Aaron Stokes is the founder of EuroFix. As a young adult, he was involved in a car crash that left him stranded cashless across state lines, inevitably forcing him to work side jobs and study car repair as a way to fix his vehicle to get back home in Franklin, TN. Fortunately, Aaron had a solid foundation already in basic engine repair as a result of many years of fixing and "tinkering" with dirt-bikes and four-wheelers throughout his childhood.
At EuroFix, we strongly believe in community. Each month, a portion of all sales at every EuroFix location is donated to a local charity of the General Manager's choosing. Below is a list of charities we have or are currently supporting in the local community. I usually take my VW to the dealership but they were backed up two weeks. EuroFix had been sending me flyers for years so I called them up. They were able to fit me in for a check up (tires, oil, filters, etc.) within a few days. I took it in @ 9:30 am and had a quote in an hour. I had the car back home by 2:30 pm. Their drivers shuttled me home and back, both times by polite and friendly young men. The office staff could not have been nicer. Highly recommend this business.

Anya and the entire staff were very helpful with a large repair on my Range Rover Sport. They were helpful with diagnosing the issues as well as the actual repair. They did a good job communicating the progress and she's running great! This is my 3rd or 4th time to use EuroFix. Services: Oil change, Auto engine diagnostic

My experience was largely unremarkable. Scheduled 7:00 AM oil change took 1.5 hours, service advisor was surly, and I left without thanks for coming in. They generated a $600 list of items which 'needed to be done', one of which had just been done two weeks prior. Left with only a modicum of trust in this shop so I'll not return. Perhaps your experience will be better.

This was the absolutely best customer service and service I have had on my 2013 Porsche Panamera. The dealership could not get me in and my a/c was blowing HOT air. I called around and the initial point of contact was a very polite and helpful woman. BTW I called 20mins before close of day, she asked what was wrong and schedule me in the next morning.

The service agent checked me in, very very nice young man. They directed me where I could lounge and work, very clean environment while I wait for diagnostic. The agent informed me of their findings, cost VERY affordable and fixed same day. I was there 3 hrs tops! I will definitely recommend and continue to use this business. Awesome team of people!

A recommendation to everyone check out carid.com and you can order and buy certified OEM parts for your exact make and model of vehicle ***** you'll save a lot compared to paying extra*** Eurofix I'm extremely disappointed in the cost of your services wow $8000 to replace two headlight assemblies one for the driver side and one for the passenger side.

This is what scammers need to watch out for is when businesses overcharge due to a.k.a. Covid, I've heard of $5000 to replace a set of headlights but not 8000. The cost to buy OEM certified headlights cost under $2200. Now if you're adding a extra fee on top of that I wouldn't say no more than $100. And labor not to exceed over $3000. So many businesses in the Franklin area including BMW I've been really gouging their customers massively always a sortage issue.

Also if you buy a OEM part and bring it into a shop And ask them to install it if they say we can do it but we won't warrantee the work well there's something fishy there because you can always buy warranty for the part so why won't the shop be able to honor their work especially if you're paying a lot of money.

Was traveling to Destin, Fl from Lexington, KY and my coolant hose blew along the way. Euro fix was 4 miles away. I called and received kind service from the first telephone call. I was given a number to a nice gentleman that towed my vehicle in a timely manner there. Everyone was friendly and my vehicle was repaired and back on the road within a few hours. I cannot say enough about the customer service here. It was great and all of us are very thankful!

I just purchased an all original one owner 1994 saab 900 turbo with really low miles. I took the car in for a good overall inspection. The technicians and staff were super helpful and nice. I would highly recommend. Service: Vehicle Inspection

We have had 2 old Porsche 944's in recently. Both were running rough and we needed them to run more diagnostics than we could. Happy to report they diagnosed the problems and got us turned around. Just in time for better spring weather around the corner so we can get these cars out to cars and coffee. Thank you Glenn and Anja for keeping us updated throughout the process.

I was impressed with the communication and ability to make the needed adjustments or repairs to get the van running. Although, when I was told to pick up the vehicle it wouldn't start. That was embarrassing. They promised to make the needed adjustments to get the van started the next day. The next day it still wouldn't start. Waiting on the end results. I was called on Monday. They changed the fuel filter and all is well. The vehicle starts now just fine.

With the little of information I know about cars, I can not promise you they are lying but I feel like they are dishonest. Their customer service reps are very nice and helpful and I loved that they offered free use of a rental car while my car was in service. However, every time I brought my car in for something routine, they would find one or two costly repairs that my car needed as well.

While I understand parts on cars wear down and break, I just felt like I was being taken advantage of. I will not take my car back because I don't find their mechanics to be trust worthy.

I want to send the greatest of Thanks to everyone at Eurofix. My fuel pump died on a cross country trip. They were able to get me in and diagnosed right away. We made it to the funeral and the car was ready to go in perfect timing. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you again.

Took my BMW 3-Series in to get a coolant leak fixed. Got the car back and sure enough, after a few days, it was still leaking coolant. Ended up paying over $1000 to fix the issue, which is fine if that's what it costs, but feels weird that there "happened" to be two unrelated problems with the same system in the car that for some reason they were unable to spot the first time.

To their credit, it was fixed after that. However, my parents then decided to send their Volvo for repairs and got the same runaround. Ended up bringing it back multiple times and spending a ton of money to fix the same problems. The benefit of going to a place like this is supposed to be to save money. But even if they'd fixed some of these problems the first time you'd be better off going to the dealer. BMW's service and prices are way better at least and they've always fixed my car right the first time. Sorry guys, but feel like this place needs some work.

The person at the front counter was very friendly and service was prompt. Came in for an oil change and brake system flush. They also pointed out an oil leak that I didn't even know I had. It was dripping down onto the alternator so had they not caught it, it could have caused a very expensive alternator replacement. Very pleased with EuroFix and won't use anyone else from now on.

The dealership told me it would take 3 weeks before they could even LOOK at my Jetta. I called Euro Fix and they had it in THAT day. Parts were ordered and I was back on the road with a working car the next day. Highly recommend them. Service: Check engine light diagnostic

EuroFix was very professional, high quality and thorough. In my experience they do seem slightly more expensive and took longer to get my car finished but I believe they pay close attention to detail and made sure everything was running smoothly. If you want the job done RIGHT, this is the place. Overall it was a good experience and would go back/recommend!

If I could rate a negative star I would. I don't ask for much. Be honest, talk with me. Just don't bend me over, rip me off and then not say thank you. But, when I tell you, "don't go "code chasing" and don't charge me multiple repair bills and leave me wondering what happened! This is exactly what happened. Took my 2007 Mercedes in for a "check engine" light. 1st code cost me $900.

Engine light came on again before I got it home. Didn't you test drive it? Yes, but they're not staffed well enough to drive it long enough to get the computer to reset. WTH? 2nd code, wait for it, $7,000.00! Now, how am I going to remain calm? Think about that. The rationale, the excuses, the backtracking was palpable. I have never seen people run for cover so fast.

And yet, no offer of anything. We're sorry we didn't do what you asked. We're sorry for a wasted $900. Nothing. Just avoid EuroFix at all costs. They're very skilled at making you feel like their incompetence is your fault. Don't subject yourself to their game. Just keep driving.

The service here is awesome! I have taken my VW Passat TDI here twice to have it diagnosed. The first being the clock spring which ended up being a recall and was repaired and paid for by VW. The second ended up being a leaky DEF hose, also ending up being covered under my warranty and ended up taking to VW dealer for repairs. James is always kind!

He had sent me home with a loaner that Friday and I ended up having to keep it over the weekend before returning it the following Monday. He didn't charge me a dime! That's quality care right there!

This place is great! James always is such a truthful person to work with and whenever I have problems with my car, I know I can trust him. I don't ever feel like I am nickeled and dimed at this place and they do such a great job of fixing exactly what needs to be done. I'm grateful for finding this spot and I will continuously go back here as needed.

So far so good. I have taken my car there 3 times this year and they have done a great job being responsive to my needs. My car is in the stage of life where it wants to act up, I guess it is a teenager now. but they have helped walk me through the necessary maintenance and helped keep it in budget. Car services are never cheap but these guys seem reasonable from my experience.

In my opinion, this shop is either grossly negligent or dishonest. I brought in my 1990 Jaguar for an inspection. I wanted to know if there was anything wrong with the car. AFTER performing an inspection that I paid around $150 dollars they told me that they did not have the proper computer to inspect the transmission. They said it would cost me 450 dolors to take apart the engine.

I went to a second shop that had an older computer they inspected the transmission for free. In my opinion, EuroFix's practices were negligent because they (1) should have told me BEFORE agreeing to inspect the car that they did not have the proper equipment to inspect the car and (2) they should have sent me to a shop that had the correct computer.

They implied that this would be hard if not impossible to find, but I found one quickly on google. What makes matters even worse is that the store is plastered with articles about how they are a Christ centered company. This made me at first view them as honest. However, I think that there behavior to me was not like Christ. They seem to use Jesus's name to put consumers at ease when in reality they are sharks.

I read some good reviews on this place before going, and they did not fail to impress. As a woman walking into a car repair shop, I was hesitant. I never know if they are trying to sell me more than I need. These guys? They were SO helpful, nice, and I immediately felt respected and well cared for. My car runs like a gem and I think their prices were very reasonable.

I have had nothing but stellar experiences at EuroFix Belle Meade. Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly and helpful. As a women I have often experienced condescension when walking into a repair shop. Not so here. If I have a question they are happy to educate and inform me without talking down to you. They also keep you consistently updated with what is happening with your car so you know what to expect and always have an updated timeline of when your car will be ready. I'm so glad I've found EuroFix and while I hope I won't be seeing them again soon, its straight where I'll go if my car has any issues.
