We can't say enough positives about DME Auto Service! Doug & Tim are the BEST! We have a Jeep Wrangler that wouldn't shift out of 2nd gear. After we spent $1,700 at another Auto Repair Shop, only to tell us they couldn't fix it. We called DME and spoke with Tim. He told me they were very busy, but they would definitely take a look at it for us. They identified the problem right away and fixed it. Ended up needing a program reset!
Not a complete transmission repair like the other shop told us. I also have to point out that I didn't have a ride when I dropped the Jeep off. Doug the owner of the Shop, personally took the time to drive me. He also picked me up after our vehicle was ready. Thank you DME Auto, Tim & Doug for the OUTSTANDING customer service! Dale & Tanya

My Nissan NV200 was about a mile from this shop, near the Safeway, when it ran over something in the road that smashed the transmission pan. I called DME because they were the closest mechanic in proximity to where the incident happened. They ordered the part next day and had it in by the afternoon so my vehicle could return to the fleet right away. The price was very fair for the work. I couldn't be happier with their friendliness and quick service. I highly recommend this shop.

Honest! I brought my mother's hybrid Ford C-Max in because it's been making noise. I've been using the car because she's out of town. They inspected the car and told me there's nothing wrong with it, that the noises are normal for a hybrid. They charged me nothing even though they gave me a ride to and from work, so they could have my car for the day. I'm very impressed by their professionalism and honesty. I'll be back!

I just can't give enough praise to these guys. They have quite literally gone above and beyond helping me and my husband. Fixing both of our vehicles in a very short amount of time. These guys were great and FAST! My transmission went out on a Sunday. Called Monday morning. They were able to get me a quote by that afternoon. Then finished by Thursday early afternoon! And the quote was spot on with the end bill. They made an unfortunate situation easier. Will definitely go back for any other repairs. Highly recommended.

I had a blown out hose in my coolant system that was no longer available from the manufacturer. This occured while traveling on a vacation with my girlfriend, so needless to say tensions were high. We wanted to get home. They called multiple stores, but no one could get the hose before the DME closed at 5pm. They agreed to stay late and let us stay here until it was fixed.
The hose arrived and ended up that the store was wrong and it wouldn't fit. The story doesn't end there though. DME's guys refused to give up. Eventually they were able to get a hold of a hose that worked, and they got it put in place a little before 7, and we were back on the road. Can't thank the guys at DME enough. They were overwhelmingly friendly, understanding, helpful, and diligent.

I am recently new to Washington and of course my truck broke down. Being away from family/friends with extra cars and not having my trusted mechanic was very stressful. I had to take my truck close so i didnt pay a fortune for a tow. DME had decent reviews and is very close to my work. Tim was extremely efficient and patient in helping me with my estimates.
He was willing to take the time to help me make the best decision financially. and for my truck. My 2003 Ford Expedition was towed in there Wednesday and i just picked it up today Friday at 2pm-. My engine was misfiring- all my coils and plugs needed to be replaced. They kept me up to date, i felt the price was fair and i am very pleased with my experience. I have worked at several car shops and customer service- this is by far one of my best experiences with a "new" car shop. I would recommend
