I bought a vehicle from this place in February. I told the seller I am a single grandparent raising a 10 month old and need something reliable for my money. 2 weeks after I bought the vehicle the brakes and rotors went bad. The first warm day we had I found out the air conditioner does not work and now I have knocking noise when I excelerate. Thank you for ripping me off. I will let everyone I come across know what kind of vehicle I got stuck with from you.

I have a 2014 Impala and I love it! The Erik's Chevrolet service center in Kokomo, Indiana, takes care of my car and I'm very pleased with the service I receive. When I'm ready to purchase a new vehicle, I'll be looking at the Trail Blazer.

Had an excellent buying experience with Mark Clark in used car sales. Very helpful, courteous, and followed through on everything. The used vehicle had a very minor issue I brought to his attention and he had the part replaced by the service department and had the vehicle ready well before delivery time. VERY happy with the experience!

It was ok. Thought the only apr available was 4 percent. That's what I was told numerous times. Then I filled out credit app and was then made aware of all options available which saved me money. Also although vehicle wasn't real dirty it was not detailed when I got it. Other than that all was good. Love the car so far.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Not sure on the actual quality of their service work but timelines is an issue. My truck went in for an evaluation for front strut replacement. they scheduled a time for the service work to be performed a week later so they could get the parts ordered, which is very normal. My truck was dropped of 3 weeks ago with me calling every other day for a status update and they have still not started the repairs!?

Every time i call I've gotten Somone else from the service department and most have been confused on the whole situation and have not been able to give me accurate updates or an expected timeframe for the repairs to be completed? I need my truck back, and it still ran just fine with the struts I had on, other then the constant squeaking. Why they would schedule me to bring my truck in for repairs just to hold it captive for 3 weeks makes no sense to me at all. Talking to Phil the service manager, who was very nice to speak with, informed me that they were hoping to get to it this next week, but no guarantees?

I'm not sure what kind of answer that is, they claim to be really busy but please let me take my vehicle somewhere else instead of claiming they can do the repairs, and then never doing them. My vehicle will be at their service department for over 4 weeks for something that never prevented it from being driven in the first place, and I'm at a loss of words as to when I will get it back or if I should just cut my losses and take it somewhere else? I'm not one to write reviews but this is just wrong.

The absolute worst experience I've had with a business hands down in my life. I've wanted to give these guys a chance as there was an expensive repair with my truck I was expecting. 4 months later and I'm taking the truck back in weekly with more issues from the initial repair. The service department runs a masterclass on incompetency and loves to throw an unexpected charge on your bill whenever they think they can get away with it. I beg of anyone reading this with all the sincerity I have left, to never do business with this hell hole or the rats who are employed their.

Was told I was a liar because I was guaranteed that the 1700 part I bought would fix issue but it didn't. Mike service manager is a rude non customer service person. I am never going here again. I would suggest you don't either. They don't call you when ur supose to get answers about your car or honest about what's going on.

Have quite a long history with Eriks Chevrolet. They have worked on many of my vehicles from brakes, to new engines. I have had excellent services and not so great service. However any time i was not satisfied they went above and beyond to correct the issue. Service Bays are clean, and the service department really values your experience at their shop which is something you dont find so much anymore. I would recommend Erics to anyone!

Nice selection. If you're traveling any distance to look at a specific vehicle like I did, make sure you call first to ensure the online price is correct. Drove over an hour to buy-not look at, not kick the tires- a truck I saw online only to be told the online price was wrong. There's 2-3 hours I wish I had back on this nice Friday afternoon.

The salesman had it right when he said "I understand that leaves a bad taste in people's mouths". It certainly did me. I'll never be making this mistake (or drive) again. For what it's worth, the two gentlemen I dealt with were friendly. I wouldn't even recommend not coming here (although I'll be taking my money elsewhere) but if you see something you like on their website, I recommend a couple-minute phone call before you waste a few hours of your day.

My wife took her 2014 Malibu for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was performed perfectly, but my complaint is that since the car lease was initiated in June 2014 the service was not covered under the 2 year covered service program. It was 2 weeks late from the 24 month coverage date. It would have been nice if Chevrolet or Eriks would have sent out a postcard in the month preceding the expiration of the service program, telling my wife that free service expiration was approaching.

This would have saved us a $40 plus expense because she would have brought it in under the covered service program. It would not cost Eriks Chevrolet any profit to send out early warning postcards and would increase customer satisfaction.

We had purchased a Chevy Tahoe and were visiting from out of state. The staff was quick to assist with our problem even though we were not an Eriks Chevrolet customer. They treated us well simply because we were part of the Chevrolet family! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The repair was efficient and affordable. I even had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Erik himself.

I would definitely recommend Eriks Chevrolet to my family and friends in the area. One of my first cars was a Chevy then I had an assortment of vehicles before returning back to Chevrolet. Love, love my Tahoe! Thanks again for the outstanding service!

If you need your car worked on GO ELSEWHERE! Took my car in for shaking and pulling to left. They said it was an alignment and I needed tie rods. Paid for that.picked it up and had the same problem! Took it back and they said it was my tires! Couldn't they tell me that the first time? I was fuming! Took it elsewhere for tires and I will never go back. Im not even sure now IF it needed tie rods! STAY AWAY. They ripped me off enough
