Daniel's Tire service has literally been my only good experience when it comes to automotive service. Hector is quick, thorough, knowledgeable, and provides outstanding customer service! One time I even took my car to ford for warranty work and they had it all day and put over 30 miles on the car just to tell me it was in perfect condition. I took the car to Hector for a second opinion and he found the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes without even driving the car! If you're looking for great trustworthy automotive service I 100% recommend going to see Hector at Daniel's tire service!

Bought new tires & noticed deep scrapes that removed the paint to All four beadlock wheels. This after waiting over three hours. Notified Hector who offered to buff them which won't fix the permanent damage. Sad because we like to support local businesses. Don't go here unless you want damage to your vehicle.

Have been coming here for years as it is convenient and always felt they were honest. Service is always good and Hector, the manager, always remembers who I am by name, a lost quality these days. Last week was in and when paying gave him several $20.00's to pay bill, accidentally including a $50.00 bill (I was very tired at 80) and he stopped me and said you gave me a $50.00--too much. HONESTY like this deserves applause and a THANK YOU. Thank you Hector for your honesty and I would recommend your place to anyone and have.

I made an appointment at 11 15 AM. to have an oil change.told them I was going to lunch what was the time frame. Hector said hour and a half or so. I was back in 2 hours. My car had not been touched. I always got good service when my husband was alive. Now they have to deal with just a woman I guess they can't give good service anymore. Last time I'll be seeing them

Brought my car in today for an alignment and Raul was working behind the desk and checked me in for my appointment. He said it would be about 1hour or less. So my husband and I walked to Pueblo Viejo for lunch and about an hour went by and walked back to find my car was ready. Fabulous service and customer service which is becoming a lost art. But. not finished. before heading over to the appointment my husband was leaving the same time I was and his car would not start. dead battery.
We saw that Daniels Tires reception room had batteries. We told Raul about our story and he told us to get it jump started and he would have a battery for us in less than an hour. Well, got home, jump started the car, off to Daniel's and battery was waiting for us, installed it in less than 20 minutes.good to go. We are both impressed and happy I found Daniel's Tires on Yelp.

I received good service when I brought my car in for an oil change. I had called first and was told by Hector that they were busier than usual but could take my car in an hour. I expected a bit of a wait and found the waiting area to be comfortable and the restroom to be clean. Best of all, Hector was pleasant and charged me the price printed on the coupon I had brought with me. I'm happy and will bring my car back for its next oil change.

I visited this establishment because my car was in dire need of an oil change. While I was there I also requested the tires to be rotated. I was told it would be about an hour wait but the whole ordeal only took about 45 minutes. As I drove away the check pressure light came on so I headed back and it was taken care of within minutes. Staff was courteous about it and asked me to come right away if it turned on again. Thankfully it didn't : highly recommend this place!

On Labor Day my family was driving from AZ to LA when we lost three lugs on a front tire while closest to Indio. Frantically we tried to get help but all places were closed due to the holiday. We called every tire place in Indio. I did not leave any messages, but the next day Daniel's Tire Service used caller ID and called me back to make sure I was able to get help. I would for sure be going there if I lived in the area!

I love bringing my car here for service! This is the first auto establishment where I feel like they don't try to take advantage of the fact I'm a female. They're honest, and don't try to oversell. Their prices are amazing! Their work is great! And their whole establishment is welcoming. It's a place where I don't mind waiting.
The workers are extremely nice too, especially the manager Hector. He's always so respectful and sweet whenever I go. He listens, understands, and just really completes the whole experience there. I recommend for everyone to come here for your next car service. You won't be disappointed!

Brought car in for a simple service the asst mgr and mgr were both rude to me. They were asking questions about parts of the car I don't know that's why I brought it to you! So, I don't recommend this place for any service. You could also hear the managers conversation about and obvious mistake he made with a previous customer. Not appropriate!

Oh my god, these people here are just gems. It's so hard to find trust worthy mechanics that are honest, but these guys are them. I know that there are cheaper places out there but these guys give you great service, show you your old parts, explain everything to you etc. they replaced my breaks and rotors for FREE after they had expired warranty and are just so kind and you know what this just happened so I'm like really surprised at how sweet they are. Especially hector the general manager he is just the best. Anyways you can trust them. Definitely

This place is the best! No pressure service and knowledgable staff. I am not a whiz when it comes to cars, but luckily I had Hector's help picking out the best quality tires for my car and it didn't come with an outrages price tag.
