Mike is a cool guy! I had to have 4 flat wiring installed on my Rav-4 (in order to pull a U-Haul)- no one was able to fit me in, but it just so happened, Mike's staff was capable of the job- and they were able to fit me in! *looks dreamlike at staff* "My heroes!".

Donny really went above and beyond for us. He stayed late to finish replacing a stolen cat on my beloved '89 motorhome. He also addressed some extra problems free of charge. Overall bill was very reasonable. It seems really important to him to do right by his customers, and that's very appreciated.

I own a motorcycle he doesn't work on them but he does welding I had a part that kept on braking off and I took it to him 2 times and he fixed it free of charge I think he is friendly great guy if I owned a car he would be the one I would go to for sure.

I had an attempted catalytic converter theft - they didn't get the cat, but did cut a couple of nice slices in my exhaust pipe. These guys welded it for free! Like just about everyone else in my neighborhood with a Honda Element, I had someone saw through a nice chunk of my exhaust pipe in an attempt to steal my catalytic converter yesterday, before being scared off by my neighbors. Multiple people recommended Master Muffler to me. Donny is so kind - got me in immediately, didn't charge for the weld (to "support the community", since this is so rampant), got me a Miller Cat Shield, and installed it all in about 2 hours. I'm really grateful to have them in the neighborhood.

I needed someone to take a look at my rattling muffler after my son backed over a log. I had a great experience here. He was very friendly, offered free estimates, and since it was just a super quick fix, no charge for that either. Just a no frills local shop. I will definitely be back for any future muffler, brake or suspension needs.

I called around to several shops before finally deciding on Master Muffler for my brake replacement. One shop quoted me an astronomical price for just my front brakes, and another one wouldn't give me a general price range until I dropped my car off at their shop for 1+ hours (and then I'd be able to make an appointment). When I called Master Muffler, they took time out of their day to go over all of the potential scenarios, as well as the general price range that I'd be looking at for each scenario.

I dropped my car off before they opened, and a short while later they called to go over what exactly I needed. My brake replacement was done a few hours later, and the price was extremely and surprisingly reasonable. I will most definitely be using their shop in the future and highly recommend it to anyone else in need!

Donny was fantastic. He was quick, upfront & honest. He was unable to get into the brakes on my Benz that's been sitting for a year so, he introduced me on the spot to Brady down the road at Import Repair Center to help get me the assessment I needed.
