I usually don't write reviews, but when I feel like I should, it's bc something about the place exceeds my expectations. Tbh, when it comes to services, as long as I'm not treated rudely, I consider it good. until Daland. Realized good service really does make a huge difference. until Daland haha I brought my car in after getting rear-ended and experienced amazing service from the very first call to the time I came to pick up my car. You guys are the best!

My car was hit as I was getting off the Bay Bridge. My car was moving so we fortunately didn't suffer any injuries, but my poor car needed about 7k in repairs. Daland was terrific! Big shout out to Natasha who communicated regularly about the status of the repairs and the car was delivered on time as promised. So grateful for businesses like this that you can trust to get things done right and on time.

It took me a while to write this review because I wanted to make sure it did this place JUSTICE. IF I COULD LEAVE 10 STARS I WOULD. As a woman it's very hard to find someone that won't squeeze every cent outta me. I must have called like 40 places, once they heard a females voice and on top of that "I'm paying out of pocket" EVERYONE REFUSED ME and turned me away. Gave me every excuse in the book. THAT'S UNTIL I FOUND THIS PLACE!

It took me about a month to find it but THANK GOD I DID. Then I found Rich! WOW what an incredible service! From the beginning with the first phone call with Natasha; super friendly, answered all my questions and got me in THAT DAY an hour later! The process was super easy from there! They Kept me updated and in the loop every step of the way. Even Sent me pictures (i didn't ask for them but they were much appreciated!^.^) and Rich was amazing!

Super friendly, warm and straight up! (Meaning he told me it would be a big job but he would try everything in his power to get it back to normal) WHICH HE DID! If I could refer this place to ANYONE AND EVERYONE I WOULD. Thank you again rich! Daland auto body shop is awesome with amazing customer service. Natasha made sure to keep me posted with updates and was sure everything ran smoothly. Got My Car Back Early. But Metal Trim On Front Area of Windows Were Loose, They Stated On The Work Sheet That Was Left In My Car That They Cleaned The Door Fobs, Inside Part Of Car Doors. Daland Denied They Touched It. Wont Use Daland Again. Wont Reccomend Them Either.

I have nothing but great things to say about Daland when I needed them again. My rear bumper ended up being smashed on the freeway on my way home. I called Daland to repair my car because they did an amazing job with my front bumper in the past. I dropped off my car on a Tuesday morning and got back my car on Thursday afternoon. It was super fast and convenient.

They got me into a rental car for a couple of days and when my car was ready, I dropped off my rental at the shop when my car was ready. My car looked amazing. They detail it, clean it from the inside out and make sure that you are happy with the job they did. Their repairs have a lifetime warranty also which give me great peace of mind. Thank you, Daland for taking care of my car again!

Got my 2012 Honda Pilot detailed at Daland's and I was blown away. The car came out sparkling. The leather and interior was restored to a new car finish. I could not be happier with how it came out. Highly recommend and feel the price is right. Thank you Daland's!

I'm really happy with their services. They did an excellent job on fixing the scratches and dents on my Mini Cooper. It took them a whole week to fix it but they completely washed and polished the car inside and out even including the rims and tires! Also very friendly receptionists made my experience even better. An all star team!

He showed genuine concern over all aspects of the repair process, from explaining how the repairs will be done to a car rental. I will be bringing my car here for repairs!

I love this place - i always bring my car(s) to daland because they take care of you & treat you right. this is my 4th (or is it 5th) body repair & i am never disappointed. getting & returning a rental is quick & easy; just drop it off at the shop & they take care of the rest. the car repair was perfect & they do a great job of cleaning the car before returning it to you. the same can not be said about geico; they dragged their feet for two months before it got repaired. they paid for the repair including the supplemental work & the car rental, but they refused to pay for the disinfection fee for covid 19. such a petty thing to refuse & their excuse for not paying is pathetic. in conclusion, daland & enterprise are the best (5 stars); geico is the worst (0 stars). keep up the good work, guys - geico, go fuck yourself.

These guys know what they're doing and they do it very well. I used them because of insurance preference but I will go back anytime. Hoping I won't need them again though!

Quality work and amazing service! Unfortunately, my car was rear-ended and needed a lot of repairs. Daland Body Shop did an amazing job. They even arranged a ride to the rental car location when I dropped off my car at the body shop. When the repair was completed, I dropped off the rental car at the body shop and they took care of the return! Natasha helped me every step of the way and checked in with me multiple times throughout the repair. Thank you!

The best of the best. This is the shop you want to work on your beloved vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about their team, customer service and satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car, which was sparkling inside and out. You wouldn't ever know the delivery driver took off my side mirror and bumper!

They even have this thing where they match the DNA of your paint color. Not to mention all the work Natasha put in to help me maneuver with a difficult insurance agency. If you have any questions, her customer service rivals the likes of Flo from Progressive, but in a real world way. I also got the chance to speak with two techs. They were both very patient, kind and attentive to every littlest detail.

I had to take my truck here because a FedEx truck hit my truck while it was parked and my bumper was hanging by a thread and rear lights were shattered. The team at Daland was amazing! They fixed my truck in a matter of days. They called me as soon as they had any updates they could share and were very friendly and professional. If you find yourself needing a body shop, Daland is the way to go!

The catalytic converter was stolen out of my old Prius, and working with Daland and their staff was a breeze. They worked directly with my insurance (and they do accept most insurance companies) to make the process as smooth and quick as possible. They provided me timely updates, however, didn't over do it like some shops with constant phone calls. So far, their work is holding up well and looks tremendous.heck, they even washed and vacuumed the car, and that thing was admittedly kinda gross too.

My car got hit and run and the last thing I would like to deal with is the stress of looking for a body shop and getting the worse service. Daland Body Shop was beyond awesome! From their front office to Moises, up to the guys at the back. Answers phone calls, text messages in a timely manner, letting me know the process, giving me updates when. needed, even gave me advices and recommendations so I can maintain my car better.

My car is far from being new and very far from being fancy but I felt valued. This happened when the Shelter in Place was at its peak but they were still able to deliver! I already spread the word to my colleagues here at work.

We are family here and will treat you the same! I've worked in customer service for 20plus years and working here is the old school customer service that is hard to find these days! come here for all your auto repair needs, you wont be disappointed

I had a bumper and fender replaced and colored matched and their work was mediocre but there customer service was even worse. This was my first time dealing with a insurance claim and they did nothing to warn me using the other parties insurance was going to be such a hassle. The service rep down played the whole thing "easy work, easy color to match, have it done in 4-5 hours" and also said he would have all the scratches touched up.

So I dropped it off expecting it back the same day based on what I was told. Later in the day talking to the service rep he denied saying it would be done in a day and got all defensive and said it would take a week. It took over a week and then I was told it was done but I couldnt pick it up until the insurance company paid. So after holding my vehicle hostage two days I went down and covered the bill so I could get my vehicle back and none of the touch up work was done.

Once pointed out they tried to rush through the touch ups but it was sloppy. Its obviously a successful business and theyre probably resting on their laurels because a new business operating like this would fail.

These guys are the best of the best! I finally bought a brand new car and one week later got hit (while parked, nonetheless). Came in the next day for an estimate and Rich emailed me right away with a full estimate & pictures. Despite having to go through the other persons insurance (which took forever), the process with Daland was so smooth and easy.

They emailed me every few days with updates re insurance, where they were on the work of the car, when it'd be ready, etc. And yes, the best part is that the car looks just as it did when I initially drove it off the lot a month ago. Can't recommend them enough. You and your car are in great hands with Daland!

This is worst shop ever. I hit a rock on the freeway my transmission was cracked. I dropped off for an estimate Friday they tolme there were not going to be able look at it till Monday. But my daughter had an accident and she past away I call them and told them that I needed to travel out of the country and they said it was fine and I came back I had no money to fix my car I have tow it out then they charge me 3.5 hours for inspection my transmission was cracred i dont get how they spent 3.5 hours $350 and $1300 for storage

I love the work that DALAND has done to my car. The people here are also really nice. A lady named Dawna at the front desk always had a nice bubbly personality and called me with updates. The reason I'm giving it 2 stars are mostly because I came to DALAND 3 separate occasions, I believe (don't judge me). Every single time it was through insurance.

All 3 times they quoted me about a week and a half, every single time they had to push it back anywhere from 3-7 days. I didn't mind since I had a rental through the insurance and they kept my insurance updated. Now the biggest reason why I give it 3 stars. I went back on my own behalf, the clips were falling off since I ran a tire over on the freeway.

The guy who did the estimate asked me if I was going through the insurance, I explained that I just wanted the clips and didn't care about ordering a new front bumper. He put something in the sides and told me that if for some reason it came back out I should call them and they would order the clips which were like $40 each. It came back out within 2 days.

I gave them a call and told them I would like to order the clips after all. The receptionist (who was not Dawna) told me she would pass on the message. They never got back. I think that it just wasn't a big enough project for them to make money from. If it would have been through the insurance I'm pretty sure they would have loved doing business with me.

The best car body repair shop on the entire SF Peninsula! Excellent management and an efficient talented team of employees! Highly recommend!

We took our Dodge Magnum here after I accidentally backed into a car. The service we received here is top notch! From the front Staff, the owner Rich, and the gentlemen who fixed our car. They worked with our insurance company seamlessly. Our car was fixed in a jiffy and we got it back nice and clean. You can't tell at all where there was damage. I highly recommend Daland if you are ever in need of body work. Fantastical Job! :

Brought my car in on a Monday afternoon and got it back on Friday. They are friendly, fast and do great, guaranteed work. The shop was incredibly clean. Everything about my experience here was good, and for a older woman having to deal with a body shop, that says a lot. The best part was that my car came back looking and smelling like it was brand new! Thanks Daland!

2nd time I had my convertible Mustang 1st time great job. 2nd time not a good job. 1st of all my convertible top wont go completely flat when open it, another the driver side that repaired is bent, and they were supposed to fix my alignment cause from the accident, not fixed, I was told to call my mechanic and have him fix it that it's ware and tare.

I get a rent a car usually and need a deposite no problem but not being happy with there work I think they should take care of deposited for the rent a car. Wouldn't recommend Daland won't go back there if I ever needed to.

This is the worst place ever my things were stolen out of my car when i brought it to daland body shop to have my fender and hood repaired. My daughter forgot her back pack in our family van along with my sunglasses and my husbands gps that was in glove box. Everything all gone. Thanks rich some great place you got! Dont go here they also did a terrible job on my mini van. Im taking it somewhere else to have body work done
