Darrell's Automotive is certified under the State of California to perform smog checks and smog repairs. Unlike "Test Only" stations, Darrell's Automotive can do smog repairs for you. Had appointment to fix car, Danny lost the paperwork along with the time of appointment. Danny talks way too much and has no intention of keeping his word. I was warned to deal with the oldest honest brother but he wasn't in. Second time being here with no work done to my car. Danny needs to be banned from talking to the customers and answering the phone and maybe help the overworked mechanics so that they can finish up all those cars on the lot that's been there for several days. I visited Darrell's for the first time yesterday I needed to have the brakes on my vehicle inspected and changed if they needed to be. I had an unscheduled appt and i was taken care of despite that. I was thinking that I might need all 4 tires but to my surprise I was informed that I really didn't need brakes at all and o vould probably go another few oil changes and it was up to my discretion to replace them if I wanted to.
No pressure. I changed the front and will definitely return to do the rear and any other repairs on all of my 's. I am a converted customer. Thanks Brit and owner Darrell. "I'll be back" bob

They suck! Everytime i take it there I always have to come back for the 2nd time because they don't do the job right. It makes me so mad! I don't have time to waste. I give you my money so fix it right. They like to take advantage of girls. P.S. Im not stupid Darrell Automotive. I went there for my car leaking and later it continued to leak but I never took it back.
Then I went because my car wouldn't start then the next day I had to take it back because it didn't start. Now I took it for a leak again and it's still leaking. Im Tired of going back looking at them. It's like they tell me anything to get me off their backs. I'm so upset because I don't have tons of money to spend on my car and have time to waste and they keep playing with me.
Or they really don't know how to fix cars. Don't give me wrong they are nice and do some things good. But lately I'm just disappointed and I won't be going there anytime soon.
