My trailblazer had a problem with the heater box and a terrible "knocking" noise that had been "fixed" (not) elsewhere. I decided to try Dakota K Auto Repair and I am very happy with my choice. I have used Dakota K over the years and am always pleased with their repair and maintenance, as well as their excellent customer service. My car's battery was drained, but I also feared there might be a starter or alternator problem. They could have replaced the battery and I wouldn't have quibbled, but they simply charged it overnight and tested all systems thoroughly.
They are meticulous but conservative in their recommendations, and always honest and fair! Kudos to Danny for his ability to relate to customers and explain everything well, and to Elena, for providing prompt, courteous shuttle service to and from my home. Thanks, Dakota K!

Heck. I'm giving them five stars now. And my car is not due in until Monday! Completely consistent predictable quality And timely work. In this day and age we got to keep our mobiles on the road as long as possible! And the folks at Dakota K are the people that do just that. We are repeat customers. My wife has one of the oldest Infinities on the road. been kept in service by Dakota k. And me? I take my car there for everything. Tires and a tune on Monday!

I usually don't write reviews, but Dakota gets one - not only do they offer complimentary rides home while your car is being serviced, but they send you a detailed report on your car with what they recommend. This gives you time to call a partner, share a screenshot or two and share the decision-making. I'll be returning and would recommend Dakota to anyone.

Tis always a pleasure dealing with Dakota K! They are super friendly, trustworthy, and reasonable. Danny worked his magic and found me 4 new tires a day before the holiday weekend, even though they were inundated with other customers. He didn't feel safe having me drive without them! This place is a Godsend. People here were great! Came in with a nail in my daughters tire and 4 shops said they couldn't help me and THEY took me in just as they were closing. I can't stress enough how awesome they really are! Saved me from having to take another day off work which potentially would cause more problems. They fixed it right away, no problem. Blessed to find this place and will use them for other issues in the future BECAUSE of how they were. I recommend using them for any and all your car care needs. They are a great bunch of people. You won't regret it.
