I tried to get my husband's truck and my Prius oil changes. We called and asked if they could service our cars back to back. They claimed there wasn't an opening for an entire week. Thought this was going to be my next oil-change spot. But I guess not.

Went in for a slow leak on a tire. Was told that they could fit it in that same day. I dropped it off around 9 and they called saying it was complete around 2. It ended up being a difficult to see nail that they removed and patched. Just went on a trip and almost two weeks later, the tire is holding its PSI perfectly. Will be back if I need anything else done. Great experience overall.

The service is thorough and done with excellence. The customer service never disappoints. It's great they offer a ride back home when u drop off your car. I have great confidence in the work that is done at Expertec.

Had my car service on 5/31. You needed an appointment at this place, and I had a noon appointment. Brought the car in at 11 am for an oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection. Called them around 3:30 pm and was told that my car was next in line. A little disappointed. Get the car around 4:30 pm. Couldn't start the car the following day 6/1.

Not quite sure what the problem was. Called them asking if it was OK to have the car towed to their shop so they could look at it. The lady on the phone checked with management and said they were fully booked and told me that I could bring the car in on Monday (It was Wednesday when I called them). I'm not saying they did anything wrong with my car, but if they worked on the car and it couldn't started the following day, they should let me tow my car in to look at it as soon as possible instead of waiting five extra days. First time trying this shop, and I was highly disappointed. Inferior customer service.

I had an appointment to get a catalytic converter installed. Even though I had an appointment it took three hours to get installed for a 15 minute job. I saw several people that came in after me leave before me. I did ask the front desk lady for constant updates but I don't believe she was being upfront with me. She kept saying that I was up next but clearly that was not the case. After three hours it got installed. I wish they were honest with me about the wait. I would of gone home and been a happy camper.

Very happy with the work they have done on my classic mustang. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Gary the G.M is very courteous and helpful with my requests.

Great place, everyone is very nice Staff is thorough and helpful. I typically go for an oil change and they will check my entire car for any issues they may find. They take pictures and forward them to you then go and over any thing that needs to be addressed. They are very quick with the service and also offer a free shuttle. I definitely recommend them for all your auto needs.

ExperTec is the only place I trust to work on my cars. The service team is always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain the ins and outs of my cars. They offer what is recommended but are never pushy. It's hard to find great, trustworthy mechanics but I truly believe the ExperTec team is just that! My cars run great because of quality of work ExperTec provides!

I have a Mustang Foxbody that was having electrical issues. CJ and Eric at Expertec got my car right in to the shop. CJ had it diagnosed and provided a solution within hours. He then had the work done perfectly within a couple days, which was well short of my expectation, and I appreciated the communication I received at every step. In the end, it was very reasonably priced work, and the issue has been resolved. I highly recommend taking your car to the Expertec team!

Expertec performed an efficient, thorough, and timely oil change, tire rotation and changed my brake fluid. The staff, including Krista ( front desk) CJ ( technician) and Manuelo ( driver, who gave me a ride to and fro from my home, while work was being done on my car) were all friendly and professional. So I would definitely recommend this business for your automotive needs.

I brought my Lexus SUV in for a Smog check I 2020 & they were friendly and completed the check quickly for $39.95 plus the certificate. I called to make an appointment this year and the price had gone up to $49.95. I asked if they would honor the $39.95 I paid on my last visit. Nope! Was told no wiggle room. The adage that it costs more to get new customers than to keep current customers is true. I went to Beach Smog, paid $39.95 and am a happy camper!

I've used these guys a couple times because they're close to my shop. First time issued wasn't resolved had to get a $500 tow on my bill, they did refund the $200 charge for a ground wire problem. Second they fixed Ac so far so good Only $375 Last visit, I had replaced my battery but wasn't keeping charge figured alternator. Did tell him has a lose connection.

They called to tell me $850 Since the vehicle was recently purchased for Pam van so I took it over there and up it was the loose bolt free of charge thanks Fam vans Will no be back ET

They just need to pay attention to details. My hood was left open after I drove away and I didn't notice it, thankfully it didn't fly up on my while driving, also no replacement of the oil sticker which is just annoying, seems like a legit place and good work I just don't know yet but paying attention to small details help a customer feel more secure and like they can trust the work.

My car stalled mid intersection and this was the closest auto shop to me at the time. I am impressed by their friendliness and professionalism! They have a shuttle service for those who don't have a ride while their car is in the shop. Julian was my shuttle driver and a great conversationalist. Manny was the one who kept in contact with me for updates on my car and was very kind and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.

They ended up replacing the fuel pump. Now my car works way better than before. I don't even feel the little kick-backs I used to and driving is waaaay more smooth. I will definitely go back to this place when I need more work done! Thank you!

I took my Ford Raptor here for an oil change and tire rotation. If out of alignment after the rotation, I agreed to pay $89 to correct it. Have been taking vehicles to Gary for years and never been disappointed with skill or service. I'm a customer for life.

First off, I have a huge number of friends who work in the business-to-consumer service industries, and I take bad reviews VERY seriously and don't give them out unless they are well deserved. That said, I was going to give ExpetTec a bad review, but they stepped up to the plate to prove their top notch serice reputation is well deserved! I. experienced a stressful, unfortunate situation that resulted from a lapse in communication in their organization. Luckily, I was able to communicate the problem afterhours, and both the receptionist and VP took time out of their busy Sunday to make things right.

They were prompt, apologetic, took ownership of the problem and resolved it in a fair manner to my complete satisfaction. Some people might say they've never had a problem with their automotive tech, but I say that you don't know how good they are until you see how they resolve a problem with you! Have no reservations about coming to these automotive professsionals, because that is what they are - - professionals: from the receptionist to the service techs to the management!

I want to thank Expert Tech for their outstanding costumer service and help with my car. Though I love most of my year in Texas whenever I'm in Cali I will always use them as my first choice when it comes to repairs! Thank you all so much!
