Karl and his team at European Road & Racing are fantastic. Can't say enough about this business honesty when it comes to diagnostic or repairs. My wife used this business when we owned an older year Mercedes Benz E320. Karl and his brother Martin was always fair in the diagnosis and the repair charges. We sold the vehicle and purchased a new one, but we still kept in touch.

A few days ago our daughter took her car there due to a diagnosis by the dealership of the car manufacture. The technician and service dept at that dealership mislead her on a very expensive repair. When I called Karl for a second opinion; he asked a few questions about if we took the car there for the diagnosis rendered-which we did not. Karl had his son who drives the same type vehicle inspect the recommended repair by the dealership, and it did not need replacing. Talk about honesty and integrity especially during this time in history means a lot. Please use this business if you are in need of any diagnostic or vehicle repairs.

I am using my brothers Porsche and needed an oil change. These people couldn't be nicer and more attentive. They got me in quickly and even fixed an on-going problem that my brother had ignored. They needed an unusual part and were able to get it in in about an hour! The price was great and the service was fast and friendly. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & maintenance

I appreciate your attention to such a little thing on such an ordinary car. I want to give you five stars and a nice comment. Your business treated me and my request as if it were a complicated thing on a super car, but Michael and Karl were very kind to me. Karl took time to talk about racing and business and especially about family. By the way Ashley is a treasure, customer by customer.

She's a tough girl. One guy came in and started off with "I came in here to have this fixed and you fixed something else but not what I came in about." Without missing a beat she said "that is not accurate, sir. Your problem was overlaid buy another one we fixed the overlay in your issue was resolved. She was very firm, but very nice. You have a great business and it must be a wonderful place to work. Highly recommend you to anybody with any problem with a European automobile.

What a great place to have service work done on your sports car, First let me say it starts with people that love what the do for a living! Karl and his family at European Road & Racing are top notch and they know their stuff! For Me It started the moment I met Ashley at the front desk very professional and knowledgeable and a big smile. Then I got to meet Karl's daughter ABBY who is hands on and loves cars so much you can tell right away she was very carful and proceeds with caution planning each process out in her mind to ensure a job gets well done!

I was referred to Karl and his team to repair my son's BMW after a crash with a deer. I met Karl and his entire family staff who were all warm, honest, diligent and professional. We communicated frequently which could have been nerve wracking since I am in New York. However, I was completely at ease with the level of service and communication I was receiving.

Karl and his staff are always professional, honest and I have an overall great experience using them with my 3 series BMW! I had it inspected with them when I first purchase and I have not had any unforseen problems with my car at all. Before you go to a BMW dealer, check these guys out! BMW recommended a pleather of items to be done that Karl and his team did not find significant enough to have to repair. TOP NOTCH COMPANY!

This was the first time I had ever taken my car to a shop, so I was nervous. After my experience I am convinced ERR is the best shop in the Southeast. The work they did is perfect, and they told me about an upcoming maintenance item I wasn't aware of and gave me advice on some other potential future problems. They treated my old BMW with the same care as if it were a new McLaren, which really meant a lot to me. You will not find a more honest, professional, or skilled team anywhere.

This was my first time here and I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism. I set an appointment to have the oil changed on my BMW and they completed the work on time with minimal waiting time. I had asked to have the mechanic do a general look over the car and was invited into the shop to advise me on preventative work. As a result I have scheduled further work to be done and I'm confident of the outcome. No further place for me to look to have this car or any other I own serviced by these wonderful people!

I brought my 2021 MK5 Supra to ER&R to get some maintenance and a laundry list of goodies installed (pure turbo, DP, wheels tune, etc.) and it was an absolute pleasure having Sean work on the car. It is definitely a lot better performance wise, the turbo spool sounds amazing and the exhaust note tops it all off. Sean kept me updated through the whole process, I did not have to worry about anything. Sean and the crew at ER&R are very knowledgeable in the work they do.
