They do great work with price to match. But Harry can be rude at times. He needs to understand that a customer who is paying for repair has a right to ask questions, and is not trying to challenge his expertise.

I recently damaged my all electric Kia Niro and was having a very hard time finding a shop that would work on it in the Roanoke area. Euro Specialty took a look at pictures of the damage and was able to give me an idea of what parts would be needed and how long they would take to get in. They were very professional and helpful when I could not find any help elsewhere all without actually seeing the car itself. Even though I didn't wind up going with them, due to unrelated issues, they were still very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to any EV owner with body damage.

My elderly dad had an accident right after the snow cleared on the ice and did a significant amount of damage to their vehicle. I went to several local body shops and no one could even give me an estimate until April of this year. I called Euro Specialty and Harry was phenomenal he not only gave me the estimate but got me scheduled within 2 to 3 weeks.

While the car was in repair Harry kept me informed on the progress of the vehicle's status.once my vehicle was returned the workmanship was excellent.looked like it had never been in an accident.they will definitely gain my business should the need ever arise again.

I mostly Dealt with Cason who was very professional. The first time I went to pick up my car they had missed a few things which I pointed out to Cason and they keep the car another day and got everything straightened out. Couldn't help but comment on what looks to be questionable negative reviews, especially the ones directed at rudeness. This business comes highly recommended! While I was looking for mechanical services rather than body work, the Gentleman I spoke with was very kind and professional! He referred me to another reputable business that provides the services I needed for my engine. None of which he was obligated to do! My experience while limited, was one that was extremely helpful and professional!

Great customer service! Worked well with the insurance Adjuster. I have had work complete it by them before and like the fact that they Always use factory parts. The paint always matches and they clean up the car nicely. They offer a first class service.

Great, honest service. Very knowledgeable from the first meeting. They use authentic parts, not the cheap aftermarket pieces. Beautiful workmanship! We were delighted with the outcome. The owner was very kind and courteous. Concerned of my well being he drove me to get my rental car. The rental agency's driver who came to pick me up had displayed unsafe driving while entering the vicinity.

This place is great. I went there to have my headlights done, but ended up with so much more. Had a buff job done as well. When I went to pick up my car, the owner himself did a walk around with me. He seen a spot, that in his opinion could have been done better. He ask if I had a few minutes. Then he took my car around back and began doing it himself. Also, I got to witness him helping another client with an insurance issue. He was great and his employees jumped in as well. Their customer service is the best. I'll definitely be seeing them again.

Cannot overstate how pleased I am with the outstanding work completed on my car. It was severely damaged by palm size hail stones in a strong storm that hit our area September 1. Every part of my car was pummeled by hail, the both windshields were completely destroyed. But. look at it now! Will never use or trust any other body shop. Eurospecialty is the very best in the industry!

Highly Recommend, John and his staff were great to work with. My car was ready as promised and the workmanship looks wonderful. I would definitely take my car to them again. Over many years I have trusted Euro Specialty with body work on my cars. The work is always excellent and the pricing is fair. I recently had a minor brush with a traffic cone and expecting damaged paint took the car to Euro for an estimate. To my relief, they told me the car was not damaged and could be buffed out. On the spot, they took my car and returned it in 15 minutes washed and looking like new. What honesty and service. There is no better repair shop in the state!

This is a top notch body shop. I was involved in a very serious accident with a tractor trailer. My vehicle was left to me by a deceased family member so it meant a lot to have it fixed right. I am an ex body shop employee and Manager so I knew what to look for when finding someone to repair my truck. John and his staff are top notch. They were very good at communicating when it came to the estimate and explaining the process that would take place to repair my truck.

The professionalism and communications during the entire process were above reproach. If you want the job done right the first time by a superior body shop who will only perform an excellent quality repair then you need not go ANY PLACE ELSE.! Just picked up my 1970 Mercedes at Euro Specialty and it looks great. I had body work repaired and they painted the rear of the car. A perfect paint match. I have used Euro multiple times over the years and have never been disappointed. They take extra time to be sure all the details are taken care of. Thanks for the great job.

Between my husband and me, we've had multiple trips to Euro Specialty. From a simple buff (done on the spot and for free!) to much more extensive repairs, the jobs were done professionally, on time and with perfect results. They've coordinated seamlessly with insurance companies. It's no fun having your car in the shop, but they make it as painless as possible.

Cost is fair (probably not the cheapest in town), but the superior results have always justified a little more expense. The cars have come back to us exactly as promised. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
