Ben Duncan is a master certified Mercedes-Benz technician and the owner of Duncan's European Automotive (DEA). His hobbies have included converting two Diesel engines plus his former home heating system to run on used vegetable oil without any kits. He is a very involved Daddy with his two young ladies, Drew and Zoe, and is referred to as "Saint Benjamin" by his wife Celeste, for his patience, kindness, and honesty.

Josh has been at Duncan's since 2008. He is a sixth generation auto worker, descendant of Samuel Bailey of the Bailey Company out of Amesbury, MA, who, in collaboration with Thomas Edison, developed one of the first electric cars, the Bailey Electric.

Duncan's European Automotive is a locally owned and operated family business focused on the maintenance and repair of European vehicles. DEA was established in 2004 by Craig Duncan, a mechanic who brought with him over 30 years automotive experience with SAAB and Volvo to the greater Londonderry area.
We are an independent, family-owned and operated auto repair business servicing Mercedes-Benz and other European makes in Londonderry, next to Manchester, in Rockingham County since 2004. We have four employees who previously worked at local Mercedes-Benz Dealerships. Owner Ben Duncan is a previous Mercedes-Benz dealership technician, earning the highest dealership status of a Master Certified Mercedes-Benz Technician. We have a $24,000 Mercedes-Benz Diagnosis Kit which is required to correctly service your Mercedes-Benz.

Duncan's European Automotive is like a breath of fresh air in a world of mediocre customer service. On a recommendation from a friend I drove the two plus hours to have my Sprinter Mercedes motor home repaired as a Mercedes Dealership was unable to solve the issues. From my first interaction with a Olivia, the Sprinter manager, my experience with Duncans proved to be the best customer service I have ever experienced!

With reassurance and her vast knowledge of Sprinters, she knew just what the issues were and how to address them. With numerous phone calls and pictures taken by Brian, the master technician, Olivia kept me posted every step of the way. Not only was the issue resolved, but a few other mechanical problems were addressed and fixed in a very timely manner.

If you desire SUPERB customer service, very knowledgeable technicians, competitive pricing, and a true feeling of trust in those working on your behalf, skip those dealerships, and head to Duncan's European Automotive. If I need service on my Sprinter in the future, I won't hesitate driving the two plus hours knowing I will receive top notch service every step of the way! Very happy with the service on my sprinters I highly Recommended this place if anyone looking for maintenance on their printers this is the place, they walk you through what needs to be done and give you the prices upfront a fraction of the dealer charges I can't complain big thanks to the team, especially Olivia and Joshua.

I had a need to do the 20k service on my 2020 Mercedes Sprinter van so I called the dealer and they said they couldn't get me in for over two months.late July. So I called Duncans European Automotive and spoke with Josh. He was very professional, quoted me a price and were able to fit me in the very next day. The shop was meticulous and the professional staff listened well, were very sharing, friendly and treated me like a valued customer.

This service, with the same quality parts and fluids was $686 and not $1100 that the dealer quoted. I drove in to my 1pm /appointment and was on my way home at 2:15 pm. This experience has made me a Duncans customer for life. I send a big thank you to the whole Duncans team!

Duncan's for us at Pepsi has been an excellent experience and they are super friendly. We used to take our sprinters to Mercedes and the down time was terrible as well as the cost and comebacks which turned into more downtime.with Duncan's services they have repaired our sprinters correctly the first time which is hard to find these days I would highly recommend them

This was my first time having a vehicle serviced at Duncan's and it certainly will not be my last. Every aspect of my experience with them was extremely positive and assured me that not only was my vehicle in highly capable and experienced hands, but that I was personally going to be well taken care of and was valued as a customer. I had very unique and specific requests that could have easily been overlooked or executed improperly, but everything I requested was done and, more importantly, without issue.

They also made sure to point out some preventive maintenance/repairs that should be monitored/corrected in the near future before they become a potentially bigger issue. Thanks again for the exceptional service. Highly recommended!

I always went to the Mercedes dealership and somebody had recommended Duncan's. They did an excellent job on the repair of my car. They came in less than what they quoted me, and their communication was excellent as they kept me up-to-date on the progress of the job. Very pleased

After purchasing a 2012 Mercedes glk350 from a used dealer in Tilton, NH (certified motorcars) we immediately started having problems. Electrical flickering and engine fluttering. Then the car died one day while driving and we had it towed to Duncans. Olivia was super nice and concerned for us. Turns out the battery and alternator were wrong models for the car and transmission and front diff were visibly leaking.

I was kind of amazed considering the car was recently inspected by this dealer and had a current inspection sticker. These issues took no time to diagnose by Duncan's. We received a reasonable quote based on fixing this amount of work. Within 2-3 days the car was completely fixed, washed and feels like a new car. Do yourself a favor and bring your European car to Duncan's for fixes, inspection stickers, maintenance, tires, whatever you may need. I know sounds rehearsed but you will be glad you did. Great service, great people, courteous, professional and most importantly they care. Thank you Duncan's!

Well worth driving the distance just for an inspection and tire rotation/balancing for my Tesla. And complimentary car wash! The waiting area was so comfortable. Most pleasant experience I've ever had getting a car serviced!

WELL DONE! The Duncan team is great! From start to finish every aspect of the operation is impressive! Dropped off my car at 7:30 spoke with Olivia who had everything coordinated perfectly and a short time later was called to discuss the issue and by end of day received a text message from Josh notifying me my car was washed and ready to. I'm hooked!
