Was having a problem with m coolant boiling over. I took my car there they put it on the machine and said it definitely was the fan assembly they replaced 400$ later I was still having the same problem with my coolant and went back they said needed a new radiator cap and some hoses which they put on without calling me to see if I had the money that was 80$ drove it about 4 miles and coolant was everywhere. Took it back and they said there wasn't anything they could do. Troy said take it to a Jeep dealer!

So 480$ later still had the same problem. Was a waste of money that I didn't have to begin with. Would not recommend this place. what kind o place is this if they charge you that much and can't fix the problem. To me that money was hard to come by wouldn't of bothered me if the problem was solved! Won't be going there again rip off!

Nice family owed business. Troy and Margret are a pleasure, honest and hard working. Troy agreed to service my car on a Saturday, a day the business is usually closed and his price was very reasonable. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! There is a huge reason this shop is NOT BBB Accredited. Because the owner thrives on lying and cheating and stealing. THIS OWNER even PERSONALLY sabotaged my vehicle, (. I was first time customer) after giving me a very strange warning that he could not warranty failures at any point in future. He ALSO did not even perform all work that was requested (and paid for), as verified by TWO OTHER *** REPUTABLE *** professional mechanics. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!

This shop owner will get ACE and BBB Certifications, when pigs FLY. Because other REAL complaints constantly surface. God Bless. 062119: i fully stand by my statements, this shop purposely sabotaged my engine ($120 SERVICE Ivoice) causing $2,500 in damage, as verified by reputable shop. I am NOT their only victim.

My family and I love Eastside Car Care! My car is 12 years old and Troy is the only person I trust with it. The staff are amazing and very family oriented, which I love. They wont push work on your car unless it's 100% necessary for your safety and they have the best used tires. I would recommend Eastside Car Care to anyone that needs work on any of their vehicle!

Great service and always fair and honest with pricing. Troy has saved me a lot of money and always explains exactly what was wrong. He always tries to make my repairs as cost effective as possible which I greatly appreciate. He has always been able to get me in and the repairs done quickly also.

I have used Eastside Car Care since 2001. Troy and the team have cared for a Nissan, two Toyotas and three Hondas over that time. I have always appreciated Troy's honesty and efforts to save me money. The first time I took a car to Eastside, I'd paid another mechanic over $500 to unsatisfactorily repair what Troy fixed for $80. The second repair was a CV boot that was cracked.

He gave me three options for the repair including waiting until the joint started making noise (since the boot was already cracked and grit was already in the joint). I'd never had a mechanic offer to wait on a repair. Most mechanics were in a rush to fill their pockets with as many new parts as they could pawn off on me. I've appreciated Troy's efforts to protect both my safety and my pocketbook ever since. I trust Troy to deal directly with my [non-mechanical] wife and she feels comfortable dealing with him.

Most of these bad reviews are coming from individuals who likely don't understand a thing about Vehicles. I've used Eastside Car care a few times and always receive excellent service. Yesterday They were slammed with work but we're willing to stay late in order to mount and balance my Wheels and Tires. If you want a real mechanic come here, if you expect a dealership go to the dealer

These guys are lowlife thieves. The owner personally and deliberately sabotoged my truck engine in 2016, costing me 3 grand, and i have absolute proof. i am confident as other victims and take this pos to court, we will purge him from central florida.

All I can say is WOW! Troy is the real deal auto mechanic. Honest, high integrity, smart, extremely good natured. My story: After normal business hours on a Saturday, had to have my '04 Suburban towed to his shop because it would not start. Only problem - I was an hour driving distance away from home so I was stuck in the area. Car would crank but not start up / idle. Battery, starter, alternator, etc, all strong. Troy immediately diagnosed the problem as an intermittent fuel pump.

He quickly got the motor running without any repairs so it was drivable back to my normal mechanic. I was in and out in 10 minutes and he DID NOT charge me a dime! This was easily a $600-$700 repair bill that he passed on so he could get me in a better position for the repair. Apparently, Troy is a Christian and he lives by the Golden Rule - unlike so many others in the car repair business who exist simply to take your money and give nothing in return.

If you live anywhere in his area and need a reliable, hard working, dependable mechanic - don't go anywhere else - just go see Troy at Eastside Car Care. He is the BEST. Can't say THANK YOU enough Troy!

Troy is perhaps the most honest mechanic/owner I've ever met. He always gives us his best deal and he does great work. I would highly recommend his services.
