayed the delivery of the part required, but I was kept updated on every last bit of info. Super nice service and super nice people!

Towed my car over there for a starter and was told it was my alarm system antitheft and nothing they could do. Towed it to the dealer who changed the starter, brake pads and an oil change in under 4 hours was back on the road. The dealer said the alarm system wasnt an issue or even part of the problem just a bad starter.

This place was nothing but amazing. They worked with me on payments and really made me feel comfortable knowing they would take care of my car, its back up and running better than ever all thanks to them. I've never had better service than them

Great service very fast and efficient. Great quality work was done to change my oil pan and my brakes and my air filter. I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone I know in need of a good mechanic at a fair and affordable price. all the work is warranted by Nappa so I have that peace of mind. I am going to be using these guys as my mechanics for all my car service from now on.

I called ahead of time and dropped my car off for a full inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. They also replaced my brake pads and got my car ready for a long road trip. They were extremely communicative through the entire process via text and phone calls and had my car completely ready to go in only 2 hours. We had our Hyundai towed to their facility on Friday, and they brought it back to look at immediately. Within hours they had the full diagnostic and pricing for each issue. We called them on Monday to give them the green light to start working on the car (replacing the battery, new alternator, and battery cleaning) and they finished the job within a couple of hours. We are very fortunate to find this shop. They are very helpful, respectful, professional, and speedy. Thank you Jordan for all of your help!

Got about 3k worth of work done including a window power regulator (it's what holds your window in place and moves it up and down). The first one just failed while I was not using the window. I figure it was just a bad part and get it replaced under warranty. The second one also broke while I was rolling the window up. This is clearly a cheap part, but it'll be replaced under warranty, right? Nah.

First I take my car in and get told they don't have the part after I've waited all day. Second time I do the same thing but it turns out they ordered the wrong part after already having me wait longer than anticipated. This was due to other customers being more important than fixing something they repaired twice already in a 4 month period, and it keeps breaking.

On top of that I had to use tools to get inside the door to tape the window back up again because that's too much work after wasting my time. Poor service, low quality parts, would not recommend.

I brought my 2015 Ram truck to Napa Express Auto Repair for a broken manifold stud that had been drilled through. They quoted me fairly at $2,700. the Dodge dealership told me my truck was still under warranty but they could not do anything due to the stud/bolt being drilled through. The dodge dealer wanted $3,300 to repair my truck. Rick the president at Napa Express Auto Repair was very helpful and responsive about the status of my truck repair.

I got updates via text message. It only took two days for the parts to come in and the repair to be made. I requested the new bolts/manifold studs to be a grade 8 bolt. Rick had no problem finding these and adding them to my quote. I will will be doing future business with this shop in the future. Lesson learned for me don't try and extract bolts the DIY route take it to the professionals.
