These guys are great. Honestly I've never had to officially use them because any time someone has bumped my car in the parking lot they just polish it and do some paint correction out FOR FREE. That is just the kind of guys they are. They've polished scuffs out of my car probably 3 times. And always are so nice!

I've been taking my cars to Darby's for just over a decade and I'm still always blown away by the great service and quality work. Albert is great to work with and will get you the best price, keep you in the loop about what's going on with your vehicle, and get your car out as good as new as quickly as possible. I just had some bumper work done on my newer Altima and Albert was able to get me in and out in the same day! The car looks great!

GO TO DARBY'S! I was recommended to this place by 4 different people when I accidentally got my bumper stuck on another car's tow hitch. I was so worried I was going to have to fork out a ton of money to fix it. I brought in my car, an hour later I got a call that it would just be a $60 part to fix. The service was amazing, highly recommend!

Real friendly, down-to-earth customer service, but if you'd like your car done right the first time, you may want to ask questions or go elsewhere, the artists outside seem to cut corners. Please, be honest toward the next guy who'd rather their quarter-panel replaced, if your men lack the patience to do the job wholeheartedly, turn down the assignment.

They lost fasteners, the "detail" department didn't bother vacuuming or wiping down shop dust, the 'H' emblem was never fixed, the bumper cover didn't get primed. Buy them proper tools to remove plastics & torqued door bolts, vacuum suction cups would help too for removal of doors. Return vehicles how you received them. I would rather not go back a 3rd time.

They repaired my vehicle after it was damaged in an accident. They helped me in communicating with my insurance company about the extent of the damage. My vehicle looked as good as new when I got it back from them. Services: Paint repair, General repairs & maintenance

Great experience at Darby's. They helped me with an insurance claim, gave me honest advice about what to do, were very responsive, and did me a favor installing a taillight that I had bought myself and fixing up the bumper. I worked with Albert and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I dropped in at Darby's to see if someone could give me an estimate for the fender of my car. It had been hit in a parking lot, causing it to pop loose and bend outward slightly. I had no appointment, but Jorge quickly came out to look at it. He then took it to be checked by the mechanic, and when he returned 5 minutes later the fender was straightened out and lined up back in position with new clips installed to secure it. Jorge was smiling, and I was surprised, to say the least.

This not how any of my previous experiences at an auto body shop have turned out. I think this is a local business worth your patronage, and certainly has mine. Competent, pleasant, and professional.

I stopped by Darby's for advice on the fender of my car. The clips that secure it to the body had come off after being hit in a parking lot, and it was loose and out of position. Jorge came out to look at it, then took the car to be checked by a mechanic on site. He returned with the car after 5 minutes and the fender had been reassembled and the quarter panel was intact!

Beyond the fact that they were willing to check it out without an appointment and spend time repairing it on the spot, they were pleasant and friendly. This is the kind of local business I love to find and patronize, and recommend to others. I will definitely return if I get dinged again.

Critical: Professionalism Called about getting my 73' Nova sanded and primed. They were SUPER rude and apparently they don't work on classic cars anymore (which is not why I am writing this review). No manners, no tact, no customer service.

Albert, Javier and the team are absolutely amazing! Brought my wife's car in as the door was rubbing due to the wheel well panel bulging. Albert took GREAT care of me and immediately got me set up with Javier who fixed everything within 15 mins instead of having to get the whole thing replaced, saving me a lot of money! Albert even went above and beyond and buffed my wife's headlights to remove all the grime.

You can tell these guys are all about customer service and it seems like a real family-oriented place. I was so impressed and if I ever have future body work that needs to be done, I will WITHOUT A DOUBT go to Darby's!

I brought my 2020 Cadillac CT5 into Darby's, on the recommendation of my insurance company. I was met by Albert, he gave me a quote, and told me to bring it in when I'm ready. I brought the car in on Monday. Today, Thursday, he called to say it was ready. The car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. In addition to the dent, he took care of some minor blemishes at no extra charge. Four months ago, I took my Honda to another body shop; it took them a month for basically the same amount of work. I highly recommend Darby's.

These guys are the best reminder I have had in a long time that great service still exists. I came in 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday to get estimates on repairing a few things and getting a ceramic coating on my new EV. They buffed out a spot for me "on the spot" and set me up for an appointment without making me feel rushed or bad for arriving at the end of their workday. If you are looking for a place you can count on the service, this is it.

The kind people here were kind enough to fix a flat tyre; I was so touched by their kindness. They were fast and efficient in making a quick fix. So kind of them to do this. Restores my faith in humanity; the day before thanksgiving. Amazing customer service.

Honest, responsive, reliable! I have used Darby's a few times for several cars over the years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Car service of any sort can be daunting but the crew at Darby's makes the difference. You can trust their work and it's a pleasure working with them.

George helped us out. He made sure everything was going to be ok. Very satisfied with the job done. Can't tell there was damage to our car. They even put a license plate holder on it that was in the trunk that we had trouble putting on. Even touched up some black paint peel. Definitely liked the extra attention to detail. We used them in past on different car. Highly recommended all the employees were nice to us.

Highly Recommend! I brought my 2015 Dodge Dart here to have the front bumper cover replaced. They did a wonderful job. My car was ready very quickly. They communicated and sent me pictures through the whole process. It was very reasonably priced and the work looked great. They went above and beyond, even patching some scratches on the side doors that I had not requested and wiped down the interior. I was truly impressed with the quality and service.

I came to get my car repaired after I got rear ended. Albert was the person who helped me throughout the process and I have nothing, but great things to say about Darby's. Not only was Albert extremely helpful in helping me figure everything out, but everyone who works there is super kind and attentive. They fixed my car within just a few days and even went above and beyond and washed the outside of my car, which made my day entirely. I would come back to Darby's in a heartbeat if I have any other issues in the future. They take care of you and your car VERY well

I had to service the hood of my 4 Runner. It was dented due to a small Boulder hitting it. When I dropped off my car I was expecting to have to take a Lyft to the Enterprise car rental. The boss at Darby's gave me a ride. My vehicle was fixed over the weekend and ready for pickup by Tuesday. Penske wanted to keep it 2 weeks! I'm extremely happy with the service I received. Job well done Darby's! 5 stars!

Years ago we had work done here and I recently called hoping for another chance to use their services, sadly they were booked up. The reason I'm writing this is because the gal that answered the phone went out of her way to refer me to another auto body shop. So often anymore no one has time to assist you or help pave the way when your stuck and floundering like I was today. Thank you for the great customer service!

Darby's is such an amazing place. Unfortunately my parked car was severely damaged from a hit and run. They did the estimate to let me know if it would be worth fixing. Unfortunately the cost to fix was more than the car was worth. Jorge treated me like family. Very attentive. Very communicative. Went above and beyond. This shop is filled with good people you can trust. I'll definitely be bringing any other car needing fixing or maintenance here.

I have had an association with Darbys' for the last 8 years. They have performed body work on My BMW. and 2 Mercedes. They have also advised me or recommended people who they believe provide quality service for interior repair, and windshield repair. His crew have repaired my front bumpers from parking lot wheel stops, both times at no charge! The body work on my BMW was excellent.

If you want excellent quality at fait prices I urge you to see Albert at Darby's for a quote or a recommendation for interior or glass service. I have been driving for over 50 years, and had several encounters with body shop repair. Darby's is the best

Was recommend to this place from my regular garage. I stopped in for the first time inquiring about my clouded headlights. The staff was super friendly and responsive. With in 5 minutes the guy had a mechanic coming out to look at them and restore them. Very efficient and friendly/honest business ethics exhibited. Very happy I was recommend and stopped in, would definitely go back for future needs!

GO TO THIS PLACE! I walked in with a piece of my mirror not sure if it was repairable or if I needed to get an entire new mirror and Bernie came over and popped the piece right into place, enthusiastically. My mirror was cracked and all out of order and he fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Alleviated a ton of stress for me with car bills/maintenance! THANK YOU BERNIE! Hopefully I won't be back for repairs but if I ever need them this is the place to go. They all seem like they genuinely care about you as well with the great customer service!

After being rear ended my insurance referred me to Darby's auto body and I can definitely say this will be my go to shop for any future needs. George was very nice and explained everything that was needed and would happen to my vehicle. If you want a shop that's transparent and trustworthy this is a great option.

Darby's did an amazing job with my car both times I had some bumper issues that needed to be repaired. The problem is on the second go round there was a part that wasn't able to be replaced. The service was 5 star but there is something fishy with their accounting. My insurance paid them for the full amount of the repairs estimated. A few days later I was told a part was on back order and may not be able to be replaced.

My insurance told they told me that DARBYS would be paying me a check for 788.13 cents because of the driver side rocker molding that couldn't be replaced or repaired. Darby's also told me that I would be getting a payment. I don't want to mention names because the employees were nice and genuine but apparently their pockets are funny or something at Darby's. Wawanesa's check cleared 4/09 I picked my car up 4/14 and today it is 5/12 So an entire month has passed and they can't figure out how to cut me my check for the repairs they weren't able to do. It's also sad because I called them on 3 different occasions to ask about the check it and they still have yet to get back to me regarding the check being ready to pick up.

Other than a voice mail saying it would be ready the next Monday which it wasn't. I called them to ask about a part that I might want to replace on my car. They were able to respond back that day with a quote and offer to have the part ready the next day. They also said my check would be ready Monday 5/10 and it's still not ready. I hate to leave this review because the guys seem genuine and nice.

And they did a great job on my car. But something seems fishy with their accounting and I wouldn't recommend picking up your car from them until they have the check in hand when it comes to insurance payouts and incomplete repairs that they owe you for. I'm hoping this can be real wives without having to get a lawyer or my insurance involved again. Again the service was 5 start this is regarding the accounting issue I had!

Really had a grate experience. I came in for an estimate to get my wife's car looked at. The back corner had some scratches from a little fender bender. The good hands people recommend Darby's. Unfortunately because of the cars title status. They couldnt accept responsible for any repairs done there. But the owner said I will be right back, came over with a buffing rag, removed the scratches, touched up the paint and said there's no charge.

I thanked him for his help, the molding still needs replacement, but hay it looks so much better. Even though I can't get my wife's car fixed there I wanted to shout out. My experience 5 stars all the way.

I took my car to Darby's body shop for the first time since I live on the same block. I'd never been to Darby's, but Albert immediately tended to my car by polishing out the scrape.
