I highly recommend this place! All staff from the front desk to the service coordinator are professional, competent and a joy to work with.

My car battery in the back of my Mercedes shorted out because water was getting into the trunk. I contacted EM and I was given an appointment almost 1 month and a half out. I waited because I have other vehicles. When the salesman called me, he said they were unable to find out where the water was coming from but based on their testing, there was no water getting in.

I told him fine but if I pay you almost $200 for your expertise, will I be able to have some sort of warranty so that in the event the water comes back, I can bring it back. The salesman said there is no warranty, and I will have to pay if it reoccurs. (That's when I began to question if there was anything actually done because all legitimate company's stand behind their workmanship.) You can say you did anything.

If you are not willing to certify your work, that's a problem. When I went in to pick up my vehicle, I asked to continue the conversation that I had with the salesman. At that point, the receptionist became rude and reiterated that there was no warranty available. The salesman came out and gave me a physician's explanation. I told him that was an irrelevant point because they didn't do a diagnosis.

I informed them of what the issue was when I came in. The receptionist became rude and returned my key and asked me to leave the establishment and never return. She stated that I had been a customer for more than 5 years and was the worst customer ever! I explained that I didn't mind paying, I just wanted some reassurance that it would be taken care of should the problem reoccur within a certain period of time.

It was the receptionist's unprofessionalism for me. The salesman maintained his composure and tried to be as professional as possible while she was busy showing me the door to her "family's business". when I wasn't talking to her to begin with. She screamed at me, and I returned the scream. Ultimately, I walked out without paying. But it was her unprofessionalism for me.

I had already made up my mind that I was never going to return so her telling me not to ever return was fine with me. However, she had the absolute worst behavior of anyone I have seen in a business establishment. No worries about getting any more of my business!

Very professional with excellent communications. They are very knowledgeable with Audi products. They had provided an inspection report for the vehicle, identified some issues and provided accurate quotes for repairs. No pressure to do the work, just identified the conditions. Scheduling was an easy process. Services: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, General repairs & maintenance

They've earned my business from here on out. Quick and professional service. Very reasonably priced. Great loaner vehicle. Honest and up front about my vibration that I wrongly thought was a wheel bearing. Don't waste your time and money at a dealership. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I took my BMW Z for Inc for a fuel leak. They charged me nearly $1000 to change a gasket. It did not fix the problem at all. When I took the car back because I was still smelling gas, I was told I needed a new fuel injection system and when I got the car back my check engine light was on. When I inquired why my check engine light was on, they told me I needed a new sensor. They charge me $1000 and did nothing.

Much cheaper than going to a VW dealer to get the same repairs done. Was easy to schedule and my car was very clean once I picked it up.

1st repair - An Audi dealer quoted $1,600 to replace my thermostat, Euro Motorworks quoted $603 and charged $585. 2nd repair - Euro Motorworks quoted $700 and six weeks to get the part from Germany. I was charged $258 after they sourced the part in the states and it only took two weeks.

After years of dealing with poor communication and attention to detail from the Volvo Dealer and several smaller auto maintenance companies I was referred to Euro Motorworks by another Foreign Car Repair shop. I needed an overall evaluation of my vehicle and diagnosis of an engine issue. With a scheduled appointment, they provided a detailed report on the "health" of my car.

I appreciate the depth of the report and their attention to detail. They didn't push the repairs, just provided an honest evaluation. Very, very pleased and will be using them to make the repairs JSButz Volvo XC-70

I'm glad I found Euroworks to maintain our Range Rover. The dealership where it was purchased had almost a 90 day wait for a service appointment. Service: Oil change

I have used Euromotorworks for most of my Mercedes service needs. They are polite, timely, do a great job, and are honest. I much prefer the job they do versus a dealership.

I'm a new mercedes owner & had my 1st service done with Euro Motorworks. A first class experience from scheduling to drop off to the communication about the health of my car. Plus my car was cleaned like never before when I picked it up. I won't go anywhere else.

I have taken a couple of my cars here, and I have to say they are great people. Every experience u have had with them has been positive. I honestly have no worries about telling them that I trust them implicitly. I wanted to take my Jaguar XJL to them and since they didn't have a Jaguar specialist on staff they informed me that they couldn't work on the car.

I was disappointed because I trust them so much, and I really appreciated their honesty that they couldn't do the car justice. Without hesitation I would highly recommend anyone going there.

Euro Motorworks performs their work at a high level of quality for fair prices. Josh is a solid service manager who communicates well. Lauren represents the organization well as the face of the business. We have two Audis and trust them implicitly to care for our cars.

Could not recommend Euro Motorworks and more highly! Lauren is amazing at accomodating and communicating with you prior to and after your appointment. Josh (service manager) genuinely listens to your concerns and they did everything I asked in a timely manner and got my BMW back to me - washed! - the same day. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering / Suspension

First time customer at Euro Motorworks. Took my car (981) in for a coolant flush. They did a great job. I did not expect any surprises - and there were none! Actual costs were just a tad below the estimate. Very friendly and professional. Will be back in the future if the car needs anything. Thanks, Rick Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is amazing! I was quoted $1,100 for my front brake rotors and my total ended up being around $850! I even shopped around at the dealership and other places, and this was by far the best price. They also gave me a loaner car while mine was being worked on which was great so I could still go to work. I used to go to Pete's Service Center(they repaired things, but then broke things in my car, constantly stealing over 2.5K from me) so I started looking for a new place and found Euro Motorworks. Josh was beyond helpful!

Professional, courteous service can always be expected. An estimate of repairs required is provided before work begins, loaner cars are often available, competitive pricing and quick service has always been my experience. A nice surprise each time we have our vehicle serviced is, it is cleaned inside and out. A log is on file there for past and planned service we schedule, as needed. Highly Recommend Euro Motorworks for your import and any other car, although I can only speak for the Mini Cooper model.

I have been looking for an alternative to Tomwood Porsche for a while and I think I finally found a new place to take my 997 turbo. They were super professional, cleaned the car really well and explained everthing in very honest way (no pressure and just advice). I thought they paid attention to details such as matching the loaner car to another Porsche, leaving a little snack gift inside, saying my name as soon as I walked in to pick up the car, and getting rid of little squeak out my sunroof (which never got fixed over 5 years taking to TW). Of course, they communicated very well on the services during the day which I never have gotten these days from TW. Great job guys and look forward to working with you!

The team was professional and courteous. I drive an older BMW and she has some quirks, but this team did the diagnostics I asked them to, and were very thorough on what they recommended without putting a lot of pressure on me. I was going to put myself into a newer car, but I've decided to do the repair work needed and have no hesitation or reservations about using this shop. Really excellent service, thank you!

Had a small oil leak that ended up being covered under their parts and service warranty from my last major repair about a year and a half ago. Quality service and a business that stands behind their work.

Been taking my wife's Lexus here for a while, so when I bought a '99 Boxster and thought I could replace all of the steering and suspension components, I brought it here afterwards and they set everything right. They were exacting and thorough in their diagnosis, spot-on with the repairs and corrections, and set everything right. Plus, they were friendly and easy to talk with to boot. What more can a person ask for besides the winning lottery numbers?

Brought my car in, for my first appointment here, and it was a great experience. Making an appointment was a breeze. Response time via Yelp was very fast (next day) and calling to make my appointment was even easier. No long wait for someone to pick up the phone or waiting to be connected to the service department like you might find at many dealerships.

And best of all, the woman who picked up the call was very friendly and helpful. She actually answered all my questions and didn't need to transfer my call to someone else. A loaner car was also offered, which I was not expecting so that was a very pleasant surprise. Dropping off my car and getting the loaner early in the morning as well as picking up at the end of the day were equally fast, easy and truly a breeze.

The service rep was also very helpful and I really appreciated his covering of the service to be completed and letting my know he'd call if they saw anything else the might need to be addressed, as well as his call when everything was done and ready for pick up. Pricing was very fair and competitive as well without compromising in the service level provided.

The many little details add up, and at the end of the day, they make all the difference. You can't really ask for more. I will definitely return here for my next service.

Awesome experience with the team at Euro Motorworks. Had an oil change done at a reasonable rate. Josh was super helpful in answering all of my questions and being proactive with giving me updates and detailed descriptions of other issues that they found out about (that the dealer missed!). Really couldn't ask for more from them and will definitely be recommending to friends. Very smooth experience overall.

SO glad i tried this business. In Indianapolis there is only one BMW dealer. Moved back to INDY 3 years ago with my 2013 X5 and called for an appointment, had to wait one month to get in. Service with them was higher priced than the dealer back east. I decided to try Euro Motorworks. This group is great! From the time you walk in till the time you pick your vehicle up, they kept in touch, discussed the scope and cost of repairs, and just all around fantastic to deal with. ALSO, Fair pricing. They make you feel good about service experience

I took my 2008 XC90 141,000miles in for a routine oil change and inspection. The communication with the service staff was excellent. They texted me a inspection report that I could look at before I called them back to tell them what I wanted done. Very easy to do and made me feel like I could make decision on what I needed done right away and what I could hold off on for a bit. They have got my business from here on out. Thanks again for the great work! Steve Goldsberry

I want to thank the Euro Team for assisting me with fixing my Audi A4. Very great people and service at affordable prices. When I arrived the loaner provided to me was running warmed up ready for me to go. When I picked my car up it was cleaned from the inside out smelling great as well. Everyone that I spoke with were genuinely friendly and not trying to be friendly to get your money.

They know what they are doing, it shows on all of their service awards/certifications on their walls. Clean office as well. I wish they sold cars as well. You would definitely be happy with your purchase if they did. Thank you again, I will be back for my recommended services.

Tired of bringing your auto to your dealership for over priced service. Euro Motorworks provides clean, dependable and professional service by certified technicians at prices less than dealer cost. Service is never done without prior consultation. Euro also can provide a loaner vehicle for a small mileage fee. Your vehicle will be returned with the agreed service complete and clean.

Way better service than my car's "official" service center. Professional, punctual, but most importantly knowledgeable and the service provided was excellent. They return my car without the issue and very clean. Price was fair too, so I definitely will keep using them.

The Indiana potholes finally got me! I had to take my car in to find out the axel and wheel bearing needed replaced. They got me in fast, gave me options, fixed it in a day and the courtesy vehicle was great! A month later, my car is still running great with no issues. I hope nothing else goes wrong but if it does, I will be back.

My first experience was fantastic. The girl At the desk had everything ready for the loaner car and I sat down with Josh to go over what I needed done. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I received a phone call detailing what needed to be done and an estimate. My car was done early in the afternoon along with a complimentary wash and inside detail! I highly recommend Euro Motorworks if you like efficient friendly service.

The only place in town we take our Audi to for service. Very professional and trustworthy. Clean facility, great mechanics, friendly and quick repairs. We have been going there with the last 3 vehicles for over ten years. Great place. Highly recommend.

Terry and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my new car was in great working order. Everyone was extremely friendly and was happy to answer all of the questions that I had. One thing that sets Euro apart, is they have loaner vehicles available to their clients. This is unheard of with independent repair facilities, and I really appreciate it.

I will say this won't be the cheapest repair you will ever encounter, but I can say with confidence, what ever it is you may need will be done properly, and with these kinds of vehicles, you want right vs cheap. Don't hesitate to give them a shout for all of your German vehicle needs.

I took my 1999 Mercedes C230 in for new brakes. Nothing was wrong with my existing brakes, it was just time for new pads and rotors. Upon completion of service, I quickly began to notice an uneven pressure while braking, accompanied by a squeaking noise when I turned right. A few weeks later, I took it back in to have them inspect their work. They told me that the squeaking noise was caused by either A) my ventilation system (which does make noise occasionally), or B) my suspension system.

This casual dismissal was annoying to say the least. I know the difference between suspension noise and braking noise. I was experiencing a repeating squeak only while braking - even on smooth surfaces. After explaining this to them, they agreed to keep the car another 24 hours to inspect the brakes. They eventually told me that one of the calipers was not releasing completely, causing the rotor to warp slightly.

They said that I would need to buy another set of rotors and a new caliper. My instinct told me that this was unlikely, and I refused to spend more money. I was able to diagnose the problem myself. Turns out, the parking brake system was not releasing completely, causing the right rear caliper to remain slightly engaged. I fixed it myself. The fact that an amateur was able to diagnose and fix the problem using the internet, while these ASE-certified, trained "experts" could not is absolutely disgraceful.

Especially so because I told them about having intermittent problems with the parking brake releasing properly! On top of that, I requested to have ceramic brake pads installed. The receptionist tried to talk me out of them, but I insisted. Come to find out, standard pads were installed anyway. I am extremely disappointed in the service received, and will never be back. *UPDATE* The comments from the owner (see below) were also posted on Facebook.

I replied within 7 minutes. I said, "Hi Terry! What in my review differs from your records? Also, please email me rather than call if possible. I would prefer to have my own written record of our correspondence going forward." As of this writing (27 hours later), I have not received a phone call or email from the business. The comment below seems like little more than an attempt at damage control for PR purposes. Politely casting aspersions on negative reviewers seems to be standard practice for this business.

Everything in my review is factual. I only waited a year after service to review them because I don't like to give bad reviews. The problem started to get worse recently, prompting my DIY fix. This also reminded me that I could have wasted over $1100 if I had let EuroMotorworks do the suggested (yet unnecessary) brake work on my car.

I had not been here in a while (over 10 years when I had my first BMW). They did not disappoint. I'm on my second one now and needed some work done and didn't feel like paying the ridiculous markup on labor at the dealership. Euro Motorworks not only cut the estimate in half, but provided quality work and as always, quality customer service. I highly advise anyone with a luxury car, to give Euro Motorworks a chance for your business. 2 BMWs and counting with no complaints!

My first visit to Euro Motorworks went off without a hitch. Everyone was coureous and porfessional. Although I had some minor issues to take care of, the service manager explained eveything in detail and made sure I was confident about the repair plans. It's rare for me to look forward to getting my car repaired, but I do.

Had strayed for the last couple of years due to wanting to try another up and coming place that specializes in BMWs. Unfortunately, that place was now charging me $150 for an oil change. (And $150 for an alignment when the dealer charges $130?) I went back and checked my old Euro Motorworks oil change bill. $105 from a few years ago. Called up Euro and my preferred date was available and they had me out the door for $109. Still same great service and low pressure sales. I will be coming back.

If you own a European car, you have a few options in terms of repair/maintenance: 1) Go to dealer. Safe, but prices will make you regret owning a European car. 2) Go to generic shop. Prices may be low but these shops simply do not see enough of the European cars to understand their idiosyncrasies. 3) Work on them yourself, educating yourself along the way via various car fanatic forums, Youtube, etc. 4) Go to a European specialty shop like Euro Motorworks.

As someone who has done all four of the above, I highly recommend Euro Motorworks. They are trustworthy, don't try to ratchet up costs (e.g., "Your dipstick is broken - it's time to replace the engine"), will give you expert advice on your options, etc. They are more expensive than #2 and #3 up front but they work on far more vehicles like yours than #2 do and, as for #3, they work on vehicles like yours all day, every day, and you don't. And you'll save a lot of money vs. #1.
