They agreed to do a tow for me through Allstate, and then called me and demanded I pay them extra money directly. When I refused they lied to Allstate to try and get paid a gone on arrival fee. If you need extra money, deal with Allstate about that, don't tell them you'll do it for one price, and then try to get extra out of me, and then try to get them to pay you anyways for doing nothing when I refuse.

So I was locked out of my car at AutoZone and no one could help me AutoZone tried but we couldn't get the doors open and my poor baby dog was in there mind you he's a rescue dog so he was already nervous but a very kind gentleman named Brian who works at this place came and opened my door for free when it is a $65 charge and he saved my dog and he opened my door I mean there's not many people out there like that in this world today he did a great job and I appreciate him with all my heart and if I ever need a tow truck service or anything of that matter I will most definitely be calling them

I drove tow truck 7 days a week 24 hours a day going on calls to New York City Longisland New Jersey Boston Massachusetts and all over Connecticut in the rain an snow in the middle of the night early morning middle of the day I towed one hundred an seventeen cars an never had a problem and you can look my reviews up on Agereo an my name is Richard Serricchio I have all great raiding I went from picking up 4 to 7 cars a day to picking up1 car every 2 or 3 days. to the corona vyrus so Darrell decided to stop the towing. an he also kept my last 2 pay checks which is against the law an his reason he said is because I scratched the last car I picked up for him which is not true an even if it was true he has insurance for that but it's not true an he put in for a small business loan which the small businesses loans are to help pay the employees an it goes on but channel 8 news an department of unemployment is going to get my last 2 pay checks an my lawyer has already filed some motions against him because when I went to the gas station to ask for my last 2 pay checks he told me he's not giving them to me then he told me to get outside an he got up out of his chair so I got nervous an I fell going out the door an he left me laying there an wouldn't help me then he finally called 911 so I played there in pain an went home after they helped me up because I was more scared to go to the hospital which they kept telling me I should but I signed a waiver not to to cause of what's going on an the only reason I want people to see this is because this is a man that calls him self a reborn Christian an he knows I was homeless an I worked 7 days a week 24 hours a day trying to save money so I could rent room an not be homeless all this will be coming out in a few weeks so PLEASE read it as it comes out because he's not the person he wants ya to think he is so I pretty sure you people will be changing your ratings just go to another repair shop an get a FREE esstamit on the work that ya have Darrells do an see how much he over charges you on parts an see how much more his labor prices are an it's mostly older people I know this because I would drive them home why there vehicle was getting worked on then go pick them up trust keep following this an you will see what a fake Christian an unionist selfish person Darrell is TRUST me stop letting him over charge you

2 weeks ago my motor in my pickup truck finally died and I was in need of another motor. I found Darrells auto sales and repair online. I read some of the reviews and decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did, Darrell sent a flatbed truck, towed my truck to his garage and within a week I had another motor installed. And it runs very good and I'm very happy with the job he and his staff has done with my vehicle.
I found them to be courteous and attentive to my needs. Their price was basically what I expected to pay for the job. In short, I will be calling on Darrells for all my repair needs in the future.

Darrell and his team are excellent and trustworthy. He is very knowledgeable and will tell you the truth about what needs to be fixed and will try to save you money as well. I am very happy with this garage and thankful for their help. My fiance and I have been taking our cars to him and he's always been willing to help and give advice. I would recommend them to anyone!
