I don't usually write reviews, but this place gave great service. I am from out of town, camping in the area. My muffler broke and almost fell off. Called other shops and they could not see me til next week. Called this shop and talked to Alex, he told me to come in the next day. Alex showed me the problem and gave me a great price. Within 2 hours they put in a new muffler and tailpipe. Great service, would highly recommend.

The 4 pin connector on my hitch quit working. After calling many trailer shops hoping to find someone to work on it I was recommended this place. They got me in that day ( I was traveling with a trailer without lights ) and found the installed fuse was blown, and too small. They repaired the problem and got me back on the road. A+ service!

Good place. Called on a Saturday, spoke to Alex. He said they would have time to at least look at it so I brought it down. Got my car on a lift and showed my the most likely reasons it had a rattle - told them to get it all fixed up and I was out of there in under 2 hours. So far the issues I had are resolved perfectly (no more rattles)! Will for sure be back if/when I need them again!

My husband and I came in to have his exhaust repaired. Alex walked us through and told us exactly what was wrong and how he would fix it. We were very involved in every decision made. The staff here was very professional and extremely helpful! I'd recommend coming here for all exhaust/muffler needs! We will definitely be coming back for all of our vehicles!

I was driving on the highway today headed to work when a ladder flew out of someone's truck. I swerved so it wouldn't go through my windshield and instead it completely popped and shredded my tire. I pulled off on the first exit and pulled into Discount Exhaust Works (it just happened to be the first "car business" I saw. to see if they could help me or sell me any tires (this was at 11:17, and I had to be at work in Fountain at 12).
Without hesitation, a worker (I wish I had their names) walked out and offered to change my tire for me so I could get to work on time. They explained that they didn't have any tires but would still put my donut on for me. They finished on about 10 minutes and I was still able to get to work on time. They refused any payment and did not even let me tip them.
I felt like these two men treated me like I was their sister or daughter. Truly exceptional people, and I was blessed to happen to be by their business when this happened. I never leave reviews and made a Google account just to leave this one. To whomever owns this location, you should give the two men working today raises. They are exceptional people and because of them, I will forever recommend this location and business. Thank you guys.
