Called at 0730 am for a tow to a dealer to have my car repaired. Was given a 2 hour window for arrival (0930). After multiple calls, the tow did not arrive till 1pm. At 330pm, I called because my car had not arrived at the dealer. Called Depot, and again got sarcasm and attitude that the car will get to the destination today. Absolutely the WORST customer experience I've ever had. The lack of service, professionalism and integrity of this business can not be understated. Would highly recommend using any other service but this one.

Worst place to get your car fixed. I brought my car in on May 11 to get it looked at and fixed. They told me 2 weeks later they were unable to get the tool that I had to buy for them and bring in. It has now been another week and still no call saying my car is fixed. It has now been 3 weeks and still it is not fixed. So if you want your car back within the month I suggest not going here.

These folks are great. Up and above customer service- my daughters car broke down on the way from Michigan to Illinois. Tow driver was great -very careful to be sure they were safe. Depot stayed late on Friday and came in on day off Saturday to get them back on road. Very grateful Dad -super people. Highly recommended Services: Car towing, Tires

Had a Battery on my car go to hell, called up Triple AAA and they called Depot and although I had to wait a few hours I was at a convenience store so I sat inside to wait so I wouldn't freeze to death in 12 degree weather, people watching and warm coffee till they arrived to jump start my car. The Depot was nice, he got his battery pack charger and had me on the road again, give these guys 5 stars.

Got a flat tire on a Saturday after hours and they were able to patch it for us. Came back Monday with the same tire flat and they did another small repair free of charge. Excellent customer service. Told us what was wrong with the tire and gave some general advice. Would highly recommend for any tire service you need!

Was so happy with the service from this company, I needed a Tow and BAM they were there. A Fair Price and Dan the tow driver was incredible, He amazed me with his ability to get the job done so fast and professionally. Had car towed twice by this company in last month, service is pretty quick and people really friendly and prices seem fair enough and would give 5 stars however from when I saw then pick up car to time I next saw it at repair shop a scratch appeared on back bumper that was not there before and that should never happen. Outside of that the rest was all good.
