Dunshee Body & Frame

I am very impressed with this body shop. My car was totaled and they were pretty sure it was but they still took the time to look at it and realize my frame was bent. They were professional and stood their ground with the insurance company. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

My cars was hit in a parking ramp tearing the front bumper nearly off. I took it to Dunshee in Kalamazoo and the folks there took great care of me. Quick and accurate estimate, they contacted the other insurance company and made the entire process seamless. I am always concerned about color match when you have a vehicle a few years old but they nailed it! CANNOT tell where or what got repainted. That is not as easy as it sounds! Highly recommend them! Fabulous service from the first inquiry phone call. Getting repairs on a car is not typically easy and painless and they made it both. Pricing was very reasonable, they completed the job far earlier than expected and the car looked better and was cleaner than when we first purchased it! I highly recommend them!

I took my vehicle in Wednesday and on friday by 4:30 it was ready it was clean and the work done was fantastic. I will come every time if my vehicle get in another accident thank you.

I had my car worked on by dunshees just over a year ago. I went through a car wash last month and it damaged my paint. I called dunshee to see about repairs and they offered to warranty the work. I just got my car back today and it looks beautiful. They even detailed the inside and left a nice card inside. I will always have my cars go to this shop and I recommend the same for everyone!

These guys are awesome. I haven't had an auto repair claim in a long time and this place made it so easy. They talked to my adjuster, did an estimate in record time, and got my vehicle fixed in exactly the time they told me. The phone call to let me know when my car was done came right when they said they'd call. You can't even tell my car was ever damaged; their work is superb. The front desk staff is so friendly. This is the place that people should go to for repairs.

They do such a thorough and professional job EVERY time. I've been coming as needed for over 10 years. They even changed my headlight while doing other work at no additional cost. Going above and beyond is what I've gotten every time over the years. Uniquely personable staff. Highly recommended!

This is the only place I will take a vehicle for repair. From the first moment of dealing with the estimate with Joe it was easy to tell that they cared about making things right. Save yourself the time of inferior body repair facilities and just go here first.

Awesome place to have your vehicle repaired! Great with body work, fair prices, and they do such a great job! I unfortunately go to them a lot for insurance covered work. They work great with your insurance and they do all the paperwork, pictures, and estimate on the spot. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Can't ask for a better place to have my car come out looking like new.

This is by far the best auto body location you could go to in Kalamazoo Michigan! They clean your car inside and out so its clean when you get it back. I'm not saying that they will detail as an scrub the floors and clean the floors with carpet extractor but it certainly is clean you get it back. I will certainly be coming back to this location for auto body repair again!

These guys essentially do the best work in town on body repair. They absolutely are not the cheapest, but they absolutely give you the best value. They are very fair in their pricing and they totally provide the best workmanship. They've been around for as long as I can remember. My parents have taken cars to them and I've taken a car to them recently. I've witnessed A+ work time and time again.
