I have worked with several of the Ewald dealerships over the years. This time I inquired about a new work truck that I found online, at Ewald Chevy, that fit my company needs perfectly. I sent an email to confirm availability and was quickly contacted by John Snipes, who confirmed it was available. John was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable.

Experience: I recently added a 2019 Chevy Malibu to our fleet. With many thanks to Ken Hirn and team at Ewald Chevrolet in Oconomowoc. It was a pleasure doing business with an excellent group of people. Ewald really knows how to caters to their customers. Of all the car dealerships I've worked with, I've never felt so comfortable during the process.
I will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle! Facility: The facility is kept very tidy. There is a decent sized waiting area, With a small table for children to keep themselves entertained. The show cars don't disappoint either, my kids enjoyed the Camero and Vette in their showroom. THANKS AGAIN EWALDS!

We were referred to Ewald and John Snipes through a connection and we were very happy with the experience! I'll be honest, I'm not a huge fan of the car buying process, especially with the car shortage going on, but John and Ewald went out of their way to make it a great experience. John reached out to us before we even met with him to get our thoughts on what we were looking for and worked with us on our specific needs. He made everything easy and painless for us. We are extremely happy with our Chevy Equinox and highly recommend Ewald.

I just purchased a 2019 Silverado from Ewald and had an amazing experience. Kaela is the most personable and honest sales person I've ever worked with. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. I had heard good things about Ewald from friends, and now I can see why they spoke so highly of them. My husband and I absolutely loved working with Ken Hern at Oconomowoc Ewald! We had two new vehicles built, in the midst of the great car shortage of 2021. Ewald was still able to provide us with exactly the vehicles we were looking for! We initially started our build process at a competing dealership, and was given the run around by them for months.
After much disappointment, we finally switched to Ewald through a recommendation. Working with Ken was a complete 180 experience! Ken was very patient, personable, knowledgeable, and informative. My husband wanted a very specific truck built. Ken was phenomenal about being realistic with timeframes, which we greatly appreciated; this was our main issue with the dealership we initially worked with.
He also went above and beyond to explain the entire build process with us and get us the best pricing on our trade-in. He continually sent us updates throughout the build process as well. The truck we purchased is a beautiful Chevy 2500. We have received so many compliments about it, even from strangers in parking lots! I wasn't entirely sure what vehicle I wanted to purchase. Ken was so patient and helpful by showing me numerous different vehicles and helped me compare pricing.
I felt he truly wanted nothing more to than to provide me with a vehicle I would absolutely love. I ended up purchasing an Equinox RS and I love it so much! We are so happy we made the switch to Ewald and worked with Ken! He's so great, I'd go as far as saying he's friend material! Thanks so much Ken, and everyone else at Ewald.
