Good job fixing and they even cleaned inside of my car and washed it.

Was having troubles with my air suspension for weeks and after a hand full of different mechanics even the dealership and $$$. These guys trouble-shooted the problem and was honest with cost and up front that diagnosis was the best guess to solve the problem. Seems their expert opinion was correct because no issues thus far. Appreciate the personable staff!

Hands down the most honest, reliable, knowledgeable people in the city. I've been taking my, and my families cars to Hawk for 30 years. I wouldn't trust my family, or my ride, to anyone else. anywhere. Ever.

Pretty sure this is just an insurance scam. Supposedly fresh paint work came from the place with tons of scratches in it. Should have seen the red flags but got bamboozled by cheap talk. My fault and I hope this review helps others. I know the pictures with reflections don't do justice to the low quality work but stay away. The inside of my car also came back much dirtier than when I left it and although I didn't write the mileage down I am sure I left it with a full tank and it was returned with 1/4 tank. The only reason it gets two stars is they only charged me my deductible and what insurance gave me. But they then went on to charge my insurance much more.

This happened a while ago. Brought my mustang in to the shop for an oil change and to have a full inspection done because I was planning to sell the car. I knew a handful of issues my car already had which included a broken bumper, worn out breaks, first gear synchro issue, tail light out, and a number of other issues. I called ahead of time and was quoted $60 for an oil change and $100 for the inspection.

When I came back to pick up my car, they raised the price of my oil change to $100 and said I was accidentally given the wrong price over the phone. When I asked for an inspection report, they gave me no documentation and just said my car was fine and had no issues. I demanded some sort of paper work to clarify what was inspected and to get a report for battery, tire, other levels. But, they said they do not provide a report and I had to take their word that they inspected my car, yet they could not point out a single issue of the several very obvious problems with the car. In the end I paid over $200 for an overpriced oil change and an "inspection." Unprofessional and very shady.

Unbelievably great experience from start to finish. After an accident, they managed everything, insurance, repairs, and detailed our car making it beautiful again. Nice and efficient staff, owner came out to meet us and they completed the repairs on time. So glad we found this place.

This place does incredible work! I had a baseball size dent in the roof of my Jeep and in a little over an hour Jim made it completely disappear! I couldnt be more pleased, highly recommend their dent removal services!

I visited this place 2 years ago. My cars front lower body was pushed a little bit due to a parking lot accident then cracked one of the water pipe. By that time, My car was overheating. One of the front desk told me that my car is damaged badly and It will cost me more than $5000. we disagreed about the damage. Next morning, I ask my old friend to Check my car, and he told me that there is nothing wrong except the Water pipe.

We told the Asia mechanic to replace the pipe but he tried to convince us that the damage is more than that. Finally We decide to leave the place. We bought the pipe for $33 and fixed it on a side road. Two years later my car still running smooth. Thank you my old friend for helping me out that day. I saved $4967. I will never trust any mechanic no more.

I just randomly called through google. I found this brilliant, reliable and honest mechanic man. He has been very honest about their job, even before I come to get my car fixed he was very kind and witty to suggest me the best course of action for my car. We had an issue with an air pump at a local gas station and our tires were dangerously low. When I called they said come right over and we will get it taken care of-which they did and for no charge-when I insisted we pay something, the owner said give it to Arturo the gentleman who did the work. Everyone was so friendly. It was just a wonderful experience and we plan on using them in the future. True community values! Thank you!

They installed a body part on my car and it detached from the car. It never fit properly after they installed it. I should have suspected that it was poorly attached because when I picked up the car there was a bunch of debris in the back of the car where they were working that they didnt bother to clean up. They even left a wrench in the car. Very unprofessional.

When I brought the car back they refused to reattach the part that had been improperly installed they said there is nothing they can do. I'm sorry I ever took it there. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. BEWARE. To add insult injury I noticed a very fresh scrape/ding on my car a half hour after I picked it up. They claimed that it wasn't them but it clearly was. When I brought it up they just denied it.beware of this place.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and professional in getting my car fixed after getting shot up while parked in the city. Roxy is back to her beautiful self!

They took care of some fender/bumper damage on my 2014 Ford Fusion as an authorized direct repair facility for Erie Insurance. Excellent experience from start to finish. The estimators are friendly and experienced; they handled everything and did it with class and courtesy. The work turned out beautifully - not a single flaw. They took my car the following Monday after I first came in, and the work was completed on schedule. The owner is right there in the front of the house and he's a great guy.
