I went to the earl brothers that used to be in Wauseon Ohio.some years ago with my Nisson Sentra for a tune up. Was told 49.00 ALL inclusive. Half way during the job, the tech looked at one of his friends who stopped by and.asked HIM to finish the job while he checks out another friends new truck who just stopped by. Afterward we test drove my car, heard rattling then, brought it back, then the rattling disappeared, but tech was missing a stubby screw driver.enough said! Afterward my bill which i was told would be 49.00( all inclusive) was charged 98.00.for "everything "(4 sprkplugs, 2inch section of breaklive, 2 ring clamps) I would hope that this is not reflective of their continued service.

My car is currently getting my electric throttle fixed for my 2010 Dodge Caliber. A little high price but they where honest. Good service isn't cheap you get what you pay for. Earl Bros do not start working on your without telling you the price and they will ask you( are you sure ) before they start the service. I recommend them. top tier I like the honesty I'll be there Friday to pick up my car! Thank u. I'll come here to get my car fixed before I go to a backyard mechanic any time of the day

After my regular mechanic retired looked for a mechanic shop to continue servicing my vehicles, I 've always heard good things about Earl Brothers so I gave them a try. They have performed four different mechanical jobs on my two vehicles and I can't say enough about how pleased and confident I am with Dan and his crew at Renwyck Drive. They are reasonable in price.but what are the significant attributes about them that has convinced me not to go anywhere else for service, is there integrity, honesty and workmanship.

Extremely pleased with the various works they have performed on my vehicles. If I deliver my vehicles early enough they have the job done the same day. They diagnose the problem and will always call and inform me of what the problem is and cost. I have never had to return to them about a job they performed. Three words about them that will keep me going back. INTEGRITY, HONEST and WORKMANSHIP!

The absolute worst service ever! I wish I could give them zero stars. I spent 2 almost 3 months taking my car to the Secor & Renwyck Drive shops dealing with Jeff Booth, Dan, & Rich Earl. I also had to write a letter demanding they honor the warranty & pay $50 from another shop to get a 2nd opinion before receiving a call about fixing my car. They don't return phone calls or get back to you when they say they will. Dan reimbursed me the $50 I had to pay for the diagnostic from another transmission shop but also went back on his word of extending my warranty because I refused to get my brakes done.

After all I went through with them that's the least they could've done anybody in their right mind wouldn't want to keep dealing with a shop that lies over and over again so why would I get my brakes done by them? I tried to type everything I went through with these guys but sadly it won't all fit so these are just the main points. If you have a 4x4 and your transmission is messed up I definitely would NOT recommend Earl bro's!

Awesome customer service and they did a great job with finding me the parts I needed. My transmission died and they had a loaner I was able to use instead of renting one.

Rich and his team were so thorough and honest when it came to evaluating the roaring sound coming from the front end of my car. I took my car to them for a second opinion, and they were able to accurately diagnose the actual problem and made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them. Would definitely recommend their services to others!

Always Great service at EARL BROS. Norm and Kevin are awesome mechanics. Danny is fantastic at Customer service. Jim the owner is a fantastic person. They do excellent quality work and back there warranties if any issues. I have had several trips to this location for issues with my car. They accurately diagnose and are fair with their prices. They have been in business since 1933 and the quality and service they provide is why they remain in business. You will not be disappointed going here.

Everyone who works here is absolutely amazing! I had an issue with my car and drove it there first thing this morning. They took my car right away and fixed the issue within a day. I know absolutely nothing about cars and the staff explained everything to me. My cost was relatively cheap even though the part cost $300. I will definitely be taking my car there again.

As a female with a truck that has over 230,000 miles, along with a 20-yr. old classic car with 130,000 miles, I feel very blessed to have the Earl Brothers as my Mechanics! I have hired them for years and have NEVER been let down! I trust their diagnostics and quality work 100%! They stand behind their work. They are trustworthy, reliable and get the job done on time! I have been a customer of Earl Brothers for over a year now and everything they have ever fixed on my truck has not been a problem since. They make sure I get the best price and service possible and always complete services faster than expected. As far as hospitality, I have only dealt with Greg and Rich so far but they are the most generous men in repair shops that I've came to know.
