I was in desperate need of four new tires and a tire sensor. I stumbled upon this business as a GPS error and I'm so thankful for the wrong turn. The staff was extremely personable and knowledgeable regarding my tire and sensor needs. They ordered my tires and got me in and out of there same day in an impressive time frame. The cost was affordable.

I was kept informed of any changes to shipment time and pricing. I appreciated that because I've had experiences in the past elsewhere that resulted in a huge bill without my consent to add services. They weren't pushy trying to suggest more services. I even enjoyed the conversation with the front desk staff so much so that I'll definitely be returning for all my future car maintenance needs. Great service and good prices! The service advisors were very helpful and knowledgeable. They also sent me a link to an inspection on my car, and I could see pictures and recommendations from the technician that worked on it. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Told me they put a new starter in then when it went bad a month later they said I agreed to a used so no warranty.

I'm not happy with the service. I waited an hour and forty minutes for an oil change. They acted like they did me a favor by honoring the price on a flyer they sent out because i didn't have it with me, nowhere on the flyer did it say to present it for discount. Then i was told they broke my drain plug, they said they would take care of it. How do you break a drain plug?

I couldn't see into the shop but i could hear a lot of what was going on and i did not hear the impact wrench being used to rotate my tires. They said they did it but i'm not convinced. On my way home i could smell burning oil, that's not very professional. When I opened my hood I could see oil had been spilled and apparently not cleaned good enough. They did however install a shiny new drain plug.

I haven’t been able to do business with Kaiser up til now, as I work out of town and have been doing business there simply due to logistics. Today I had a minor emergency and Kaiser Auto went out of their way to fix the issue, and I was quickly driving safely again because of their kind assistance. Thank you so much, it was very much appreciated!! I will be back!!

They are very good plus don't overcharge, just a bit slower than months previous. I think they have all new help.

Critical: Quality Took in a set of springs with shocks to get assembled. Dave assured me he knew what he was doing. When I got home I realized they were done terrible wrong. Now he won't return my calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE, VERY UNSAFE! Service: Steering & suspension repair

Kaiser Auto is the only auto shop I will use in the future. They sent me a detailed diagnostic rundown of my entire vehicle with pictures via text message before they started any work. Mike, the service manager was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I had a loaner vehicle so that I could still get to work. Their prices are also very competitive and the resulting work was done quickly and properly. Did I mention they are family owned and operated too? Thank you, Mike and everyone else at Kaiser for a great experience. You’ve gained a customer for life and I’ll make sure to refer you to my friends and family as well.

They kept pushing my day of getting car back almost a week. Told me a worker scratched my door and they sent it to body shop to repair it. Told me it wasnt even noticable but its the first thing i noticed when i walked up to the car. Picked car up when i got off which was after hours. Scartches all over my car that wasnt there when i deopped it off. They didnt fix the door! Even! Check engine came back on as i pulled out the parking lot! I wouldnt recommend this shop! Best know im calling the second they open!

I bought a used car from a local dealership in July 2019 that had a faulty transmission. Dealership recommended and paid to get the car repaired at this facility. They replaced the transmission with a used one. Not even two months later same issue (leaked transmission fluid badly). Would not recommend. I honestly don't believe the transmission was never replaced at all, just a quick fix up.
