The best in town. Great work, the best customer service I've come across in years. Johnny and Miguel were the best and did a great job. They made sure the job was done right. Don't waste time looking for anywhere else in town to go and call Dr. Auto you will be glad you did.

I came in with my Mazda Miata because I had originally thought I was having an issue with my intake manifold but it turns out I actually wasn't getting fuel and my fuel pump had gone out. I asked John why I was getting a code for my idle air control valve if it was the fuel pump and he broke it down and explained it pretty well why that can happen he quoted the repair for the fuel pump and filter for 649.

And since they had the car and I'm done trying to mess with it I told them do the repair. Well when I come pick up my car the condition the had left it in was pretty unacceptable front passenger seat was all the way up plastic was left off the wind divider and they broke 2 clips and did not replace them one of them even broke off inside. I still need to retrieve my original key from them so I will be sure to be speaking to Josh about all of this unpleasantness

They're always super busy but it's worth waiting. I never feel like they're trying to oversell on any unnecessary work. Honest and great work so I'll happily recommend them to anyone I know who's looking for a great repair shop.

Went in for something very minor. All I can say is, they were sneaky, deceptive, dishonest & rude. And they think it is funny! Imagine! Every business wants to make money and I get it but, not like this. If they were this greedy for something that was minor, cannot imagine how they would be for other costly services.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They charged $108 per hour for labor.$820 total for radiator fan and thermostat.then messed up her electronics and/or computer. $18.99 smog coupon, 6 minutes to get the smog done, and when you get your receipt, they attached a free car wash coupon to your receipt. Sweet deal- - - so why 4/5 stars? No one was wearing a mask let alone had them hanging out around their chin etc.

I will never go there again, trusted this mechanic and the last time dia a very bad job after service on my breaks, he forgotten to tide the bolts and I lost one driving I could not drive the car with no brake shoe. I went to them they toll me bolts fall, I told him not the they you service the car.

Very abrupt and rude at the self car wash. I've been going there for a month now and never had a problem. I came to wash my car and was trying to prepare everything I needed to wash my car, and the gentleman then asked me if im washing my car or not after staring at me for a minute and walking over to tell my fiance and me that there's a line and we needed to hurry up. (Even though there wasn't) I've never experienced that in my life and quite clearly couldn't understand why he approached me and said that after clearly seeing the meter run after swiping my debit card, we ended up going to another self car wash and was treated much better.

I have say they have been by far the absolute best mechanic I have ever used. I grew up with 2 mechanics so I have learned what a good one is when I see/meet one. They were honest and fair on pricing and did an amazing job and pretty quick too. They did our rack and pinion, power steering pump and pulley and all the lines and the car is drives like dream.

We happened to break down the next day blowing a radiator hose, I called they helped with the tow and fixed the car. They are definitely who I will take my cars to for now on. My father in law was so impressed he is going to us them as well. Thank you Dr Auto you all are amazing!

Very Honest and trustworthy auto repair shop I will definitely bring my truck back for any repairs

I went here to get a alignment. After I left their shop I went and got a second opinion to check out my car because the alignment was still off. The dealership where I bought my car told me that the other place should've told me I needed new tires before even doing an alignment. so I went and got new tires. then I took my car back down to Doctor Auto and told them what the dealership told me and they said ok bring the car back down to the shop. needless to say after I left there my car still wasn't right.

So I took it to another shop and now my car is better. I highly don't recommend this Auto shop at all and I personally wont be going back there at all. They don't seem to know what they are doing. Especially since I had to pay twice to get my alignment right.

Took car in to get a smog check. The neanderthal performing the smog check was rude and had an attitude which is to be expected by "this type" of human being we now all live with. However, my wife and I felt he was way out of line when he pulled his bandanna off and stuck his big oversized head into my car to talk to us. COVID has been in this country for over a year now. There is no excuse for someone not to follow CDC guidelines and show just a little respect for others. I will never go there again.

The Marine again on the rip off, lying shop. Had to use my wife's phone to post up again. So I called to say that I have no ill will, even though they spit in our faces and Princesses Lea cusses me and says he doesn't want to talk to me now and he's spoken to Metro about "theft of services"? I paid the work done in cash and never left them hanging or lied to them. Plus, I already called Metro, I already know most of them, and they said he's full of shire. They're not doing anything even if I did owe them anything, which I would pay. I'm a Marine, a man of my word and God's humble soldier

Dr Auto is definitely my favorite shop in town! They've service my vehicles and my families vehicles for over 10 years. I've always received honest service and I've never had my vehicle mis-diagnosed from them. John is a straight up guy and couldn't be more trustworthy. Huge thank you to them for getting my 5 series back on the road today! You'll always have my business!

I've been going to these guys for nine years. this is my go to mechanic. they moved a mile away I still have to go to them to get quality work done. (I tried others only to be ripped off) they've always been open and honest. I had dealerships tell me work needs to be done and go here. they can do a more detailed diagnostic to find problems. And won't do work that doesn't needs to be done. if they can't find the problem they tell you. really honest mechanic.

I took my Prius in to get a CV boot replaced as it was torn and leaking grease. They said I had to replace the entire assembly which I agreed to. Service was acceptable up to this point. I picked up my car and drove home. The car had a weird hum under acceleration. I took it back in a few days and they said it was normal. I drove it for another few months before it got so bad that I thought it was going to fall apart. Took it back to them and now they said it was NOT normal and they replaced the part again under warranty.

This time when I picked it up it had a hum AND a clunk under acceleration and braking. I took it back to them as it clearly had a problem. They kept it a day and then told me my transmission was bad. They didn't want to discuss why they thought that when prior to their latest repair it was running fine. Nor did they even want to give me a price or discuss replacing the transmission which tipped me off they knew that was not the problem.

I then took it to Centennial Toyota as I still needed to get it fixed. Centennial Toyota fixed the cluck AND the hum. They wrote on the invoice the cause was an aftermarket part and that it was not installed correctly. Paid them $390.80 which was a discounted rate since that's all the cash I had in my pocket. I then went back to Doctor Auto twice.

First time the mechanic just told me I was wrong and that he fixed it right the first time. I asked for the manager and he said he would be in later. When I went back later the big guy ALSO told me I was wrong and that he would have warrantied any work they did. He completely ignored the fact that I had been in his office no less than three times about the same issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ONLY WARRANTY WORK WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT AND THEY CALL YOU A LIAR TO YOUR FACE. I would be happy to post the invoices if anyone needs to see them.

Got an alignment and tire rotation. The place is small and look a bit outdated but the guys were all cool and price ended up being a few dollars cheaper then quoted price. They took pics and sent a text update with the car pics and stats of my car. He didn't try to upsell me or nothin so I'd say pretty good auto doctor and will probably come back.

I have been contacted by the owner to resolve my problem and was given a refund regarding our problem with the back hatch. I am grateful that they had someone call and help out Thanks so much John

I had my registration renewal done here. I was late and had fees to pay but they helped me reduced this cost. It helped me out so much and it was very quick and easy. Great customer service, would definitely go back. Thank you for your help here.

Place is a RIP off Went for a smog check. The price in the window was not honored. There are many more reasonable better priced places to go. Stay away from this place

Passed by this place to get smog, i drive in line and waited after 10 secs guy told me to move next to the smog machine, went down and told the technician oh nevermine your smog is $23.99 that is kinda expensive, to my surprise the technician told me no worries ill give you the coupon price for $18.99 voila after 8 mins my smog was done. I forgot to ask the technician's name but thank you for giving the coupon price even without the coupon.

I had gone to Dr Auto for 3 years for my car and I can't say enough good things about this place. I am so upset that they closed there location on Ann. I do not like the place that's there now and if I have any new issues I will go back to Dr Auto. Miss them

No complaints here. Realized my passenger side headlamp was out the day before a long drive and needed to get it fixed asap. Yelp suggested Doctor Auto as a potential shop that was nearby and open before 9am. I was also due for an oil change so I asked them to deal with both issues. Dropped off the car, an hour or so later got a call with the estimate and an hour or two after that the car was ready. Had a few other recommendations of things that need to be dealt with eventually but wasn't pushy about needing to deal with them asap.

Friendly service and big enough parking lot mean you don't have to wait in a car line-up to drop off your car. AAA discount on labor to boot. Will definitely be back when I'm in town and my car is falling apart again!

DON'T GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO PASS A SMOG CHECK! Went here on 8/8 and was extremely frustrated with the two young men who did my smog check. First off, they looked confused when they looked under the hood of my Ford F-250. Then they didn't put the sensor into my tailpipe, even though I told them that they had to because my vehicle is considered "heavy duty".

He refused to listen to me. Maybe it's because I'm a woman. He told me that it failed because it's a 2001 with only 63,000 miles on it. No, it failed because he didn't know what he was doing! He also "failed" the 3 vehicles in front of me! Don't go here if you want your car to pass its smog check!

Big thumbs up from me! I bought a used car and noted that the Carfax said a smog was recently run, I called Dr. Auto and they printed me a copy and BAM done with my registration. No hassles! I'll use them next time! Great Customer service!

My in-laws are snowbirds, with a 2nd home in Phoenix. Trying to score some 'what-an-awesome-guy-our-daughter-married' points, we made the trip from Phoenix to North Las Vegas to get their condo ready and the car out of storage. Though the online appointment I booked didn't go through, they fit me in quickly as a walk-in, ran the initial smog check and fully inspected the vehicle systems - all for the price of the smog check.

I particularly appreciated the detailed list of items that needed to be address that included a triage type listing of what would need to be done with the car down the road. They could have told me the wheels were about to fall off, they could have gouged me with a huge bill - they didn't do either. Sitting there I noticed that one of their biggest assets is Marty at the front desk.

She skillfully juggled the phones, new customers, and obvious 'regulars' - making sure that everyone felt like they were the most important customer in the world. I cannot say enough about this fine team and their 'can-do' attitude except to say that I wish they were in Phoenix.

I brought my Jeep in for a smog, and it broke down right in their parking lot! I knew from previous experience what the problem was, so no diagnostic was necessary, but it needed more extensive repair than I had done before. I knew they would do it right with better parts than I typically use. The staff are courteous and finding someone to trust in this town is hard.

I know my way around my Jeep and I can report they don't pull punches with false diagnostics. So far my most recent repair is perfect. I'm only one star short for labor prices. They are very busy here, so that may be how the market is, but I can't afford most quotes I get from this shop. I've been blessed with mechanical know-how so most things I handle on my own.

But if it's something terribly complicated, I just don't want to deal with, or beyond my expertise, this is the place I go. I was lucky I was here (Ann & Simmons) when I had the issue. I hope some day in the future I can get a break on these staggering labor prices. Respectfully, Nate

They are too busy for a simple headlight bulb change. I don't know about these guys The man at the front desk look at the issue and said they have to remove the entire headlight assembly and they won't be able to get into it till one or two days later! So crazy! Shady! He said look at all the cars we have up front. I agreed and left. Found a place that is also pretty busy and Will of A2 auto repair took care of my light bulb change and his mechanic Cris did it in less than 5 minutes! Did not have to Remove the whole headlight just to change the bulb. So Yelpers, you decide if you want to take your vehicle to Doctor Auto
