I took my 2003 maxima in for a recalled air bag. while it was there and had check engine light on and had would not run over 2000 rpm I decided to have it diagnosed. They told me that the engine knocked and I needed a used engine for over 4500 dollars. they also said my harmonic balancer was bad and I was a possible bad catalytic converter. Turn out my cat was totally disintegrate and had completely plugged my exhaust. after changing my cats a harmonic balancer engine runs like a champ and no knocks. I will never take my car there again

The Team at Dave Solon Nissan was amazing and made the process of purchasing a new vehicle effortless and fun. From the moment I walked in the doors I was greeted with positivity and professionalism. The sales team was especially helpful during this process. In particular the salesman "G" was amazing! "G" walked me through the vehicles and was extremely thorough with his descriptions about the numerous features of the vehicle. "G" is very knowledgeable and very polite to the customers. Chad also was very professional and very helpful during this process.

Everyone from the Sales team to the Service Techs were very courteous and professional. I can't wait to work with everyone during the life of my new vehicle. I would also like to mention how easy it was to connect to all of the features of my new vehicle with the Android Apps. "G" walked me through all of the items and made the process extremely easy.

I have purchased many vehicles in my life and have never before experienced a team that performs at the level of Dave Solon Nissan. Dave Solon Nissan was the first dealership we visited after we totaled our 2013 Buick Verrano. We were greeted by the sales manager, Chad, who immediately treated us like family. Chad then had Sam take care of the sales process. Chad advised us that she was a brand new sales associate but she did an amazing job and showed genuine interest in what we were looking for. Brought vehicle in for service, let them know I was driving to Washington and wanted them to make sure I would get there safely. I agreed to pay over $5,000.00 for all suggested service and repairs. Day 2 into my trip I found myself stranded in Wyoming where there was no cellphone coverage. I had to pay $938.00 to tow it to the nearest service station where they performed a tune up to get me back on the road.

I don't know how Dave Solon Nissan failed to identify my worn out spark plugs or cracked distributor cap, but I do know they refused to do anything to make it right. However, if you like breaking down in the middle of nowhere and hitchhiking, Dave Solon Nissan could be your preferred service and repair shop.

THIS PLACE WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR YOU! We went to 7 different places searching for the perfect vehicle. Other places either didn't have time for us or wasn't very helpful trying to get us into something. When we stopped here, we knew we didn't have to go anywhere else! They literally did everything they could to help us get the vehicle we were interested in.

There was no pressure, no telling us how much we could afford, or making us get something more expensive. We told them what we wanted, and they made it happen. Any questions or concerns we had they were very knowledgeable. They even made sure to get us in the monthly price range we were comfortable with. We are beyond pleased with their service! THANKS SO MUCH for everything you all did for us!

Miles, Joe and G took great care of me. Came in to look at a used Kia Sorento as a winter vehicle for my family, they worked with me on price, they were honest and straight forward with pricing and process, and we found a number we could all agree upon - and then they sweetened the deal even further without changing the agreed price. I'm not sure what happened to this dealership. I've purchased from this dealership before but they have gone downhill. I took my son here because after he replaced his battery in his key fob, the fob wouldn't work. The dealership wanted to charge him around $400 for a new key fob. Unfortunately you can not buy one and program it. It is a scam by Nissan. It is a Nissan problem, not a customer problem but they are ripping off the customers.

I have bought many cars in the past and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Buying a car is always stressful but these guys, especially Justin, took as much out as possible. Considering the times and market here at the end of 2021, it seemed hard to find a dealership that wasn't trying to pull every cent out of you pocket and/or put you in a car that you don't need. Justin and the rest of the team were fantastic.

Very helpful in letting me voice what I was looking for and being honest with what they best recommended for my needs as if I was family. Will be buying all my future cars from them and cannot recommend enough. Although I still ended up purchasing a used vehicle, they were the only dealership I shopped at that was not price gouging or adding ridiculous price markups on new cars and their used cars were priced better than any dealers in the Springs or Denver.

Be careful with this place. The technicians in the service department are very sneaky! Please spend just a few minutes to read my story, it will avoid you wasting thousands of dollars with this dealer! I am new to Colorado state, but my husband has been living in Pueblo for decades. When I firstly moved to Pueblo last summer, I started to bring my car to Nissan for service several times.

Because this is the local dealer, and also based on the good reviews here, I chose to trust them, and even changed my transmission, the most expensive part, upon their recommendation. The most recent time I went there for oil change. When I picked up my car, they told my that my transfer box needed to be resealed, and quoted me for over $2,000. Here is what they said literally: you might not have seen oil leaking from your car, but it may be happening soon.

My car never leaked oil before the service, but as they expected, the week after I took my car back, I saw oil leaking on the ground. It brought my attention, and I started to think about fixing this problem. 2000 dollars for resealing the transfer box wasn't a cheap price. This time we decided to ask some other places in town. We took my car to another mechanical shop that my husband has gone to for many many years.

The guy inspected my car, and took a closer look at the transfer box. By the end of the day, he told us that nothing wrong with the transfer box. It was a screw from another part. someone loosened the screw, resulting in oil leaking. Apparently some people were looking for more work! My car never leaked since the screw was tightened. The service people at Nissan Pueblo are dishonest!

I lost my trust on them. It also made me think if I really needed a transmission replacement for the first time I visited them. I don't recommend anyone to come to this location for service. Based on my experience, you might end up spending lots of money here. They are greedy, dishonest, and this place is a rabbit hole! Never come back again!

They sold us a Nissan Sentra with problems in the front end and did absolutely refused to address the issue 4 days after the purchase, because the car was sold "As is - Where is". Buyer Beware!

Car buying is so often not a friendly environment for women customers. Today was a totally different experience. My sales associate Rob was a stand up gentleman. he was super patient and upfront about everything, made sure I tested every button/gadget/knob in the car, and helped me set up my phone with the car audio system. Ken, the finance manager, was awesome.

We both enjoy baking and spent more time talking about pie crusts and the perfect pumpkin pie recipe than we did about the car. He added an extra warranty that lowered by car payment by almost $30 a month and made sure I was informed on gap coverage. I went in feeling like this was going to be a wasted afternoon, but left with the car I wanted and had a very pleasant experience in the process.

I have purchased my last 2 new cars from Dave Solon Subaru and I have been recommending them to my friends ever since. I used to think I had to drive to Colorado Springs to get to get the best deal but that is simply not true. Just tell Jeremy or Jesse what vehicle and price range you want and they will do everything they can to get it for you because they want to keep our business in Pueblo and not The Springs. Garfield in the service department has been with them for years and provides expert and personal service for your new or used car. Beware Ladies. I took my 2018 Nissan Armada to Dave Solon twice in the last couple of months for the same problem. Intermittently my push button start would not start my car. The service department was not helpful at all. They told me that unless they could reproduce the problem they could not help me. I took my vehicle twice and both times they could find nothing wrong.

They even told me they did not believe me and I should bring them a video to prove my vehicle would not start. I was so discouraged. I decided to venture somewhere else. I called Woodmen Nissan and spoke to a service tech and explained my problem. Right away he explained that it sounded like a common problem with the push button start vehicles and the brake switch needed replaced.

I took my vehicle today and they replaced the switch free of charge due to the poor service I got with Dave Solon. They were able to reproduce the car not starting three times. My break switch was found to have a short. Interesting they could find this common problem that Dave Solon could not. Take your vehicle elsewhere for service.

I'll keep this brief. Dealerships like this is exactly why the phrase buyer beware was created. I have found these people to be rude and very difficult to work with. Take my advice go buy your new car anywhere but not here. Annette is very difficult to work with and so is John.

Truck had a major repair that cost $4500.00, the rear end basically blew oil over everything, picked up truck and hadn't even been washed, pretty disappointed, they would of gotten a much better review for a simple car wash, that's just good customer service.

I had a poor experience at this dealership. I visited this business in December with my father to buy him a new Nissan. Their sales manager was a total jerk to both of us, and the salesman that worked under him ignored everything my father and I said when negotiating. All the salesman would talk about was lowering his monthly payment. Not sure what that manager's name was (white guy, mid-30's or mid-40's in the Nissan building), but he cost this business a sale. We went to Denver and got a better deal right off the bat with more options on the vehicle, and were treated with respect.

Searched the front range for a great price. But the rest of the dealers on the front range would not match price or told me delivery was weeks away. But Heather searched the whole southwest to find my car. Closing was also a breeze. So glad I drove down from colo springs!
