Services
Leave all keys to the vehicle that we may need, do not leave other keys. Used (LKQ) or non-original equipment (after-market) parts will be installed as specified by the repairing insurance company's estimate. This vehicle is being repaired for YOU as the OWNER. When the vehicle is ready to be released we look to you for payment via cash, personal check, credit card or insurance check.

I bought a new used truck and had to take it to ELB for a Maryland Inspection. They were fantastic taking care of everything that needed to be corrected. I had an issue with my axle after the inspection and Ashley saw too it that my truck and I were taken care of with no issues. I highly recommend to everyone!

I recently had to bring in my vehicle to ELB, Inc. for collision repair. My vehicle was rear ended in Annapolis. The damage was minor but enough to have to go through insurance from the person who backed into my vehicle. Their insurance company was wonderful and resolved all right away upon the insurer calling them. To begin, ELB was not my first choice. Yes, I have had collision repairs performed by them before and I wasn't disappointed but I thought I would share the love. Well, the 'other' place I called never answered the phone.
And I called during their business hours. Their loss. I called ELB immediately after. I took in my car in within a few days. On the day I took in my car, I did not want to rent a car bc it wasn't necessary however, I didn't have a ride back home. ELB offers courtesy car service! It was very convenient and accommodating. KC, the driver was pleasant to speak with and personable for a young person. Did not feel uncomfortable or awkward at all! Also, the vehicle was clean!
After about less than a week of ELB repairing my vehicle, I finally was able to pick up my vehicle. Once again, was not able to get a ride from family so I asked if ELB would be able to pick me up from home to them. Thankfully, they were able too. Thanks to the courtesy car service! KC was my driver again and conversation was smooth. Nice young man.
I wish him well there at ELB. To conclude, upon settling what insurance paid me to have my vehicle repaired, My vehicle was brought to me by Taylor, another great person. The damage looked like it was never there! I was thrilled. And BONUS, my car was vacuumed. Great service all around! I highly recommend ELB for your collision repairs!

Wonderful Customer Service! Ashley was excellent & very knowledgeable. She kept in touch with me in regards to the progress of my vehicle repairs being taken care of. Very Patient & knowledgeable with Automotive Issues & Repairs herself was a plus. Very Impressive to say the least. Mike who I've Known since middle school is always nice & only raises the bar in customer satisfaction and meeting the needs of all his customers. Great Place to get any and all your services taken care of! Highly Recommend 5 star all the way!

I want to start off by saying that ELB is a body shop that truly cares about their service and the customer. I have had my car there twice in the past year for body work and they are top notch. They got me in quickly and made the repairs just as fast. The communication was great and the whole overall experience was pleasant even though getting hit is a huge inconvenience. Thank you ELB!

Hit a deer last week with my 2016 Toyota 4 Runner Limited. They had my car for one week and it looks fabulous. I was concerned about the pearl white and getting the paint job done to match, but they got it spot on! My repair was cosmetic only & sensor. The best surprise I got was when I picked up my car and saw they detailed the car! Wow! Thankyou! No complaints here.

Took my car here a while back to have the transmission and check engine light checked. I was told it was the shift solenoids and I would have to have the transmission replaced. Really, because you can replace the shift solenoids at less than 100 a piece compared to a couple thousand for a transmission. Took it to Harrisons in Easton. Repaired for around 250. Fused wiring was the issue. This place is ok for oil changes and alignments. I wont go there for anything else
