The write up with the initial job was over $680. Items were not what was not needed for my car. When I brought the car in I gave him $300. The additional items were still on the estimate but I assumed it would be taken off when the job was finished. Brought in the car in for the color match and it was perfect. It was front PAX panel over the wheel, and it was puffed up not dented The communication again was unclear and he wanted the full amount. When having 2 invoices with the same extra service items is confusing and I thought it would be resolved. Live and learn KP

Jeff"J.P." and Ralph were VERY friendly and helpful. Very thorough in explaining the needed repairs also was very helpful with suggestions regarding the Insurance Company. After everything was finished, J.P. was open for positive feed back and received it well so he could better serve other customers. I was very pleased with the whole package from start to finish. Came in for a Broken Window and broken door. They replaced my hinge and window in a timely manor. They also cleaned out the inside of my car as well as the outside. Everything works and looks great! Very satisfied with my service.

After my truck was damaged in a hit and run, I needed a good body shop to repair the damage. After doing research on body shops in the area, I came across DMI. I made an appointment for the next day for an estimate, the process was very low stress, with no pressure from them to do the repair work. Their primary concern was not for my business, but for the safety of my family.

This sold me on DMI. I left my vehicle there to be repaired. Even though they had vehicles ahead of mine to be repaired, they were not ideal with work on my truck, they immediately began ordering/looking for parts. By the time it my trucks turn in the shop, they were able to get started with parts in hand. I was kept apprised of the progress of my truck at each step.

The day came when I was able to pickup my truck, and holy cow, it didn't even look like it had been in an accident. It looked brand new, like the day I drove it off the lot. There is no evidence it was damaged at all. I am extremely pleased with level of work done and attention to detail. I hope, I don't need a body shop any time soon, but if I do, DMI is where I will be going.

Honest, guaranteed quality work. I highly recommend DMI Collisions Center. My car was leaking water into the front passenger floor. After two auto repair businesses failed to identify the problem, I went to DMI Collision. J.P. explained that leaks were difficult to find, that there was a labor cost associated to determine the source of the leak, and briefly explained what they would do to find the leak.

I approved and gave the go ahead for the work. A couple of days later J.P. called me. They found the source of the leak and determined that there was a failure with some work they had done previously for hail damage. He stated that DMI would make it right and fixed the failed area of my car. He easily could have given me a repair cost and any number of reasons for a leak.

Instead DMI stood by its work and it cost me nothing for the repair. I am so grateful to DMI Collision Center for their honesty and amazing concern for their customers. I will continue to trust DMI for all of our automobile body work.

We have used DMI many times over the years. We have always been very satisfied with their work. Recently I needed some work done and JP advised me that he thought it was related to earlier damage. JP helped me through the process with the insurance company, as my car was not drivable at this point. He kept me informed as to what was happening and when it was finished my 10 year old car looked new!

Had an errant rock from a gravel truck dent and chip the hood on my brand new vehicle. Based on Google reviews I visited DMI Bodyshop to see what my options were. Spoke at length with the owner, JP, and discovered this guy really loves cars and his knowledge base on how to care for and restore them is impressive. Decided to go with DMI and am not disappointed with the outcome. JP and crew check all the boxes; excellent customer service, quality workmanship, decent prices, and quick turn around. What started as a stressful event turned into a easy experience at DMI. Strongly recommend them.

This is the 4th time I've used DMI and they never fail to impress. They have done hail repair and a bumper repair on my Mercedes and it looks like brand new. I was going to have them detail the interior but they said "wait and see how dirty it is after we fix the car" (they clean it after they fix it). It was spotless inside! Next time I need a detail I'm going to DMI. They look after the customer, not just the payday.

DMI was nothing but superb. My car received extensive glass shard damage from an accident on I25 (you can see the damage on the pictures). JP (the owner) was professional, competent and extremely knowledgable. In fact the entire staff was great. My insurance company sent me a list of preferred auto collision centers.problem was that the preferred centers couldn't fix the damage until 4 months in the future. I took a chance with DMI (their reviews and reputation were great) and I gotta say that I would give DMI an A+ for service and another A+ for getting the job done right.
