Elegant Auto Wash

Beware to anyone who uses this car wash, this car wash has damaged 3 vehicles from my family. On May 24, I took my Ram 2500 through the car wash and about halfway through the car wash, my rain guard on the driver side window was completely snapped off and bent my front license plate. After I exited the car wash and parked, I took pictures of the damage and told an employee what happened and filled out a damage report and was told I would have a response within 72 hours.

Well I do not here anything from them until 15 days later just to find out they won't cover the damage they caused because the part may be "aftermarket". So I'm out $120 on my truck to replace the plate and the rain guard. On May 26 I take a Volvo XC90 to get washed and at the same spot my truck was damaged, my side mirrors both were smashed all the way forward against my car and luckily were not ripped off.

I did not report that since the mirrors still go in and out but now make grinding noises when folded in or out. The final damage done to a vehicle was completely bending the license plate on a Audi A6 sedan. I am extremely disappointed that instead of saying they will even cover some of the damage they caused, they send me 2 free washes for my truck.

I'm confused why they think I'll take my vehicle to the same place where it was damaged at. It's sad that the wash card i was given as a gift will go to waste. So before you take any vehicles through here, especially suvs or trucks, go somewhere else and or do it yourself so you are not in the situation I am in.

Best car wash in the city. Free microfiber cloths. cleaning spray, window cleaner, and free vacuums too. You can literally take 20 minutes after the car wash and detail your car for free.

The location is great for me. The hours are good. The prices are good and represent value to me. The staff is thoughtful and professional. The facilities are clean and well stocked. The free vacuums are great when I have moved mulch or bale's of straw. And I always feel good driving away in my very much cleaner car.

This is my favorite and the Best car wash! You receive excellent service and they even offer free vacuums, towels and cleaning supplies with every wash. They're the only business I know of that doesn't charge extra for those services. Sign up for their rewards program and your first wash is free. On top of all of that they are open 24/7.

Dirty, no soap. Vacuums barely work. Great location. Extremely disappointed

Came out of car wash with fresh scratches all over my hood. Showed owner. He immediately went into a speech of how it's physically impossible that this was caused by his car wash. Very rehearsed. Told me to file a report. From other reviews it doesn't seem that filing reports does anything. So I'm stuck with a new truck with scratches all over the hood.

Avoid this car wash. Update: After nearly two weeks of little to no communication from ownership in regards to my report, I was finally contacted by Justin Stone. Justin regaled me with his companies long standing tradition of standing by their work and leaving no customer behind, and then proceeded to leave me behind. No responsibility taken, no meeting halfway, not even an offer for a free wash, which I would have declined. I will certainly let my friends, family, and coworkers know to never visit any of their locations.

Impressed with how clean the auto wash got my intensively daily driven car. They have microfiber towels, general cleaner, and glass cleaner available for personal use to spot clean any sticky spots as well as inside of your windows. They have many stations with free vacuum cleaners, no wash required! Clean facility with 2 nice restrooms as well. Will return again and highly recommend!

They just opened a new Carriage House Car Wash in my neighborhood, and so far, I like it much better than Mike's Car Wash. The only negative experience to this point was earlier this week when I went to get my car washed, they were having problems with water pressure, so they emailed me a free car wash for a future visit. I like the idea of the free vacuums, available microfiber towels, and even all-purpose and window cleaner available for you to use.

I'm not sure of all of the services that they provide. But I have passed this location many times and I will tell you I like it better than Mike's car Wash. I went on their website and signed up for their text alerts and immediately got a coupon giving me a free car wash to try them out. To my surprise it was for the most expensive $20 car wash. What I like about this place is that they have free vacuums and you don't have to get a car wash to use it either which is amazing.

They provide the towels for you to dry your car off with afterwards and they provide sprays for you to clean out the inside of your car if you want to. They have the station where you can choose to wash your car yourself just like self-service car washes and they also have the drive-through part which again in my opinion is better than my car wash or any other in the area.

Then again they have the free vacuum service. I was not expecting all of this and my car looks great. After snow coming down and seeing how the other cars around here look like crud, it's nice driving past other cars and seeing how mine is so shiny and clean :- also, I love the fact that as I approached the drive-thru area a woman walked up to me asked me if I needed help. She was very friendly and very helpful and told me about the sprays and so forth. this place is definitely worth it and I will keep coming back

I have used this carwash a handful of times and have had issues each time. I notice new scratches on my 2020 vehicle after going through this wash every-time. Most recently a rubber moulding piece was blown off. Unlike other car washes in the area, this one is very rough on your vehicle. I have had numerous others that I know go through and have similar experiences, especially when it comes to customer service.

I filed an incident report and then never heard back. After following up I was told an email was in fact sent from the owner denying responsibility, but offering a free car wash (friend also never actually received the follow up email). The manager then played engineer attempting to put responsibility on the manufacturer. I will be taking this to the dealer for repair and have initiated an insurance claim to address. I recommend using Mikes or any other local wash that is much easier on your vehicle and offers standup customer service.

If you ever struggled with and hated the time commitment of Elegant Autowash back in the day.don't despair!this is a quick and easy process. I received a free wash today. I'm a big fan of Mike's but I may have been converted. The check-in process is easy, the wash is great, and they have free vacuuming and towels and glass cleaner.

One concern is that there isn't anyone at the car wash entrance to power wash the front to get the bugs off. Once we get back to warmer weather and the front of our cars are covered with bugs I am concerned that I won't be as satisfied.so we will see. I will be back. Maybe even for an unlimited package. Nice work!

Wasted $10 for water to sprinkle on my car back and forth for about 10 minutes. "Dryer" is all bark no bite - car is still soaking wet. Could have saved $10 and wait for it to rain, would have cleaned better lol

Not good the drainage for the self wash bays are practically nonexistent. I know this is caused by people spraying mudd and garbage getting clogged but this has been a recurring problem and I will not go there again

Your basic car wash. it's a convenient location but they could do better maintaining it. the garbage cans are always over flowing. last night we poured quarters into a vacuum before seeing that "broke do not use" was written on a napkin beside it. then we saw that the hose had tape on it. lots of people also loiter here which can sometimes make it difficult to use any services. it's been like this as long as I can remember

Always clean. I only use the manual bays. Never had any issues. Vaccuums are not great, but not the worst I've experienced.

Got their ultimate wash for $12 but as how you expected an automatic wash to be it was total of 10 minutes or less and for the most part subpar to satisfactory cleaning I was also sad that nothing even fazed the dag on sap droplets from the Pines which glitter my windshield as well as the rest of the car

Like it, It cleans My Car really good! The only downfall is just the waiting line for the automatic car wash, there usually long. other than that is great

My truck was still dirty after coming out of the automatic wash. Only 3 vacuums, all in use. Washed for 20 mind before deciding to leave. Looked like the people at the vacuums were just hanging out. They weren't actually using them.

I cant speak for the manual bays. I stop by here on the way to work sometimes for the auto bay in the winter (I'm a wash at home person) and I've never had any issues. The $12 for the full service wash is in line with most, and the wash quality is on par with most auto wash bays. In the winter the focus is salt removal and keep the finish clean. I'll polish and properly dry the cars at home.
