I don't write reviews- but this place does unbelievable work. I have an old Chevy pickup and it had some stretched metal/dings that were quickly turned down by auto body shops near me as being unrepairable. Made an appointment with The Ding Company and Oscar came, assessed the damage and was able to correct the issue. Very happy with the service and it appears they go the extra mile to provide the best service. This should be your go to if you have a dent and you aren't looking to repaint or replace.

This time I needed to have a ugly door ding in a very tough area removed that a careless drivers did. Not many other shops tend to want to do, or they try to charge an arm and leg. The Ding Company does it and does it right. Not only do they do really really great work but it is quick and painless.

The best part is Ozzie is fully mobile and works with you, clear communication, and cost friendly. I work remote from home on the weekday's, so it is extremely nice to have someone do a home repair. I've been to repair/ding/body shops in the past and Ozzie does a much better job than the shops! And this is fact as I am highly OCD about my ride. He is honest and I'd recommend his company to all. Thanks! You gave me a peace of mind again. PS do not listen to that 1 fake review. As a small business owner, I really dislike people like this.

I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this shop. They went above and beyond when I arrived just after they closed. They must of heard me jiggle the handle and opened the door and said they would take care of my small door ding on the spot! So friendly, professional and did an amazing job fixing the ding. I called about a big dent in my bumper. The very next day, they came to my house and fixed the dent in an hour. It looks basically brand new!

This guy was drunk when I called him, he didnt know when I could bring my truck In. I dont recommend this place even if it was the last place on earth to go to.

Oscar was simply the best. Extremely professional, and did a GREAT job. I sold my car a week later and they couldn't even see where the dent had been. Couldn't recommend him more!

I hit a semi tire tread on the freeway and the left front fender popped out about 2 inches on car. Couldn't pop it back in without damaging. He came to my work by appointment and fixed it perfectly right in the parking lot at a more than fair price! He conveniently has clover so you can pay not just with cash/check but card securely as well. Legit perfect service (better than a dealership service center), sigh of relief, and great customer service. Disregard the one negative review by a child throwing a fit because they're by appointment only.

While backing my car into a parking spot I hit a tree branch that was deceptively sticking far out, leaving an ugly large dent in the back of my SUV. It was purely cosmetic but it was pretty embarrassing so I decided to call a mobile dent repair company. I found The Ding Company on Yelp, called the number, and got a hold of Oscar immediately. We set an appointment for the following Monday and he agreed to meet me at my house during my lunch break.

He told me immediately because of the location of the dent it wouldn't look perfect but he assured me it wouldn't be the eyesore it was in it's current state and that he wouldn't be able fix the paint that chipped off. (The paint issue is clearly disclosed on the website and the Yelp site so I knew this going in!). Anyway, Oscar worked his magic and I don't have to drive around town with the shame of having a large dent in the back of my car AND he even filled in where the paint was chipped so you can only tell if you look really, really close. Job well done and I'm a happy customer.

Arrived on time, completed the work within my budget, and the quality of the work was excellent. I would highly recommend them and I would certainly use them again in the future.

Let me start by saying, Oscar was great at communicating ahead of time and texted 30 minutes prior to confirm our appointment. He showed up on time and was honest with me. Told me that he wasn't sure he could get the dent out completely because he's working with an aluminum body. He got with me about 30 minutes later and said, "decision time".

Basically couldn't promise that the paint wouldn't start chipping if he worked on it anymore. He had quoted me $150-$200 originally and asked for $75. Then he buffed out the dings as much as he could and told me not to worry about paying him. I persisted, but he said he wasn't happy with the job and knew I was going to have to take the car to a body shop anyway.

What an honorable and nice guy. Never made promises he couldn't keep and then refused payment because he couldn't get it done the way he wanted. He obviously runs a quality business and I'd have to recommend him to anyone because his integrity is top notch. That's rare these days.

Wonderful company. Prompt and courteous. Incredibly affordable, and the work is phenomenal. Used The Ding Compsny twice. Both times was amazed at the low cost, and good as new look. Avoid the high cost at the body shop. Save some time and give them a shout.

Fabulous- quick and easy! I was able to set up my appointment within a few days. He came to my location & fixed within a few hours. Looks brand new again! I would definitely recommend- hopefully not have to call again for repairs

Oscar came over to pull a dent out for me and did great job. He was prompt, friendly and readily answered emails with questions and quotes. He's a professional and you will be happy with the results. I plan to use him again when the inevitable dents appear on my car.

My 2018 4Runner Limited was dinged while at work; the person left me a quarter-sized dent on the driver's side door panel and scuffed my Blizzard Pearl paint.of course they didn't leave me a note. I was so upset and immediately got online to research dent repairs in Austin and that's how I found Oscar. I read every single one of the reviews people had left him and decided to contact him.

He was quick to answer my call, explain the process and give me a quote. We got an appointment scheduled and he came to my place of work. He finished the job in less time than originally expected and I seriously had no words to show just how grateful and pleased I was with his work. Ozzie came the same day in a fraction of the time I was thinking it would take and fixed it so fast. He did an amazing job, was friendly, professional and prompt, and super fast! Usually a rare combination these days! I recommend fully! I hope nobody else hits my door but if they do I will call the ding company!

Carlos did a fantastic job to remove dent on my 2016 Chevy Tahoe. Carlos was quick to respond, professional and honest. Overall, I am very satisfy with the result and will definitely work with Carlos again.

This is my new favorite Oscar. I used to be a fan of Oscar the Grouch, who was my soulmate attitude wise. But this Oscar is much better. This Oscar specializes in repairing dings, scuffs, scratches and such. He does those repairs that are too big to clean up at the car wash and that aren't big enough to file an insurance claim. He will come to your house, office, or wherever.

He returns calls. (And texts as well.) He does quality workmanship and it's speedy too. (Truth be told, I can't ever tell the scuffs were there.) And he's reasonably priced. I actually believe that going to Oscar for minor paint and body work is almost cheaper than buying touch up paint and/or trying to compound out a scratch or scuff. Skip the body shop and go to Oscar. My truck and I are both happier than we were 30 minutes ago.

Oscar "Ozzie" Morales is the man! He took care of both of my vehicles in one afternoon from 1-4, finishing earlier than his estimated time and under his estimated cost. He gave me a great estimate and saved me literally thousands a body shop would've wanted (I got a quote from them too). Before and after picture attached. If you have door dings, scratches, etc that have been bugging you, get in touch with Ozzie and he will take great care of your vehicle.

Wow! I called to ask about having a ripple removed from my front fender (caused by a slight sideswipe in a construction zone) and talked with Oscar. He asked several questions about type of car, etc and I texted him a photo. He gave me a general estimate which was less than my deductible. Oscar was able to work me in the same day and met me at my office.

I showed him a couple of other dents and dings that had happened in various parking lots - mostly at work (inconsiderate jerks/"co-workers "). He said he could fix them all to where you could never tell they existed! 2 1/2 hours later. WOW! I really CAN'T tell that any of them ever existed! Thanks, Oscar! HIGHLY recommend! Oscar is super friendly and did a great job repairing a car door ding for me. His original quote didn't increase once the job was done, and he finished the repair in 45 minutes flat at my home. I was completely satisfied with the job Oscar did, the price of the job, and the way he took care of every aspect of the transaction. It seemed obvious to me this is a one horse operation which seems to work perfectly if you want your job done professionally with the personal touch a one man business can offer. I wasn't able to get an appointment for a couple days which tells me the main does some business.

He was punctual and took his time with the job which was not easy. It came out perfectly! He did not answer the phone on the first try as maybe a big business would but probably because he was busy with a job.
