Sokol is the best mechanic for all your European car needs. He is honest, diligent and hard working. I have been taking my 997.2 911S to him for a decade!

Sokol is the best. He's been taking car of my older German car for years now and I trust him. He's fair and is too busy w/ loyal customers to try to rip you off or do a shoddy job. Highly recommend him but kind of want to keep him more a secret because he is always so busy!

Sokol was fantastic. He did a brake fluid flush and diagnostic an error message on the car very quickly and gave me appropriate remedial options.

Needed an oil service change for my '09 Cayman and I wanted to find a shop I can routinely take my car for service after moving into SF. I asked Sokol if he can check if I needed to change my drive belt, water pump and thermostat as a routine service. He found the hydraulic tensioner leaking a bit, front engine mount wear, some play on the water pump as well as a nail in the tire.

He got the oil change done as I needed to make a drive to South Bay and assured me the car will be fine to drive until I bring it back. He responds quickly, got me scheduled quickly, and was able to give me cost estimate and the parts that will need work. He showed me all the parts that were replaced and the state they were in - engine mount completely cracked, hydraulic tensioner leaking.

His price estimates were accurate, and all work done were very transparent even compared to some of the other shops I've been satisfied with. I want to make sure all the routine maintenance is taken care of as a peace of mind and the fact that Sokol found all the items that need attention while doing a simple oil change is fantastic. He gives back to the community and his shop is such a great find in this city.

At first it is intimidating to come in with so many cars in his shop but he takes time to explain things simply to the point, gets the job done with great turnaround time, and has your car nicely parked ready to drive out when you arrive. I'll be taking my Porsche here from now on.

The owner goes out of hand to make sure I'm up to date to everything about my car, and also try he's best to save me some money. An honest man doing honest work for a fair price. Highly recommend.

Sokol and his team are the real deal. I've been taking my car to him for more than a decade and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. He's honest, super knowledgable, fast and fair with his pricing. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a local mechanic to take great care of their Audi (or Porsche or Mercedes, I assume, although I've only ever asked him to work on an Audi).

Good, honest mechanic who tells you things directly. He'll tell you what you need to do and more importantly what you don't need to do right away. The quality is great and the service is matched. I've been with Sokol for over 4 years and both my cars are serviced here. Highly recommend this place.

Very knowledgeable, confident and detail oriented. After looking around for a shop to replace the IMS on my Boxster, I chose this shop because they offered a few options which were all reasonably priced. A++ BMW Specialist/Mechanic. Best in the game. Writing another review 2+ years later after my first time seeing Sokol. Took my car to him probably ~5-6 times now. He's the most reliable and trustworthy mechanic that you can have working on your car. He knows how to diagnose most/all situations and fix pretty quickly. He fixed all of the following on my 2001 BMW X5 4.4L V8: - EWS sensors - Control Arms - Ball Joints - CV Boots - Flex Disc - ABS Sensor - Radiator + Hosing - Starter I've been able to drive more than 10k+ miles on this car to Tahoe/Yosemite multiple times in some of the deepest snow. I'm glad to have Sokol as my main mechanic.

2011 BMW 335i, took to the shop with transmission fluid leak and a few other minor issues. They did a nice and thorough job by prioritizing major problems and insightful recommendations for the rest. Overall they offered a fat discount to fix major issues while sticking to the original quote. Very friendly folks, they clearly articulate the work in a language an average driver can understand.

Sokol is the best! He is really experienced with German cars. I've been going to him for 5 years, first with a 2006 BMW X5, then an 2012 Audi Q5. I could always trust him to take care of my babies. He is straightforward with breaking down the costs and told it to me straight when my BMW was getting geriatric. His prices are competitive! I will miss him now that I've sold my Audi and moved out of SF.

Top of the line service. I originally discovered Euro Motorcars like a lot of you reading this review, on Yelp. Corresponded w/ Sokol regarding a Mercedes I recently purchased and getting a tranny flush on it. He was very responsive asking me a few questions (making sure I was bring it in for the right reason) gave me a very fair price and told me I could bring it in this week.

I dropped it off before work, we chatted more about the car, made me feel very comfortable, talked about any other concerns I had, and by my lunch break it was ready for me to pick up. When I arrived he lifted the car to show me all the work he did on it, giving me a new tranny pan, fixing a few oil leaks, etc and STUCK TO HIS ORIGINAL QUOTE. He even disinfected the driver seat/door in front of me (b/c you know COVID-19) we even chatted about the dealership I use to work for and where I purchased my car. Very honest and experienced man. Besides the dealership I would not trust my foreign car anywhere else. Thank you again Sokol. You have a returning customer.

Sokol is the best! My car has been serviced across the country from Florida to California, and Sokol has been the most helpful of them all. He is exceptionally responsive, upfront, knowledgeable, patient, and fair in his pricing. My car died while I was driving in San Francisco due to an Audi timing chain issue and a waning battery. Based on some research online, this type of issue can be extremely costly and destroy many parts inside the engine. Sokol and his team fixed the car at a very reasonable price, thoroughly explained the work completed, and worked around my busy work schedule.

Sokol is a great guy, committed to the work and you leave feeling totally secure with him and his team's work. He's never hurrying you and is honest with his assessment of your repair. Very much appreciate him and this shop.

This place is awesome. I had been taking my car to a Porsche dealership which was a huge mistake. I discovered they are charging more than 100% more than Euro Motor Cars. Sokol is super friendly and great to work with, highly recommended.

Sokol and his Crew are great people. Today I am writing this review because I passed by his shop and brought back so many memories of me bringing my black 2008 bmw 335i coupe. He worked on it so many times due to the infamous N54 engine. He did everything he can to keep it up and running. This guy at a point was taking care of my uncles, sisters and my BMW and he was fair and knowledgeable not matter which BMW you had.

At this point I haven't seen him since late 2017 because I own a new car and you know how that goes free warranty for 3 years. Overall, this guy is great and not going to lie I miss having those funny, Great conversations. Thanks Sokol and maybe see you later.

Called and set up an appointment. Was very prompt and efficient. The service took a while, but there was lots to cover during the evaluation. Sokol was thorough and stayed mindful of my concern for cost, offering solutions that were needed now and plans for service in the future. 2003 Audi allroad 2.7L

Euro Motorcars definitely delivered on the high expectations from the Yelp reviews. I was looking for someone to help repair a minor issue with our Audi Q5 and was immediately impressed by Euro Motorcars' quick response time, thorough explanations, and extremely reasonable prices (over 30% less than other repair shops I talked to). Throughout the process, Sokol was always quick to respond and thorough in his explanations. I'll definitely be using Euro Motorcars for all of my future repairs.

I found Sokol 6 years back when he was just setting up shop. He took excellent care of our old bmw and during an extended stay in the shop even offered his personal Porsche Boxter as a loaner car! He always finds ways to save money on parts but quality of repairs and service is always top notch. I'm considering buying either a used BMW or Porsche and Sokol is the only guy I will call to not only do the inspection but also for general advice on what to buy. He's awesome!

After some very unsatisfying experiences with auto repair and service in San Francisco, (yeah - I'm looking at you Royal Motors Audi you sumsabitches) I finally found the place that I trust. The first time I went in, Sokol was texting me all day to keep me informed as to what was going on with my car and even went the distance of providing me with numbers to call to find out if the problem was covered by Audi.so that I wouldn't have to pay. (What?) Since then, he has continued to win me over and always goes the extra mile in saving me money and helping me out. It is so nice to know that if something goes wrong with my car - that there is someone that I can rely on and that I really trust.

Great service, honest, quick. I have tried multiple auto shops in SF for miscellaneous fixes to my 7 yr old VW Passat; nobody beats Sokol's pricing, diagnostics and work quality. Needless to say I stopped looking for any other auto repair shop.
