Although the name and ownership of Estorga's has changed, you will be happy to know Craftsman Collision USA is also family owned and operated. Even though we have grown from our first shop in Vancouver built in 1977 to become the largest independently owned collision repair chain in Canada we share the same values and principals in the USA when it comes to exceeding your needs and expectations.

Craftsman collision is the best place to take your car. I had a auto accident they were amazing through the whole process, Claudia amd Josh are professional, and always kept me up to date with my car while it was being repaired. They really made the whole process easy for me. I had such a pleasant experience coming to this repair shop! Josh and Claudia were the ones to help me through the entire process. Everything was laid out to me in a very clear and concise manner, so I knew everything that was going to happen. Their automated service that updates you throughout the repair, was an extremely useful tool to have. Everything was done in a timely manner and I'm so grateful that they were able to ensure everything went as planned!

I was able to pick up my car a week later (exactly when they estimated my car to be done) and got to pick up a completely clean and detailed car. So appreciative of the friendliness and efficiency from the service that they've provided. I would highly recommend and would go back without hesitation.

Customer service was incredible throughout my entire experience. Needing vehicle repairs due to a collision is stressful, but Craftsman made the experience as positive as possible. They kept me constantly updated on vehicle status. The work looks great and they were extremely above and beyond in customer service when I faced a personal challenge at vehicle pickup time. I can see why they came so highly recommended by my insurance provider. I'm very grateful for the quality of service and care.

Josh & his team at Craftsman Collision USA went above and beyond with the repairs of my vehicle. Oscar, Kevin, Bobby, & Sazar went to town on my car! I feels like my Prius got a BBL. Claudia worked so fast and was so professional while providing service updates and helping me arrange my transportation. Shes incredibly efficient! That woman deserves a raise & promotion!

When I handed Josh my keys he promised to work as fast as they could & they'd give it their best. My repairs were done before the estimated date and time of completion & my car looked better than before the accident! Their shop is super clean and their lobby is always stocked up with coffee and refreshments. As long as Josh & his squad is running this shop I'll always bring my car here and recommend them! Their customer service is A1!

My SUV was rear-ended, and I took my vehicle to Craftsman Collision for repair. They did a great job on my bumper and even got it done early! At the recommendation of my insurance company, I had my car towed to Craftsman after I was involved in an accident. The staff was pleasant enough throughout. I later learned my car would be declared a total loss so my understanding is that they would only appraise the damage and report that to the insurance company, and that's fine. My main problem with their service is their repeated failure to set expectations by keeping me apprised of what was happening and when.

I waited a week before finally calling them to get an update. I was told I would get a call back when there was something to report - and I got that from the receptionist as a customer service rep was not available; not good. I wait another week before I call again - same story. Finally, after 2 and a half weeks, I go to their offices. My assigned rep met with me and allowed me to remove my personal items from the car since it was a total loss.

I asked why it took so long for me to get an update. He told me he had just received my file within the last day. He then told me that they should finish their work confirming it was a total loss and would be passing that on to the insurance company in the next day or so. By the way, I did ask if they were unusually busy, given the pandemic etc., and he said no, business activity was about normal.

They did finish their work and sent it on to my insurance company who promptly gave me an update which is the kind of service I would have hoped for from Craftsman. The insurance company said that they had received the paperwork and would be giving me a final explanation of what my options were within the next business day or two. That's exactly what happened.

So it took awhile and I understand that. I also understand that the insurance company couldn't act until Craftsman did their work. My complaint is that the customer should be given timely updates and feel like they are in the loop; I was not. I was a customer service manager in the software business for 17 years and always did my best to at least set customer expectations, even when all I could tell them is I did not know the answer or when I would know the answer. If you communicate honestly with people, most of the time they will cut you some slack and be patient.

Big Thank you to the team over at Craftsman Collision USA. They are very professional & friendly. My car was involved in accident & Craftsman Collision was my choice of place to take my car. I made the right decision! Clay had great communication kept me up to date & was very helpful! Also big Thanks to the team that worked on my car. I highly recommend Craftsman Collision! They were so quick and easily reachable as they did in three days what my other auto shop hadn't done in three weeks. They were very understanding about my situation in getting my catalytic converter stolen and I even requested that they install a catalytic converter protective shield and they immediately gave an estimate and got it done incredibly quickly. Highly recommend working with them.

**Rear Ended in Parking Lot** I selected Craftsman Collision due to the ratings initially. They just so happened to be the preferred carrier for my auto repair. I could not be happier with the way my entire transaction was handled. They assisted with a rental car, kept in touch the entire time they had my vehicle. Upon returning to pick up my car, they handled the return of the rental car.

Everything was seamless and easy. I would definitely recommend this repair center to anyone needing any type of body repair. Very professional, helpful and customer service oriented. Hard to find these days! I worked with Clay who was excellent from start to finish. Receptionist Paola is super as well and handles several things at once extremely well. I could not be happier.
