The only part of the job that went well was the actual installation. If you use this company, be prepared to be the one to stay on top of the parts order and deal with insurance. Phone calls aren't answered. Job took forever to complete largely because he said he was too busy to take care of checking the order or answering insurance questions.

These guys are fast and very perfessional. They installed my Window on my 2016 camaro. They even cleaned my shattered glass that was in my vehicle, previously to them working on it. Great people! Had my windshield fixed in less than a couple of hours, and my car was like the 3rd one for the day, so waiting for the other 2 was petty easy.

These guys were awesome! Ted was my window tech, he and his helper were super friendly, they had great communication, came within the window they told me they would, and completed my back window replacement quickly. They were cheaper and faster than Safelite! Highly recommend!

Dudes came to house and got my windshield completely replaced within 24 hours. Looks fantastic and I was in a hurry. Interior looks perfect no scratches anywhere. Fair price and also avoid denver sales tax.

The fastest response time ever! We called Discount Auto Glass after we backed into a tree with our RV and partially popped out the back window. Ted was here in 7 minutes (really) and not only fixed our window quickly and competently, but also when we asked, took the time to measure a few of our residential windows that need to be replaced. Great to find someone local and reasonable.

Ted goes the extra mile! I needed same day glass on a Saturday. Ted listened where others did not, and he had it ordered and installed in no time! I am beyond satisfied. I am grateful for Ted and his extraordinary work ethic and customer focus! Highly recommended!

The price is great if they actually show up. Hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with. 2 appointments in one week and nobody showed up or called. The first appointment was for last Monday and they never called to say they weren't coming. The next day I called them and he promised he would come by on Saturday. I even offered to bring my car to them to expedite the process. Saturday came and nobody showed.

Even after I called to confirm and practically begged for their service rather than wait for another company. The guy on the phone said they're really busy but would definitely come. 3 days later and still no call with an apology. I still have no window and have an appointment with a different company tomorrow. This was my experience with discount auto glass. If I were you I would avoid the headache and pay the extra money for someone that will show up.
