I would never bring my vehicle to this place again. Having to go back a third time bc they can't get it right the first time let alone clean the car after having it four months! If this is the same Excalibur that used to come so highly recommended it def is not no more or the ratings a lie! Only positive to my experience with them is Jason no longer works there. I only gave one star bc u had to select something, I wouldn't even rate them a potato.

Took my car to get front end repainted due to rock chips, paint job wasn't perfect but it was decent. Detailing department is horrible, swirl marks from it getting buffed and spider webs/scratched on the whole car from it getting washed. They offered to redo it but honestly how much better of a job can they do if they left it out the shop in that condition. Car needs a whole paint correction now.

It was the most courteous and professional experience of all customer services practices. For the length of time my Nissan was in there shop I was given a status update daily. All repairs weren't completed, service manager for my case didn't know what a PVC valve is and never called me back when I called for status updates, took almost a month to get the one part they did order replaced. I was given the runaround when I'd call to ask about anything. I called my insurance to reopen my claim and they were no longer on their preferred lists of shops. You've been warned.

This was the first time I used any type of body repair shop. Excalibur was recommended to me by someone else who used them in the past. I was initially impressed that my insurance and Excalibur worked hand in hand to get the claim processed, the repairs needed, and payment(s) done between the two companies without me having to fill out forms then or at the end of my repairs. Also, Excalibur works hand in hand with the rental car agency I used. Tom Lombardo did my estimate after explaining the process and taking pictures of the damaged area.

He also used his expertise to, upon receiving the driver's side door to be installed, noting that the door wasn't up to his expectations, so he sent it back and ordered a new door. Due to the reordering of the door it took longer than expected in regards to the completion of the job. But it was worth the wait as the car looks great and all problems from the accident body-wise were taken care of.

If I didn't know better I would have never guessed that my car had been in the repair shop at all. And, of course, when all was done Excalibur billed my insurance and they paid the claim without further help from me. Thanks also to Bryn Jaces for helping me with the rental car company. I highly recommend Excalibur for any auto body repair!

Recently my car was rear ended by another driver on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Fortunately, they did have insurance, SafeAuto. We pulled over and they started a claim with them right away and let them know that it was their fault. Excalibur was on a list that SafeAuto provided to me. They had great hours and they are near where I live. Due to how busy they were, I had to wait a few weeks to get my car in for repair.

Not a problem as it was still drive-able after the accident. Tom at Excalibur did a great job keeping me informed. I picked up my car today and it looked like it did the day that I bought it! They did a great job and even cleaned the interior of my car too! Going above and beyond! Enterprise Rental Car has a kiosk in their building. I was able to conveniently pick up and drop off the rental and SafeAuto picked up the tab!

I would recommend the Willowick Excalibur Repair facility anytime, to anyone. I would go back again if I was in need of repairs. Thanks Excalibur for a job very well done during a very difficult and trying time!

The employees here a very helpful but the work that was done to my vehicle was very poor they had to fix the left side of my truck because of an accident but the age of the truck made it difficult but I thought for a professional shop they could handle it but apparently not when I got my truck back I went to close my door and my door panel falls off because they didn't but a single screw back in also my rocker was repaired and sanded but it never got painted also they got tones of overspray on my frame when that could have been avoided really easy then I was looking closer and they didn't even peal of all of there masking tape before they released the truck to me.

And finally I was looking at the paint and it looks like they didn't even clean the service before paint there fish eyes and runs all over the truck Just very disappointed in the work completed and this kind of work should have never happened for this big of a company

Excalibur did a great job - they were polite, professional, and they kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Not only can you not tell that part of the hood was repainted (due to a scratch/chip in the pain), they returned my car cleaned, waxed, and the inside was cleaned out as well. I would definitely go back to them in the future.

I was recently involved in a car accident that left my whole front bumper needing to be replaced. Rob Matusik and the team at Excalibur Auto Body did such an amazing job replacing and repairing my car! From the beginning, Rob informed me that because of part ordering delays I might have to wait about a month until I would be able to pick up my car. However, it only took two weeks!

After getting three quotes on the damage that a stone wall caused to my rear quarter panel, I determined that Excalibur was by far the best price and felt very comfortable going to them as several friends recommended them and they are just down the street from me. I would have given them four and one half stars for a minor concern that I expressed to them later, but I certainly would not have lowered my review to four stars.

Though the repair to my vehicle was supposed to be done in two days and ended up taking four I am very understanding of the help issues that many companies are struggling with during this covid recovery. I would definitely go back to Excalibur anytime in the future and recommend them to friends and family members.

I've brought my '18 Mazda in three times for some pretty extensive work from several accidents. I've been impressed every time! The drop off is convenient (and they're great with the on-site Enterprise car rental, should you need it); I got text updates throughout the repair process to let me know what stage they were at and when I could expect my vehicle.

Professional and courteous interactions, great quality work, and it's always been a fair and reasonable cost! I'm extremely glad my insurance works through Excalibur and pointed me in their direction! Highly recommended, and I will remain a customer (.but I do hope people stop hitting my car and forcing these types of repairs!)
