Ever-Ready Glass

Ever-Ready Glass took a week to replace my window. I kept waiting day after day but they didn't show up and did not communicate well. But they did do an okay job on the window.

If you are a business with fleet vehicles I strongly recommend using Ever Ready. They work with our strict morning schedules to make sure we can get our trucks on the road promptly in the morning and will even go to our fields staff's homes to change a windshield if needed. Sam Cannes from Ever-Ready reached out to me regarding my windshield replacement. One simple phone call with my insurance agent and the next day the tech Gus arrived and replaced the windshield in under 30 minutes! Gus did a clean and professional job. No issues whatsoever. These guys are great! Gave me a $105 rebate check + $100 credit with an online coupon website with a whole bunch of BOGO coupons at local restaurants. Definitely recommend this company. Though the installation of my new glass was as expected, their customer service team lied to me. I was told I'd be emailed a digital gift card for using their company. It is not a giftcard. it is essentially a digital coupon book worth $100 in discounts (you still have to spend money). The discounts offered, are already offered by the retailers in their coupon sections of their sites. Other than that, I did receieve a $105 check.and great service from Gus! Thank you Gus for a job well done

This was the worst place I ever took my vehicle! Arminda doesnt have a clue what she is doing. She is so incompetent. She never returns calls. She sent out wrong glass with the installer. She lies and lies to make herself look better. I will never use this company again for my glass.

Ever Ready will go above and beyond to take care of you. Their team is friendly and knowledgeable. I made a mistake and let my insurance company route me to their affiliated auto repair company Safelite and they treated me so indifferent. Ever Ready came to my rescue after Safelite took out my rear window and broke the molding and said they couldn't replace for 3-5 days.

Every ready came out the same day and replaced my window. Laura is the CSR Manager from Ever Ready that took on my problem and made me feel at ease. Laura sent one of her top guys (Gus) out and he was amazing. Thank you Every Ready for taking care of me. Keep up the amazing work.

Being a former employee I could share some of the communities concerns about the bad service of this place. See, when checks bounce and employees don't get paid, non the less get poor training and end up in the field checking your vehicle for estimates, well I'm sorry to say it, but I won't be caring about you or my service representing a company that can't pay their employees.

I've heard since my employment things have changed in that whole department, but if that were the case, I'd probably have a 500$ check with my name on it from my last 2 sales. but I don't. Apparently, some employee files disappeared somehow, including mine. So I'm sure you could see how customer service is the least if our worries when my child is at home waiting for his father to bring him dinner.

Ever-Ready Glass did an incredible job for my sister. She needed bathroom work done & Brad from Ever-Ready took care of everything. If you're looking for great employee service & outstanding results, I recommend this guy & this company.

I needed my windshield fixed and am so glad I went to Laura F, who was really amazing from start to finish! She got on the phone with my insurance and walked me through setting up an appointment to have my windshield replaced. My insurance let me know that Ever-Ready is one of their preferred providers. Ever-Ready had everything prepared within 24 hours and were willing to meet me anywhere I needed them to go to replace it.

The following day as I was pulling into my meeting, Gus the technician and Laura were there waiting for me. They explained what was going to happen. I handed my keys over, and when my meeting was done, my windshield was replaced and perfect! They were very thorough, kind, and helped me save a lot of time and money! Thank you so much for all your help! Would highly recommend!

Called Ever-Ready needing a new window that had been broken out. Laura said she would find one and have someone out. They met me on sight at a job location and with in 30 minutes had my window out, cleaned and replaced. What can I say but thank you. On my list of vendors from here on out. Great job. Wade

Beware, they may bombard you with sales calls after you use their service! Had I known they were going to call me repeatedly, I would have never used them. It's been years since I last used them and they will call asking if your other cars need their windshield replaced. I wish I never used them.
