I went in with a flat tire and a tight timeline to get to my next meeting. The team quickly helped me like a NASCAR pit crew and sent me on my way. They were friendly and charged me a very reasonable rate. One of the best repair shop experiences I've ever had.

I have a classic Benz grey-market car (German spec) and no one could get it to run right. After years of frustration, someone recommended Dr. Auto Tech and he figured it out and got my 500sec running like it's supposed to! I would highly recommend anyone with Mercedes, BMW or Range Rover trust them to take the best care of your car and do it right. Honest and straightforward auto shops aren't easy to find, but Dr. Vasken has an awesome shop here in the South Bay.

My BMW came off warranty, so I took the opportunity to go to Dr Auto Tech for a service. They were very professional and fixed my issues with the car at minimal cost. They also took the time to examine the car and found a bad tire ( which they showed me so I could see the wear on it ). I can't imagine how the dealership let that get so bad, and was very grateful to Dr Auto Tech for raising it and fixing it. I will now be a loyal customer! Thank you!

Not often I give reviews but just came in to get a tire repaired. In and out in 10 minutes, friendly and not condescending and a reasonable 20 bucks to save on the cost of a new tire. Would definitely trust for more work.

I brought my Mercedes CLA250 in for way overdue service after my father recently brought in his Ranger Rover. What amazing and quick service. The owner Vasken and his son are fanastic. They replaced the oil, changed out the cabin filter, rotated the tires, repaired a broken driver side mirror, plus buffed out a few marks on the body. Quick and honest. The South Bay is lucky to have such a great family-run auto repair business. Highly recommend.

Where do I even begin!? Dr. Auto Tech and his team are THE BEST IN TOWN! I would never go anywhere else with my car. So reasonable, so helpful, so friendly-I can assure you that you will get a good laugh while you're there too. I always feel so good about bringing in my Audi Q5, everything gets done quickly, efficiently and honestly. Dr. Auto Tech and his team have repaired my vehicles (Prius, and Audi Q5) for the last 5 years. They are simply the best! Honest, great service, easy to work with, and they do great work. Recently I knocked the side mirror off of my car and damaged the door just before I was supposed to go on a road trip. It was also on a weekend, when they were closing early but after I called they stayed open until I arrived and even dropped me off at a rental car office.

They were diligent about getting all of the parts in as fast as possible and even stayed open late to make sure to finish repairing the car before I was scheduled to leave. I am so appreciative of all of their hard work and getting me my car back before my trip. Even though I no longer live in Hermosa, as long as I am in the LA area I will always get any car repairs done here. Highly recommend!

When you have a nice car that requires attention, you need services.just like with lesser vehicles. But the industry of auto repair has made vulnerable consumers weak with worry, similar to dentist-anxiety. I have a new relationship with Dr Auto Tech, and there's no dental-anxiety if/ when I need further expert help. Sound advice with savvy insights into European models, it would appear. It feels like an actual doctor-patient interaction when Vasker has your car.

This auto shop is awesome, they figured out the issue with my car in 1 day after I took it to the dealership and 4 other shops. The whole team is great and they were on to of it and fixed the issue and saved me alot of money.

I saw this shop on my way to check out a used clk63 which drove great but wanted to check out the codes and undercarriage. I feel that they did a good job since they had a report showing me what fault codes came up. I would recommend anybody in the area to give them a shot

Dr. auto tech is a one stop shop car repair wizard. Between myself and my family we've taken BMWs, jeeps, Toyota's, and range rovers to his shop. His expertise crosses over all makes and models, although he is very impressive with foreign imports. We've been going here for years and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and dependable mechanic.

From simple repairs to complex issues, he provides a thorough analysis and solutions forward. We've relied on Vaskan for anything car related and truly appreciate his services. I've even purchased a car from him as well and would recommend that as well! On top of all this, him and his family are very kind and welcoming people!

Vasken is terrific! I've been going to him with various cars for many many years. He is honest and trustworthy. Now my kids are driving, I send them in with the car to get it serviced on their own because I know Vasken will take care of them and never take advantage, and even teach them a bit about cars. He is a great mechanic, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recommend all to use this shop. Cars are so computerized, it is imperative to have a shop that is very honest, and very competent. I had an ABS alarm show for several months. Suddenly more alarms came it. I sat up an appointment for this repair and for routine service. They diagnosed this, and repaired with about $100 worth of sensors. A dishonest, or less competent shop could easily convince me that a $1000+ module failed.

I enjoy cars, so they showed me the computer print outs to help me understand. On their own they cleaned up several bumper blemishes. Nice to work with professionals who like their customers. I have used them for all maintenance since I purchased my CPO Mercedes in 2014 ----why drive to dealer, when you can support professionals in our neighborhood?

I just wanted to let the public know that this place is amazing. We broke down on our way down to the marina to go fishing and left our car in the Marina parking lot. AAA came down and towed us to Dr. auto Tech because this was the only place that would stay open and wait for us to get the car towed here. The people are very knowledgeable and super friendly and accommodating.

We did call a different auto place and they wanted to charge us quadruple what this place quoted us because they knew we were stuck but this place didn't do that. I would recommend this place to anyone anytime

Took my Mercedes 2017 E300 in for a service and had the best experience. Honest and trustworthy people that explained everything they needed to do to my vehicle and even showed me the old parts that they replaced. Will be back with my vehicle and recommending to my family and friends too!

Vasken and his crew are great. I have had some amazing mechanics in the past, but his knowledge, genuine concern, and pricing are the best I've come across. I took my 1974 Series III Rover to have it serviced and it has never been serviced so thoroughly as it was with Vasken. It drives better than it ever has. This is the best customer service experience I've had in a while.
