I wanted to take some time this morning and just thank everyone at Earl Duff Subaru. I especially want to thank Tara the service manager, Jack in service and Todd Fink my sales person. This is by far the best Subaru dealership in Tennessee. Only minutes from Knoxville and so worth the short drive for the respect that they show their customers compared to the dealership in Knoxville which I think just relies on the fact that they are in Knoxville because after the sale you will never hear from them again nor will they show you any kind of respect from the service dept.

Absolutely the worst experience in my lifetime of purchasing vehicles. I am sure there is not enough room here to write my whole story but I will say Earl Duff is the best. If you want "all around" great service this is the only place to shop. They are absolutely there for you during and after the sale. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much for all your help. None of you will be forgotten.

Today, I became a proud Subaru owner! I cannot stress enough how wonderful the team at Earl Duff Subaru was to me. They provided a car-buying experience that is beyond first class. I specifically want to thank Larry Bonito who took the time to hear my detailed requests that required a factory order. After order, the team at Earl Duff did all they could to accelerate delivery of my new Outback, and sure enough, it was delivered nine days ahead of schedule!

The final paperwork process was as seamless and easy as it possibly could be. I have ZERO concerns or complaints from my experience with Larry and the team at Earl Duff. Without a doubt, they have also earned my service business. I will see you guys at Earl Duff at the first oil change! Thank you for being a wonderful local business to the greater Knoxville community!

In 10/2021 I purchased a new 2022 Outback for $33K. In January of 2022 I inquired about trading in my recently purchased 2022 Outback with less than 1K miles for a new Wilderness Outback. Rocky replied with an offer of $28K. What a joke, considering today's market. I was offered $34K by Carvana and $33k by another Subaru Dealer. I made the transaction with the other Subaru Dealer and am waiting for my new Wilderness. Earl Duff not only insulted me but lost any goodwill and service business they would have received from me in the future.

How short-sighted and greedy. They smile at you one minute and was to rip me off the next minute. They thought I was a fool. They do not care about customer loyalty. My new Wilderness was purchased and serviced excluvely at Crown Subaru in Chatanooga. Please check out the Google Reviews at Crown Subaru. Rocky is your classic smooth-taking backstabbing salesperson. Interestingly Kendra, the internet salesperson who really sold me the car and provided exceptional customer service is no longer with Duff Subaru. I wonder why?

Happened to have a flat tire near the exit where the dealership sits. Got my car into the lot and they looked it over and found that that they could not replace the tire. They helped me find a towing service to take the car to a tire dealership. They welcomed me in as if I was a customer. Their hospitality and help will always be remembered. If they treated me the way they did then their regular customers are sure to be more than satisfied. Will always be thankful for their thoughtfulness and hospitality. 5 star in every way.

This dealer there just aren't enough good things I can say about. First let me say i am from another state and was trying to get home and had a flat with only a doughnut. I called and they were closing at about the time it would take me to get there and I explained to them I was trying to get home. Not only did they wait for me and stay open they did 2 tires for me since other side was needed as well and took me in offering snacks, coffee, soda, and anything else that I needed.

Not once did I ever feel like I was inconvenient to them nor the service department guy. They made me a very proud and loyal Subaru owner for life. They also mailed me a thank you card when it should have been me sending them one. Everyone in the dealer, town, and State for that matter are just the most pleasant people ever. I highly recommend this dealer and Subaru overall as far as vehicles as I have a Dodge, GMC, and a Jeep and have had many others and this is the best vehicle I've ever owned.

I'm in love with my new 2022 Subaru Outback. It is everything I want and need in a car. The purchase was seamless and all the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. I chose Duff Subaru because it is close to home with a great reputation. To top it all they have a beautiful new facility that is state of the art and serves Starbucks Coffee!

The sales Team at the Earl duff Subaru in Harriman Tn is Amazing. Todd and Jake were very kind and helpful in getting a car. I drove over 10 hours to get a car from this dealership and would 10x over again. Very fast and Reliable service!

I purchased a used Subaru, in part, because I have such respect for Earl Duff Subaru and its service department. They have provided excellent, timely support for service and repairs that needed to be made. Appointments have been easy to make, and the service department has been very responsive when issues arose. Any service that's been needed has been clearly explained, and their respect and support for me and my car is a comfort.

The waiting room is comfortable with quiet zones for when I bring a book to read. I won't take my car elsewhere, and I hope to keep it on the road for many years to come. With Earl Duff Subaru support, I don't doubt that I can.

Earl Duff Subaru always makes me feel comfortable when getting my car serviced. The waiting area is stocked with snacks and drinks and there is plenty of space for my children to hang out while we wait. The service managers and technicians are also very kind and clearly explain any concerns. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here.

After 30+ years of marriage my wife and I decided to get a new car! We chose to lease a new Subaru Outback in 2018. We couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. It's a great car and the people at Duff Subaru were fantastic to work with. So we came back and added the 2019 Crosstrek to the family. Again, it was a great experience. So much so that in 2021, when the lease on the Outback came to an end, we decided to purchase the new Ascent. These are great cars and this is a great dealership!

Rocky is a great guy and very friendly. Have bought two new cars at Earl Duff. Serivce is great and fast. If your going to buy a Subaru go to Earl Duff. They are way more friendlier then Grayson in Knoxville they are cheaper and their service is better and faster.

Buying a car can be stressful at any time, however, during COVID-19, Brandon and Zach made my purchase as easy and smooth as possible. Earl Duff Subaru takes seriously the health advisories and looks out for their customers and their staff. Kudos! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I live in East Knoxville and drive right past the local dealership in order to get to Harriman - almost an hour away. Worth it!

Today we booked an appointment for a new recall from Subaru. I called and spoke with Mr. Jack Harvey, a service advisor at Earl Duff Subaru. Jack quickly accommodated our needs and even when we called back to see if we could get in early, he said to come on in! We finished up on an errand early in Oak Ridge, and Viola, we got in to get our ECU.? Fixed. Jack was totally awesome!

His enthusiasm was as though he. owned the dealership, not just a service advisor employed there. Because of his attitude, we were seen and sent home 2 hours early. This is just another reason why I'll only buy from Earl Duff Subaru. Well done Sir.

I have been using this dealership's service department since returning to TN in 2006. They professionally serviced my 1998 Legacy until my purchase from them of my current 2011 Outback, which I continue to have serviced there. The service team is always helpful and courteous, notifying of needed repairs/replacements found on inspection for approval before doing the work.

I like that a courtesy vehicle can be planned for longer service visits, which I have used a few times over the years. I have spoken to customers on different occasions while waiting who drove past other Subaru dealerships to use this one. I expect that my next car purchase will be from Earl Duff when the time comes.

This dealership is absolutely wonderful. My car broke down while I was traveling, and they was able to fit me into their schedule and get me back on the road in a matter of hours. Everyone here was so kind and thoughtful, and someone even called to make sure I made it home safely.

I drive to Harriman to this dealership rather than using the Knoxville dealership because their service department rocks. Jan is an awesome Service Department manager. When my 08 Tribeca needs replaced, I'll definitely buy it from Earl Duff.

I just went in for the 15,000 mile service on my 2013 Outback. The ladies in the service department were absolutely excellent. Not only did they get the service done efficiently and on time, but while I was waiting they offered me coffee AND shared some home made brownies brought in by another customer. While I was there I visited with my salesman who was very helpful in answering some post sale questions I had come up with.

On a previous visit I spoke with Mr. Duff who was very approachable and friendly. Coming from the Washington DC area, I never expected to get the kind of attention I have found at Earl Duff Subaru. This dealership and the people I have met there are truly hometown treasures.

I found this to be an unsophisticated & marginal dealer with an anemic inventory & a chip on their shoulder. The "faux-ksy" and "country" Hee-Haw attitude thinly masks the fact that they are like all the rest, just waiting for an opportunity to bend you over and they can get quite angry and hostile when you refuse to grab ankle. Fail. Oh, yeah, almost forgot- the sanctimonious piety was a real turnoff too, right from the get-go. Not everyone is a Holy Roller. When a salesman makes a point of speaking of his "faith" within the first two minutes, I make sure my hand is on my wallet.

Well. I bought a new car from them in 2000.and will pick up another one on Dec 26! They cant be beat! Ask for ROCKY!
