This is, unfortunately, the 4th time using Exotic Motors Auto Rebuild. This is the only shop that I will take my vehicles to, even if the other guy's insurance company tries to talk me out of it. Excellent work as always and great communication with periodic updates as to the status of the repair. Paint work is always top notch, and they never cut any corners.
As such, they are bit more expensive than some other shops in the area.but if you love your vehicles as much as I do, it's well worth the extra couple of bucks to make sure everything is done right.

Victor and the entire Exotic team went above and beyond in servicing our vehicle and our needs. The work is superior and communication is excellent. They handled every detail with integrity and professionalism all while being friendly and helpful. We couldn't find our Tesla plug in when we got home and they immediately made accommodations to send us one so that could charge our vehicle. We live on Bainbridge Island so it was a little complicated. Victor and Carmelita went above and beyond! Excellent customer service and craftsmanship. Thank you!

They sent me bills months after I got back my car, claiming they did extra repairs. I talked to the owner Mark, and he insisted I still owe several hundred without any explanation, even though I already paid. Why did they allow me to pick up my car if I didn't pay in full right? At the end, Mark filed some paperwork to King county small claims court.
And of course, he lost and the judge decided the case in my favor. Imagine you ate a restaurant, paid and left, but the restaurant sent you another bill in the mail. This is exactly what happened. Do not come here, period.

I hardly put reviews but this place deserves one. I brought in my Acura MDX 2022 to get it fixed due to an auto accident and I was nervous to bring it in since it's just hard to find a auto shop you can actually trust but Ken really made it easy and made sure to let me know everything that was going on and what exactly they were going to do with my car.
I had some issues with the auto ins but he was just so helpful, for sure gained my trust and for any auto problems I will be definitely keeping them in mind. They are also certified with Acura so that was a plus for me!

I've (unfortunately) had the opportunity to use Exotic's services multiple times. They do amazing work. Victor and the entire Exotic team are second to none. They communicate progress frequently and let you know how you're tracking towards the projected completion date. On both occasions they were right on schedule. The end result is fantastic of course. You wouldn't be able to tell where the original damage occurred if you tried!

Great repair facility. Daily email updates on my car's status was greatly appreciated. Plus, they are an Allstate preferred repair facility so the estimate for repairs was thorough and detailed. Their quality is unsurpassed. The shop has state of the art diagnostic equipment for high-end cars with sophisticated engineering. Everything was completed perfectly without the need of re-visits.

Exotic motors handled the repairs on my Tesla after I was rear ended earlier this year and they did a fantastic job making my car look like new again! This is the "Nordstrom" level of service. The treatment of the vehicle and the owner is white glove. They provide regular text updates of the repair process and give you back the car detailed in showroom condition. I had a Tesla to repair and even the Tesla Service Center said, they recommend this place. Services: Painting, Tyres, Body & Trim
