My cousin recommended Denny's to me when I moved back to MI about 6 years ago and every time I've gone there has been excellent. They are very honest, thorough, they explain everything that is going on, and never do any unnecessary work. The prices are reasonable. They call you right away. I wish they were closer to where I live on the west side, but I still travel an hour to go there! That's how good they are.

Having just moved to Michigan I had no idea where to go for quality auto service. Had a low tire and wanted it checked out. Very professional, trustworthy and most courteous. Super friendly and helpful. it is almost impossible to find this awesome of customer service. They are there to help you solve your issue not rip you off. I will NOT hesitate to go back for service. Super clean facility.

They were recommended by a co-worker. I had a major steering problem that I needed diagnosed. After looking at it they told me it was a known covered fix under warranty with a dealer. They could have easily charged me but didn't. I felt valued and I appreciated being told honestly. I would bring my car back simply for that reason next time. Very nice to deal with from start to finish.

If I do not do the repair myself, I bring my vehicle here. I have always been treated respectfully and I've never felt cheated or lied to. They only do the repairs that are necessary and are very informative. They keep you updated on your vehicles repair and their work is good! Never had a bad experience and I definitely reccomend this shop.

Our 83 year old brother has been bringing his car to Dennis Auto repair for years. He has had several maintenance and repairs done and couldn't be more happy with the service. Yes, he does have to wait a few days before the work is finished but let's remember it's not a dealership. Dennis offers to drive my brother home and to pick him up. Because the car will be in for 5 Days Dennis Offered to have someone take him to the grocery store if need be, now that's what I call service!

I brought my car in on 11/10/15 for what I was already told was a missing bolt on the exhaust system. After almost an hour and $50.00 later I was told I would need a part and would be charged a minimum of an additional $120.00. I told them to order the part. I still had not heard from them by 11/12 so I contacted them and they said the part was not ordered.
They were supposed to order the part. By 11/14 I still had not heard from them so I took my car elsewhere. Long story short I had it fixed at Mr. Muffler. It look them 25 minutes and they charged me $40.00! Thank god Dennis' Service Center is not only dishonest, but also has horrible customer service or I would have paid them even more than I already had. I would have cancelled my check, but they didn't waste any time cashing it. I am only giving 1 star because it won't let me give no stars.
