Although we specialize in collision repair and refinishing, we offer a wide variety of services including glass, lock and radio replacements.

Gas mileage improves as rolling resistance is minimized. Total alignment sets all four-wheel parallel, which along with proper inflation, minimizes rolling resistance. 3. At this speed slight variations in balance, sidewall stiffness or roundness can cause the wheel to literally slam into the pavement 14 times a second. Dynamic balancing uses two weight planes. This eliminates "up-and-down" and "side-to-side" imbalance.

Worth every penny! Gus and Angelo are on top of the game! the receptionist is a sweetheart, they give you a feeling of being family! If you want your car to look like it just got out of the show room. This is the place to go, reasonably priced and consummate professionals. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do the same.

After my car was rear-ended (while waiting at a traffic light ), a friend referred me to Dale-Way Auto Body Center. I spoke to Angelo and he was extremely helpful, informative, and professional. I am a female and, unlike what another reviewer stated, I was never treated in a rude or condescending way by anyone at that body shop. I also went in with realistic expectations, knowing that it would take time for them to: inspect the car, determine what needed to be done, order the parts, and repair the car.
That was all done in a very reasonable amount of time and Angelo kept me informed along the way. They did great work on my car and Angelo checked in with me to make sure that I was happy with the work. I would gladly recommend them to anyone I know!

It was my first time filing an insurance claim, someone hit my car. So I wanted to go to the best auto body shop. I googled "best auto body shops" and found Dale-Way. I had a kind of emergency because my sunroof gutters were blocked and leaking water into the car after a heavy rainfall. I had to go to Long island in the morning and I called them from there and asked if they could do the work today. I asked for an approximate price but they wouldn't give it to me. They gave me an appointment for 2:30. I got there early and they wanted me to fill out a whole form and still wouldn't give me a price.
I spoke to the owner and he said he couldn't do the work that day because it was too late. I told him that I had traveled all the way from Long island to the Bronx to get this done today. He said that the girl told him that I would just get a price that day. In the end he told me to come back the next morning. He didn't give me a price he didn't look at the car and I had to go home hoping that it wouldn't rain.
I do not recommend this place. I don't think that was good customer service at all. I did ask the girl on the phone for a price but I also asked her if The work could be done that day. She told me it could be done that day. Even though I have had this problem several times before with my car and I explained this to him, he said that it probably wasn't coming from the sunroof.
I had to explain that I've had this done twice before and it was always the same problem. He still thought that it might be coming from the vents at the windshield. I had told him that the seats were wet as well but it seemed like I had to convince him that I knew what I was talking about. Why do mechanics treat women this way? I'm so tired of it. Anyway he could have found out by just pouring water on top of the car. But it was too late in the day?

I had taken my 2009 Jeep in due to an accident and when I got my Jeep back it was like brand new. You could not tell my car was ever damaged. The staff was amazing. The Front young lady was polite, very helpful and full of knowledge regarding how to hand the insurance company. Angelo was understand and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I would recommended them to anyone.
