After a nightmare experience with the service department at Spokane Audi, I was hoping to find a trustworthy shop to take my car to for service and maintenance. Our sprinkler repair man suggested European Autohaus and I am so happy to have found them! Excellent, trustworthy service and this will be the only shop getting my business from now on!

Aaron is great to work with, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. will continue to have them work on our Mercedes.

We made mistake of taking our old Mercedes to Lloyds closer to home 3 years ago. Driving only 1500-2000 miles annually required rare service visits. But leaks developed under car for which I took it to Lloyds recently. $750 later they told me the trans leak was "out of our wheelhouse" but half of that bill was from their messing around with trans which leaked more after their actions. Greg's team fixed it same day they took it in for about $250 and my garage floor is dry free of leaking fluids for first time in many months. We'll stick with European Autohaus. Lesson learned!

Very appreciative of everyone's care and attention to my 10 year old Audi Q5. They were all mindful of my budget and their honesty & workmanship is unparalleled in this area. A special shout out to Aaron.

My 2014 Audi Q5 shakes when I drive at high speed. I took it to Audi Spokane first, and they said that they couldn't find anything wrong and the car was just getting old. I ended up being charged $420 just for a spark plug replacement. Of course, it didn't fix ANYTHING. Very disappointed their extremely expensive unprofessional service. So I started looking for a local repair shop, I found European Autohaus.

Although I had to wait a month for my appointment, I was very happy with their service. I dropped off my car Friday morning, and they found the problem in the afternoon. They ordered my parts and I was able to pick up my car on Monday! I have never driven this smoothly since I bought this car this summer. Now it feels like a brand new Car! Thank you for the true professional work! I'm very satisfied the result.

They listened to my concerns and took the time to explain my car problems when I asked. Not the cheapest place around, but coming here first can save money in the long run because they know what they're doing.

I was in dire need of repair for my wife's car. Aaron went above and beyond to help us out and squeeze us in whenever they could. The car was fixed with parts better than OEM. I know where we will be taking our VW to for Maintenance and other work. When I went in the owner was at the front desk and he was friendly and took the time out of his busy schedule to show me exactly what part broke and how it was causing the leak. Keep up the great work!

I highly recommend this shop for anything you need to have done to your European car. I usually work on my own cars but when I get stuck on something European auto Haus always figures it out no matter what most shops will just charge for a diagnostic and don't actually figure anything out.

I just brought my Mini in for an inspection after I bought it. They were super friendly and accommodating including after I changed my appointment type last minute from a drop off to a wait. They are surprisingly reasonably priced I was not expecting my bill to be as low as it was and they showed me what was wrong without even asking. I'm definitely going to be bringing my mini back for future services. The only sad part is they only work on German cars so I still have to find somewhere else for my Toyota!

The only place I trust my Audi's to after they come off warranty and yes I will travel 470 miles to bring my cars to them. Honest fair just dropped my 2003 A8l off to them and know I will get my car back with zero surprises at the end. They have worked on my Q7 sold that now buying a Q8. So they will probably see that at some point

The saying, "you get what you pay for comes to mind" A bit pricey but most definitely getting what you pay for here, I brought my Audi here and let me say; they aint no slouches. Quick at their job, professional, courteous, great at communication. I would highly recommend that you take your European car here, they go above an beyond. Will definitely be taking my car back for future diagnosis and repairs.

They were so nice and helpful, I will totally come to them for any of my specialty needs. Since I drive a unique model, I was forced to choose a euro car shop or go to the dealership (way too pricey). Thanks for being timely and affordable!

I have been taking my Mini Cooper to them for service for three years. Each time they have been courteous and very helpful. When repairs were found that were unexpected they explained the problems and provided an accurate and reasonable estimate. They were able to get the parts and get me back in for repairs in a timely manner. Thankfully it has only needed basic maintenance since then.

The facility is clean and comfortable for waiting. The staff are friendly and professional. I have no reason to ever take my mini anywhere else and if you have a European auto I highly recommend them.

5 stars as ALWAYS! If you own a bimmer's some otheR German Import you MUST take your vehicle here! The dealer wanted to remove my bumper to replace a blinker. $150!?! Took my X5 In without notice and within 15 minutes Aaron and the fellas there had the light changed out. $30. Hmm. $150 V $30? Definitely not rocket science! Absolutely love these guuys!

I searched around for quite awhile looking for a shop to trust with our Audi service. Tried these guys out today and they were great! I noticed right away that everyone who works in the shop (as far as I could tell) drives a Euro, always a good sign there's some actual passion involved with the guys wrenching on your vehicle. I was also relieved to get some validation on dismissing Audi's crazy lifetime fluid nonsense. Clean shop, courteous, professional and fair pricing. I will be back for sure!

I had an issue with my Audi and asked several people where they took their European vehicles. All told me to go here. I made a reservation and was so impressed at their service, communication and integrity I'll be using them exclusively for all of my service moving forward.

1,000,001 THANK YOUS TO EUROPEAN AUTO HAUSE! I basically had a possessed Mini Cooper, that had been to two shops prior. Both shops couldn't get past diagnostics, and I ended up shelling out hundreds of dollars for nothing, literally nothing. The mechanics working here we're the only people that could figure out what was wrong with my car.

They fixed it in a timely manor and at a REASONABLE PRICE! Every time I talk to anybody, no one ever made me feel dumb or like an inconvenience which was a change of tune from the other mechanics I have been to. Their customer service is wonderful, and their work is thorough. I hope I never have to see them again, and I mean that in the best way but if I do I will know that my car is in great hands, and I will be doing business with great people. Thank you again so much!

I have been a customer since 2008. I have owned two audi wagons and now a Q7. Greg, Jenna & Arron could not run a more trustworthy and quality business. We NEVER use the dealer thank goodness because of the Autohaus. We have treated our cars as daily drivers that require regular maintenance and I have modified an S4 with Greg as well. They are everything you need to own a german car here in Spokane.

I have a 2011 convertible Mini Cooper. Upon getting her ready for the summer driving season, it started to sputter. I took it to European Auto Haus. They repaired it while I waited in their very comfortable waiting area. The staff was very friendly and informative and even offered help on a repair I opted to do myself. It is nice to be back on the road and ready for the summer weather! Thank you!

On a recent trip to Spokane with my wife, our 2005 Mini Cooper S broke down, leaving us stranded on a Sunday afternoon. I did some research on local mechanics in the Spokane area, and called European Autohaus the next morning as soon as they opened. I spoke with the owner, Greg, who told me that they were scheduled two weeks out, but agreed to take a look at my Mini to see what they could do.

It turned out that my Mini had lost a crank pulley and wasn't going anywhere without a repair. We ended up having to extend our trip by another night as parts were ordered but they charged a fair price and were extremely accommodating under the circumstances. The owner's wife even gave us a ride from the mechanic's office to our hotel! I am extremely happy with my experience here and if I lived in the area, European Autohaus would have my business everytime.

Let's face it. bringing your car to the shop typically conjures up the same dread as visiting a dentist for a root canal. It's costly and darn painful. Or so I thought, especially with my first ever import. After the precious mini I had purchased just days prior started flashing warning lights and sounding terribly ill, I limped her on into European Auto Haus for a diagnosis, bracing myself for bad news.

It never came. The fix was relatively simple, took less than a day to complete and they worked with the dealership I had purchased her from regarding the issue and payment. Everyone I have encountered at European Auto Haus has been informative without making me feel like some dumb girl, professional and courteous. When we spoke about an upcoming service my baby will need in the not too distant future the pricing they provided is totally fair.

While I tell them I have no interest in being besties because I'm in there so often for repairs, I definitely don't dread having to visit this shop for repairs like I have others. I highly recommend and will only be using European Auto Haus in the future. Love these peeps!

These guys are the best! I drove my Porsche BoxsterS from California and had some minor trouble with the car. Even though they were booked solid they got it in to take a look at it. I was on a very tight schedule so I rented a car an proceeded with my trip while they did the repairs. I had the car shipped home and they were very accommodating about working with me as well as the shipper to get it on the truck.

I was really in a bind and they could have totally taken advantage of my situation but they didn't. They completed the repairs thoroughly and for a very reasonable price. They are very knowledgeable and the customer service was second to none. I'm so grateful to European Auto Haus for taking care of me and my car. Big thanks!

I took my first Audi A8 in for diagnostics and was very pleased with the results on how fast Greg and his crew had answers to my problems and what parts need to be replaced after other mechanics gave me excuses on how it would take too long to diagnose and find the problems. Now I own another Audi this time an S8 and again am extremely pleased at how fast Greg called after identifying my problem and had the right part in and the car ready to drive out of there the next day.

By far the most professional owner with top notch techs and the best shop around town. Would recommend European Autohaus to anyone who wants their car fixed right the first time.

I took my MB SUV to EAH at the recommendation of a friend, because the quote from the dealership was outrageous. Awesome experience. Clean facility, great people and service and the cost was less than half the dealership. Greg and his team are top notch. I'll definitely be back.

I had this shop do a pre-purchase inspection on a 86 Porsche 911 I bought last summer. Since I live in Portland, I needed a second opinion before I committed to a purchase. They did a very thorough job and gave me an honest assessment of the car's condition. They were very accommodating, too, as I needed a fairly quick answer on the car's condition.

They worked me into their schedule, and got a report back to me quickly. And, they didn't charge me an arm and leg either. Their rate was in line with what other shops were charging for a pre-purchase inspection. Based primarily on their report, I went ahead and bought the car, and I've had no major problems with it since. My experience is that this is an honest, competent shop. If I lived in Spokane, I'd take my Porsche here for service work.

Greg and his crew have always been very professional, we have never had a problem with the repair not being done right the first time and everyone we have referred to them has been very happy. If you own a BMW or other German auto, I strongly recommend this shop.
