Daku's Auto Body shop was amazing in all that they did. Recently my vehicle had been in their shop for three weeks after an accident. They always kept me updated and reassured about the damages and progress they were making, they help to assist you and do not put you on the back burner. Bonnie was amazing, and would answer questions without putting you on hold! I would/will recommend them to anyone! Any work that my vehicles will ever need will be completed by Daku's auto body!

Had my Ford Flex repaired after being rear-ended - estimate process was effortless and I had a great conversation with this family owned business. The other party insurance company made life difficult, good thing Daku's is an Allstate certified shop and was so flexible, as I had to use my insurance to get my vehicle repaired properly. Complete job was perfect, I got a mid repair update call and when my car was done it was cleaned in and out. Highly recommend this professional family owned business for their personal customer care and professional OE results.

Polite, precise and all facts and prices discussed ahead of time. Easy time with dealing with insurance claim. The rental service they use is awesome. Updated while car was being repaired. No inconsistencies found. I was very pleased with all of the workers and job. Definitely will use their services again and highly recommend company!

After 8 months of waiting for general motors to deliver the part to repair the aperture panel on my 2009 corvette the body men got to work. what a fantastic job they did! the panel was perfectly fitted and painted. a scuff on the rear was buffed out and they fixed a nasty chip on the driver door plus a scratch on the passenger door. the paint color was perfectly matched, not as easy as people may think. i had an estimate on the driver door previously but they couldn't promise the pain would not have a noticeable color fade. i have never been happier with a body shop or the painters. i've heard corvettes can be a problem to paint but not for these guys. thank you so much for getting my car into like new condition. i will highly recommend Daku when you need body and paint repairs. sorry i don't have better photos. the door had a nasty chunk that i have had to look at every time i got in.all gone now and i smile when i get in my baby!

March 2022 - April 2022 3 week long repair. 2 inch Door ding Repair Quote $675.35 Actual $751.72 Accident Repair roughly $3,500.00 Consumers to this body shop, please do not get blinded by the certifications, the promises of bringing your vehicle to OEM standard and reviews of this shop because you may end up accepting certain flaws that were made to your vehicle by the auto body shop as I did.

If there's anything I learned from this facility that I can pass to you is do your own inspection of your vehicle before getting out your rental and accepting your vehicle repairs. It is VITAL that you do so to avoid head ache. The first time I picked up my vehicle I found some discrepancies that gave me the impression the repairs done to my vehicle were rushed.

Very surprised I was thought and upset because I was not expecting that after being told I have appear that same day to avoid paying unnecessary rental fees. The discrepancies were new scratches on certain parts of the vehicle, masking tape and covers still on the vehicle, improper reassembly of parts, and over splatter of clear coat to parts that weren't being repaired. Result: This was fixed.

I write this review today because I'd like to note that I am still finding new discrepancies on my vehicle and it's unfortunate because some of these repairs are fixable but at my expense. I am submitting a picture of before and after fixes of vehicle. I will also be attaching pictures of certain discrepancies you may want to look for in your vehicle.

Hope it helps. Taillight had to be removed and upon reassembly they did not put everything back the way it was supposed to. I found the taillight wires shoved down a whole, paint drip on the rear well doesn't seem right(i.e. Look at the photos), and over tightened bumper screws to a plastic bumper(signs of over use of electric screw driver and NOT hand tight as it should be), and broken taillight wire mount. Quality of repair: 4.9 Knowledge of Assembly/Reassembly: 1.0

The team members are all very personable, polite and professional during all interactions with myself. I was kept updated on status of repairs and when I could expect delivery. The fixes are excellent and all seems to match original production.

My experience was EXCELLENT. My first contact was with the Admin Asst/Receptionist, Bonnie. She immediately made you feel that they were appreciative of your business. Bonnie scheduled me for an estimate the next day. The following day I went to the shop, identified myself, she knew immediately why I was there, she contacted the estimator Steve who immedlately went out to my car and examined the damage.

After a thorough exam of the damage, we went to his and calculate the estimate for repair. He reviewed the work with me and then scheduled a start date for my repairs. Prior to my repair date, I received a reminder and what I needed to do prior to my start date. I dropped my car off when scheduled and again the staff made me feel my business was appreciated.

They made arrangements with a rental car company and the car was there when I dropped mine off. During the repair process I received regular text messages giving me updates on the progress of the repairs. When I picked up my car I had the same experience. I was warmly received by Bonnie who reviewed my repairs and took care of closing out my rental car agreement.

I was then greeted by Steve who also wanted to be sure I was totally satisfied and also the supervisor Cody. There is only one thing left for me to say.my experience with Daku Auto Body was absolutely 100% satisfactory. I was treated with respect, with dignity, grateful I chose them. They handled all insurance questions, rental agreements, and kept me informed of all the issues. This as a truly positive experoence who I would totally recommend without any hesitation.

I do not know how they are professional. Looks like not so. They estimated easy job five times more and wanted repainted 1/3 of car. It looks like they don't know how to paint with a transition

This is the fourth time we have needed Daku's services, but definitely the most complex. My car was hit by a driver going very fast, and there was a lot of damage. I picked it up yesterday, and today I took it to the dealer in Scranton where I purchased it for service. They were so impressed they asked for the Auto Body Shop's information to keep on file and said they never would have known it was in an accident if I had not told them! Not only do they do amazing work, but they are also great at communicating and make a difficult process easy. I highly recommend them!

We had an amazing experience there a few years ago after an accident.they made us comfortable in a horrible situation. They also provided the ability to watch the vehicle being worked on, LIVE, streaming on the internet. I'll always recommend this shop, they treat you like family.

They kept me informed at each stage of the bumper replacement. I was very impressed when I picked up my car. Besides the great work my car was washed and interior was cleaned, tire pressure was checked, even the headlights were buffed out nice and clear. Daku' Autobody has upfront and honest pricing. Between 3 separate estimates, they offered more for the same price. The entire process from start to finish was very professional and informative. First Experience Here Awesome. The shop I had been using for years was on the decline. I decided to search somewhere else but this time had a relatively small job that many places would be apprehensive to address because it was also a very custom job. Daku was recommended by a mechanical repair shop I use and respect. I made an appointment and talked to Rob and was surprised to find find that he seemed truly interested in my project and was very willing to take on the job as small as it was.

Long story short, Very Happy, it turned out Beautiful and everyone there was cheerful and accommodating. They will definitely hear from me next time I'm in need of an Auto Body Shop!

Our repair was small, broken driver's side mirror, once the parts were in it only took an hour. Very courteous office staff.
