Dent Works Of Austin Paintless Dent Repair

I recently purchased a car that had a few minor dents. I have used Dent Works of Austin before and was super happy with the quality of their work so I took my latest car there. They prepared me that some of the dents might not come out as cleanly as I would like, but they would try. They did an amazing job and were even able to correct a bad dent repair job that another company had done for the dealership where I bought the car.

I only trust Dent Works of Austin to take care of these types of dents in my cars. The dealerships try to sell you the dent coverage, but I always decline because the only place I will take my cars for paintless dent repair is Dent Works of Austin. Fantastic guys, fantastic work!

Had a dent in the lower part of my driver side door from the footrest of a motorcycle and was a huge eyesore. Thane was personable, professional and precise. His work is a true value, and having a black car where every flaw is emphasized- made the dent nearly impossible to detect even with prior knowledge of where the dent was! I cannot recommend this business enough and if you find yourself in need of dent repair be sure to come here and ask for Thane!

Trey was so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the hail storms, hail damage, and the insurance process. Crossing fingers I don't have to use your services again, but I would gladly come back if needed and will gladly recommend any friends/family to you. Trey was very realistic about how much the damage might cost and the timing it would take and was very helpful in explaining the insurance process. He's also just very kind which makes working with him a great experience.

TLDR; quick service, friendly, reasonable prices Someone dinged the door of my new car and it was driving me crazy! I brought my car to Dentworks on a Tuesday evening and was able to get an appointment for Thursday afternoon - awesome! I was grateful for the quick service and very reasonable price. The accolades are well-deserved. Thanks, Yelpers, for recommending Dentworks. It took *much* longer than I expected for Trey to get my car in for service after the late-March hail storm, and it was hard to find the business in the nondescript office park the first time. But *totally* worth the wait and search. You cannot tell my car was ever damaged. Trey was great about staying in touch with me, dealing with my insurance company when it was unresponsive after he concluded the hood would need to be replaced.

It was less money in his pocket, but he was upfront that the hood was too damaged for dent repair. He personally coordinated the back-and-forth with Jeff's Auto-body shop, which replaced the hood. Again, great work! The best part is that Trey is such a super nice, decent, patient guy. If you need dent repair work, you need Dentworks!

I stopped by for a quick guesstimate as to what hail damage would cost. They were super kind on the phone and in person. Didn't charge me for the one over to assess damage, which I really appreciated it! Thank y'all!

I just bought my dream car. 2008 Shelby Cobra GT500 with 5000 miles. Within a couple weeks I was on 1431 when the hail rolled in. I was more fortunate than most and only got 4 hail dents but it killed me. My husband does body work but not PDRs. Took it to Dentworks. They brought my baby back to New! They did a fabulous job! Even my husband was impressed! I'm so thrilled with these guys!

Great work by these guys. Had a pretty complicated dent along the edge of my windshield. They were up-front about them possibly not being able to get it taken out, but that they would give it their best shot. Well they got it out! The work was so good, I couldn't even tell exactly where the dent was in the first place. I will continue to use this shop from here on out.

My neighbor door dinged my brand new truck - I went to caliber collision to get an estimate, and they quoted the tiny door ding fix at ~$1,000. I thought that was ridiculous, so I stumbled onto Dentworks after searching for the best auto body shops near me. Needless to say, they quoted me at a fraction of the other company and left them to do their magic with my truck - and the result? My trucks door looked like nothing ever happened. Highly recommend - also, my neighbor should be thankful I found Dentworks, otherwise, he'd have paid me $1,000.

Wow. just WOW! After having my brand new Navigator attacked by a killer hailstorm, I was frustrated because I figured some of the repairs would require a repaint. The top surfaces of this big SUV were completely covered by dents, and two trim pieces were damaged as well. I chose this place after reading their superb reviews, and they did NOT disappoint!

These folks are craftsmen who take great pride in their work, and are serious car lovers to boot. Going in I told them I was picky and expected the car to look "as new" since it had only 600 miles when this happened. The results? As close to perfect as you can get, and just amazing for paintless dent removal on an all-aluminum bodied car. Don't settle for average if you need dents removed; DentWorks are the best!

Got a nasty door ding on my 6 month old car. I was pretty bummed to say the least. I had little hope that paintless dent repair was an option but thought I'd give Dentworks a try based on a co-workers recommendation. I was amazed at the outcome! 20 minutes, $75 and Thane had it sorted. I couldn't even tell where the dent had been. Seriously, a real miracle worker!

WOW A+ They managed to get some serious dents out of my 18 year old Camry. When I brought the car by they said they would need an entire day to work out the dents. These were major large indentations on a very old car. Brought in the car 3 days later and they worked their magic. The car was there about 7 hours and they managed to fix it all. They honored the original price quote and the car looks soooooo much better. This place knows what they're doing and they do amazing work. I highly recommend them. THANKS

Someone hit my car in the parking lot and left a horrible crease and dent on it. I didn't want to submit the claim to my insurance since I've had other claims this year and was worried about rates going up. I did some research and got some quotes from companies that could do the paint less dent removal (as the paint wasn't messed up).

This was by far the cheapest and Trey was really awesome when I got the quote. He even told me that my type of dent was the hardest so it might not be perfect but he wouldn't charge me if I didn't approve how it came out. We agreed on a time and had it set up. When I dropped off the car, he said it would be a few hours and he would call me when it was done. I got a call a few hours later and it looked amazing! You couldn't tell it ever had been hot. I highly recommend this place!

So all I can do is describe what Trey did as Wizardy, possibly some sort of dark magic not yet seen in this realm. I went in to see if I could get a quick estimate on a pretty severe door ding on my car from someone opening their door into mine with the force of 1,000 angry baboons defending their lands from the invading hordes. Trey looked at it, and cool at a penguin swimming in the Antarctic Ocean, said "no problem, " and then said I could even come by later that same day to drop it off and he could knock it out real quick.

And the price he quoted me was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than I was expecting to pay. Woot! So I arranged a time, and came back later in the day. I would eat my lunch next door at Top Notch burgers and continue to work on the WiFi, it was a perfect plan. Came back, dropped off the car, went next door to grab a bite, and continued to do work. 45 minutes later I get a call my car is done.

In the end he even was able to charge me less than the previously expected amount because it didn't take long at all. I came back and looked at the car, and he actually made it look even better than before. He got the ding out, he managed to remove the paint scuff from the other car, AND he polished it up to show that there was no damage very clearly.

He made it like new again. First of all, I hope none of you ever have to deal with those inconsiderate people who never care about how strong they open their doors nor the repercussions; but if you do, just take your car STRAIGHT to Dentworks and fret no more. Thank you Trey for the awesome service!
